Location of the hotel was fantastic and staff were friendly. Hotel was nice and room was small but comfortable. Perfect size for a couple.
Lots of cogarette smoke smell since they do allow smoking in the hotel, including in the lift foyer (from nearvy bar). We were expecting a gym at the hotel and were surprised to learn they didn't have one.

The Breakfast is not to be missed. Close to great shopping and metro. Will come back here again the next time we come to Tokyo!

Great location, beautiful tower view from the lobby, a lovely ambiance, cozy bar and breakfast area, and very helpful staff
The only downside was that dinner service is not open to children and some rooms need to be updated and refurbished

The lobby on the street level has rarely any staffs nor doorman, on this season (early April) when high wind is a norm, you’ll see dry leaves and what not in the vestibule area. And speaking of high wind, I heard squeaking noises from above the ceiling….like steel squeaking noises…this happened late at night to the early morning..very unsettling, I have informed the reception staff, but no follow ups. Internet in my room was a problem since day one, even after they installed router. The internet was on and off, difficult to work.

Absolutely everything about this hotel is perfect. Upon arrival, we were greeted by exceptionally friendly and professional staff, who right off the bat made us feel welcome. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are great and clean, and we had an amazing view. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in Ginza.
