Location, we chose this hotel because it is conveniently located across the street from TCAT station, walking distance to the purple and gray lines. Staff are great, helpful and welcoming, room is very comfortable, and clean.

Loved being walking distance to food choices. Staff put together a great list of food places. The yakinini place on the list was one of the highlights. Staff at the hotel were so helpful, accommodating, exceptional service. Close to train station, staff made a great guide to the train that was so easy to use! The room though was perfect, loved that it was a great use of space with luggage area, hangar area, two twins were actually together vs in Akasuka they were separate.
Didn’t like that the rooms entrance were outdoors. Kind of weird?

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a family stay. The kitchenette and laundry facilities were convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was quiet but still close to the metro, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Great location right near a 711 and Lawsons and easy bus from airport to T-CAT and short walk from there. Nice neighbourhood. Great coffee shop Caffe Calmo around the corner. Staff were all very lovely and when we left our phone there were very quick to retrieve it for us and let us know. Rooms a great size and bunks fit my 6'3 son. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the Tokyo City Air Terminal with easy access to both airports.

The staff were so wonderful… they even gave us postcard with a hand-written personal message… the location is excellent, right to a metro station. tokyo central station is only 10 minutes away. the neighborhood is quiet yet has many convenience stores and restaurants.. The room is clean, tidy and very spacious… We are a family of 4 and felt comfortable in the room…
The dryer does not dry very well the clothes…

It is away from the crowded and loud parts of town. The subway is easily accessible. As someone who is not looking for luxury, the hotel was decent, the room was clean and it accommodated our family of 4. The staff were super friendly and helpful!
We could have used a slightly bigger room but we were fully aware of the size, which is not uncommon in Tokyo.

There was enough room for everyone, tall, adult children still fit in the bunk beds. Showers were good. Good wifi. Super close to the subway stop. They were able to store our luggage after checkout. Staff was nice and spoke English. Coffee and tea offered in the lobby to make in your room.
Beds were super firm. Dryers in the laundry room didn't dry - too much humidity caused by blocked air ducts. I had to run to the laundry down the street to dry in time for checkout, even though I gave myself over 2 hours for laundry.

The room is reasonably large compared with other hotels in Tokyo. The location is good, near to bus station from airports.
There is no cleaning throughout the 4 nights stay, the only house keeping is change towel and throw rubbish. So no floor nor washroom cleaning.
