Great location. It is a good hotel that used to be great. Rooms are clean, comfortable but in the smaller spectrum.
Seems that they are letting the hotel to deteriorate. Carpets ripped in the aisles..it looks old. The rooms have just out of the mill amenities. Towels are not soft anymore.
The front desk staff does not engage with the clients ..they are there just to do as minimal as needed.
They don’t even help you with your suitcases when you leave.. you are on your own.
The food at the restaurant is good but again not great..

The hotel is one of the nicer ones in the area, clean, elegant lobby, provides you with extras such as toothpaste, tooth brush, creams etc. It has an onsite bar restaurant but no room service from what I can remember, which I found to be quite odd. The room sizes are also much smaller than anywhere else in Asia such as China, Korea, Thailand, Singapore - which is typical of Japan. I would say that the bang for your buck is similar to New York, except you get more free water and it's more modern.
The pricing does not reflect the hotel room size if I'm being honest. It's clean, its modern and very pleasant but extremely small in comparison to hotel rooms in other Asian cities.

Location of the hotel was fantastic and staff were friendly. Hotel was nice and room was small but comfortable. Perfect size for a couple.
Lots of cogarette smoke smell since they do allow smoking in the hotel, including in the lift foyer (from nearvy bar). We were expecting a gym at the hotel and were surprised to learn they didn't have one.

Room was nice & quiet. Had the view of Tokyo Tower as advertised. Loved the room amenities, Especially the PJs. Wonderful concierge staff; special thanks to Junkyo for her excellent service. The Breakfast is not to be missed. Close to great shopping and metro. Will come back here again the next time we come to Tokyo!

Great location, beautiful tower view from the lobby, a lovely ambiance, cozy bar and breakfast area, and very helpful staff
The only downside was that dinner service is not open to children and some rooms need to be updated and refurbished

Location…design….staffs ?
The lobby on the street level has rarely any staffs nor doorman, on this season (early April) when high wind is a norm, you’ll see dry leaves and what not in the vestibule area.
And speaking of high wind, I heard squeaking noises from above the ceiling….like steel squeaking noises…this happened late at night to the early morning..very unsettling, I have informed the reception staff, but no follow ups.
Internet in my room was a problem since day one, even after they installed router. The internet was on and off, difficult to work.
