Such a great location within walking distance of many facilities, restaurants etc and especially cool is the Harry Potter feature as youre walking out of the station, along with the Harry Potter cafe. Loved the gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace too Cant wait to return, thank you for looking after us

The space was a good size for Tokyo and staff was very helpful and friendly. Their kitchen is outfitted nicely for light cooking and their tatami area was a nice size.
The overall hotel room was decent with no extra frills. My biggest complaint was the cleaning which is unusual for a Japanese space. When we arrived the first day the wall had a coat of dust, dust in the surfaces of the tv table and hair was in the tub when we first arrived. Once we told them of the issue it was rectified and cleaned and didnt have the same problem following. But the overall cleaning was subpar for Japanese standards.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Easy to get to Metro. Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved having windows we could open and kitchenette made it easy for reheating meals
