Wonderful
Location and cleanliness. I liked how the metro station was just a few feet away from the entrance. Umbrellas were always available which made rainy stays more pleasant. Staff were friendly even very late in the evening.

The front desk staff are very friendly and excellent customer service! They also speak English as well, so that was really helpful. I can’t stress how important having a hotel near a train station that makes such a huge difference.

The unbeatable location.
1. the constant noise. Even when you turn off the air conditioning, there's always a constant, ventilation noise. And a high-pitched noise gets added during the night. I am very sensitive to these kinds of noises and I couldn't sleep well. It's not for certain rooms but building-wide, I asked for a room change and checked a few different rooms...it was all the same. 2. It is not clean. My room had black mold in the shower, causing a smell. The sofa had very visible stains, walls had a lot of markings.

Hotel/lobby is beautiful. The staff were all friendly. Room was clean and had amenities included
Room is a bit tight for 2 people with 2 luggage’s but we made a way! Wish laundry machines were available for self-service, was pricier to pay the hotel to wash our clothes.

Great location, close to the station. Breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was on a silent side of the street, but the view was poor.

Rooms were spacious for the area, bathrooms were very nice, staff was lovely, check in/check out process is very quick and easy.
Restaurant was okay, overpriced for sure. For an upscale hotel, the complementary items in the rooms could’ve been better
