The location is great. Metro Higashi-Ginza station is just next to the hotel entrance. Mitsukoshi department store is opposite the hotel. Ginza street is in a walking distance. Perfect place to enjoy Ginza. If you take limousine bus from Narita airport, the stop is only 3-minute walk to the hotel. Traveling around Tokyo is easy with many trains passing the area.
Room is super clean. House keepers have done a good job in cleaning the room. I love the shower and the smart toilet.
The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the night shift staff at the reception desk doesn’t understand English well. We asked for information about tax free goods and she didn’t understand what we were talking about. She then asked another guy. After discussing something, he said he didn’t have the information because he’s Japanese. They did try to help, though.
All in all, we had a great time at the hotel. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.

Excellent location
Some aspects like cleanliness can be improved particularly in the toilet, and also to provide new slippers.

Pleasant
The staff were incredible. I accidentally forgot my medication in the fridge after checkout, and the team was extremely helpful—they arranged to have it sent to me in Kyoto the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism and willingness to help stood out and made a stressful situation much easier.
The rooms were a bit small. Checkout was very strict—we requested just 20 extra minutes and were told we would be charged. Breakfast was average, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable.

Very ideal convenient location 1-minute walk to Exit A1 of Higashi-ginza Station. It is also across Mitsukoshi Mall, various shops, restaurants and convenient stores are within walking distance. Room very comfortable, very clean and beddings changed daily. Buffet breakfast was ok with both Japanese and Western dishes. The staff were very orderly and efficient, super warm, accommodating, helpful and attentive to needs of guests.
Nothing to complain about. As a matter of fact, we plan to stay here when we visit Tokyo again.

Wonderful
Location can't be beat for Ginza neighborhood. Half a block from the main strip and two subway stations right outside the front door. We had a room with 3 beds and it was perfect, not too big, not too small. Super easy cab ride from Tokyo Station to get to the hotel. Check in was super easy, we had them hold our bags for a few hours when we checked out. We could have easily taken the subway to the monorail to get to Haneda, but there were taxis lined up right in front of the hotel so we just jumped into one when we were ready to head out.
It was a little expensive. There is another Mitsui Garden hotel across the street that is maybe an extra block from the main shopping area and it was a lot less expensive. I was traveling with my elderly mother who can't walk a lot so we paid more to walk less, but if you are able to walk easily, the other Mitsui Garden hotel may be a better value.
