The location is great and the hotel is fine however I do wish I would have booked a slightly nicer place. For the price I think it is a good value just to sleep in but not a hotel I want to hangout at or spend time in.
Hotel was not quite as clean as others we stayed at in Japan. There is a smell of smoke in the hotel and they do offer smoking rooms- if I had realized this ahead of time I likely would not have booked. Overall it was great for one night.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to Tokyo train station to make getting to the airport easier - for this purpose the hotel is in a fantastic location. It is clean, well staffed and has everything you need.

Very close to Tokyo Station, so excellent for travel around the city, shops and restaurants. Polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location next to Tokyo station. The breakfast was very nice. The staff works so hard. It’s very busy during the breakfast hours. The staff helped us getting our bags sent to the next location.
The bathrooms are a bit outdated. I think one or two coffee machines need to be purchased for the breakfast area. What they have now cannot accommodate the amount of people wanting a cup of coffee.
