Every aspect of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Tokyo Station and the Kyobashi station entrance for easy acces to areas of Tokyo and beyond. The buffet breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had in Japan. Our friends stayed in another Mitsui Garden Hotel in Tokyo and were also very pleased.

Great location just two minutes walk from Tokyo Central Station. Very comfortable room. Has a guest laundry facility on the third floor, handy for catching us on the washing when travelling for a few weeks.
Bathroom was small and I don’t love the shower over bath arrangement. However this wasn’t a deal breaker.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes’ walk from Tokyo station, has a modern, high-end aesthetic, and is very affordable for the location. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and included soft, comfortable pajamas. Having access to the lounge with free cookies, coffee, and juice was a welcome touch.
The rooms were a bit cozy and did not leave a lot of room for people with large suitcases. Overall these were minor nits that didn’t detract from our stay.
