Perfect location. Good breakfast with afternoon lounge serving simple but tasty snacks and beverage. Hotel is in busy business area but very quiet inside. Good hotel for busy people who want efficient service.

Perfect location just 3 blocks from Tokyo Station, very good room, two comfortable beds with room to move around, spacious even for a "Standard Twin" room, spacious bathroom too, good desk space, large tv; very good multi choice buffet breakfast in the 2d floor lounge which you can relax in any time; laundry machines available in the building too. Very pleasant and accommodating staff too.
Tiny closet. Expensive - but worth it compared to other rooms in hotel chains we have stayed at.

Location was a short easy walk from Tokyo Station, staff very friendly. Room size large for Japan's standard.
No reception on ground floor, but that's OK - its quite unusual in Japan and reception is usually on an upper floor.

Excellent location to shops, dining and train stations. Very clean property as well.
Everything was great. The only complaint I have is the bathroom in the room…tub was a bit slippery and very small sink with a very thin glass ledge…easy for things to fall in the toilet or floor. Otherwise the bedroom was well lighted and quite comfortable for 2 people.

It was very clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It was very close to the train station which made travel very convenient.
There were only 2 elevators and it gets busy in the middle of the day. Make sure you plan accordingly.
