The building is in ginza and has a limousine bus stop close by which makes it extremely convenient for airport access. The breakfast was delicious and very high quality. The view of Tokyo tower from the lobby was unforgettable. Staff was very kind and courteous.

Romain was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend getting breakfast with room. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we went back for dinner and dinner was excellent as well. Great value.

This is THE GOOD STUFF. Everything about this hotel was pure classiness. The lobby, the restaurant, the facilities - all absolutely stunning, especially the view from our room. Massive thanks to every single staff member as they were all incredibly helpful - from allowing us to store bags early (and even after we had checked out), offered to take photos for us and generally went out of their way to make our final stop in the country the best it could have been. Make sure you get breakfast included with your stay, you don't want to miss it. A vast array of sweet and savoury, international foods including freshly made sushi and crepes.
I honestly can't think of a darn thing other than breakfast being expensive if you don't get it included with your room.
It's worth every penny.

Breakfast was good. Good have been better if they utilized their espresso machine versus covering it up for breakfast service only to see it was working at dinner.
Tried to connect with the hotel manager over issues we wanted addressed. Was told he wasn’t available and instructed to leave a note. Left a note with front desk with telephone number and email address. Was never contacted.

I enjoyed the view from the lobby and my room. I like the friendly yet professional staff. I like the easy location.
The room was way too small, and the bathroom also was. I noticed splashes of water on the shower door, probably (I hope) left during the cleaning service. I didn't like the carpet in the corridor leading to my room, which looked not well taken care of, and with some rubbish (paper) scattered around occasionally.

Location and as the hotel starts from 16th floor, the view is good as the rooms are on higher floors.
Not exactly a dislike, but I find taking the lift twice, once from ground to 16th floor lobby, and then walking through the lobby to take another lift to your room, a bit more troublesome.

We liked the location of this property. Very convenient to great shopping in Ginza. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
Our room was tiny! The room also had a faint but noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, even though we requested a non-smoking room.
Additionally, I killed a bug in the bathroom. A small beetle-not a huge deal, but not a good thing.
Our room was not cheap. I feel like we paid a premium for it. I’m guessing it was the location?

Location on the outskirts of central Ginza.
Customer facing staff were inefficient and there was a fundamental lacking in understanding culture of service.
After 40 minutes at check in for absolutely no apparent reason other than the receptionist writing a Facebook post on how they dislike their job, the manager came out and gave me his business card as if that were som magical consolation. I have stayed at another Mitsui Garden hotel more than 20 times - something is wrong at their Ginza property.
Breakfast - not value for money.
