Accessible location with plenty of sightseeing nearby
Service from front desk (Charles) was exceptional. He can communicate well in English and also very helpful to help book onsen appointment at narita on my departure day. I needed assistance as the onsen booking was in Japaness. He has kept me informed via email. I am really grateful for his help to make my trip here more enjoyable. Thanks.
Kids club is only for 4 and above. While it's a good option but having a younger age range would greatly help families with young kids.

Location was handy to train line in a nice clean area of Tokyo.

Great size rooms for a family of 4.
One small lift for many floors meant waiting quite some time on some mornings.
Compared to other accomodations we have stayed in around Tokyo, it was on the pricier side for like size.

It is very well located, in a quiet area but close to all the highlights. It is very clean, comfortable for no more than 3 people, the staff is very friendly and the apartment design is very nice and functional.
I think it's a bit expensive compared to other places in the same category. It only allows one family with young children, not four adults, because otherwise it's too small.

The room and overall facilities were clean. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from a train station. Right across the street from a 7-11 and 1/2 a block from a Lawsons and a Family Mart. Nice quiet neighborhood. We did not take advantage of these other amenities, but they are great to have: a restaurant that is accessible from the lobby, laundry facilities, a rooftop terrace.
I just wished the front desk could be staffed for longer hours, but understand it's just the nature of the way I travel.

It’s about 6 min walk to the nearest station, a pharmacy and 7/11 is also pretty close by. The location is quieter. The room was spacious and really felt like a nice little apartment highly recommend.
