The hotel has a really good location. Just a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station.
The room has a humid smell; however, the hotel does not provide a dehumidifier. The staff at the reception was not very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped to find suitable locations for food and provided directions. The staff were also on duty during wee hours of the day and were calm and orderly even during sudden occurrences, such as the earthquake I experienced on my last day. It is also very close to Yaechika, the underground mall that leads to Tokyo Station.
Older folks may not like the bed or pillows, as they are very soft and may not be suitable. The room I booked was also rather small and cramped, even as a room for two. Other than that, if you're a solo traveler, I highly recommend staying here.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi was a solid hotel to stay at while in the Kyobashi/Ginza area. It is located conveniently next to the train station to be able to get around Tokyo and the staff were so friendly and nice and made everything super convenient to enjoy our stay. They also had a great luggage delivery service we used to have our luggage shipped to Osaka to our next hotel. The rooms were clean and very spacious.
Things that could have been better is maybe the quality of the bathrooms. Although the hotel was incredibly affordable and exceeded quality standards in comparison to other spots, the bathrooms did feel sort of cheap. The bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the floor at times and the flooring did seem a bit cheap, but this was not a make or break for our stay here. Also, you can ask for more water at the front lobby, but I wish there was a water station to conveniently fill up our bottles to make our lives easier like our next hotel did.

Very nice hotel in a very nice location! We loved staying in the Ginza area because of how clean it was. The staff was very kind, they helped us forward our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto.
The room was small but most hotel rooms in Japan are on the smaller size. We had enough space for two people and three suitcases.

location is central to Ginza and Tokyo Station, 5 min walk to Tokyo Station is a plus. Room condition and bathtub are excellent, with a good management of space at the working table area. Breakfast is good.
lighting in the working area is too bright and not flexible. Maybe a better lighting design can be introduced. I also prefer single use slippers, it's more of hygiene issue.
