Location Professionalism and exceptional customer service from all staff I worked with. Including the concierge who got me off to the airport via the quickest and easiest route. Very appreciated! Quality of the room was exceptional and the property is both beautiful and comfortable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay in the center of Ginza. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. Rooms are quiet and well designed, perfect for relaxing after exploring Tokyo. The location is unbeatable — steps from shops, restaurants, and multiple metro lines. Staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay. A perfect base for discovering the city.

Have stayed here many times. The hotel used to give us the disposable room slippers. But this time, we get this black slippers, which seems to be reusable but I do not know the hygiene of it, as my feet gets sticky without socks on when wearing the slippers.

Location was excellent; central to trains and terrific shopping. The beds were comfortable and it was spacious by Japan standards. Also the imenities were robust.
Earlier check in; there was a room available, but instead of just giving it to me they were going to charge me which felt stingy and not customer centric. While our room was great, it was very expensive for what it was although we were traveling during Sakura season.

Great location ! ? The flowers arrangement at the entrance always makes me smile. Very nice work. The stuff very nice and friendly too .
Very busy hotel sometimes is not easy to ask for later check out but that’s understandable . The prime location.

The location is excellent for shopping and eating in the Ginza area as it is located in the center of the area. A subway station is right outside the hotel for you to travel to other parts of Tokyo. The breakfast was also very good - you select a main course out of 6 and then can also enjoy a buffet style breakfast which was pretty plentiful (You can skip the lunch!)
The room is pretty small even for two people and the price of the room is pretty dear. There is a tiny desk and chair. If you want to sit comfortably the only place to go is sit on your bed.
