Perfect for families. We stayed with our 10 month old and they had everything we needed - a high chair, nappy bin, crib and a kitchenette. The onsite washing machines and dryers were also great. The location was excellent and the staff were all very helpful.

Wonderful
The staff were friendly and efficient, particularly Charles. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is well situated. I also appreciated the pyjamas.
I prefer having my bed made everyday. I’m used to those services. I would prefer the futons be prepared for sleeping as well at arrival.

The elevator has no airflow so they added air blower , cleaning 3 days a week, it is 3 star apartment hotel where it says 4 star hotel in booking

Front desk staff were amazing--kind, helpful with everything. Offered me an extra towel when I came in wet from a run to Imperial Palace that started off dry, ended up in a rainstorm. They helped get appointments at a salon for my wife, called a taxi when needed, etc. Location great, 5 minute walk to a subway stop (Harry Potter themed station!).

The friendly and helpful staff, proximity to all of Tokyo, across the street from a 7-11, Lawsons, and Family Mart (if you know you know). Small roof deck was nice in the evening.

Spacious room Accessible location with plenty of sightseeing nearby Service from front desk (Charles) was exceptional. He can communicate well in English and also very helpful to help book onsen appointment at narita on my departure day. I needed assistance as the onsen booking was in Japaness. He has kept me informed via email. I am really grateful for his help to make my trip here more enjoyable. Thanks.
Kids club is only for 4 and above. While it's a good option but having a younger age range would greatly help families with young kids.

Very Good
Location was handy to train line in a nice clean area of Tokyo. Secure building. Staff were super friendly. Great size rooms for a family of 4.
One small lift for many floors meant waiting quite some time on some mornings. Compared to other accomodations we have stayed in around Tokyo, it was on the pricier side for like size.
