We had great experience with the hotel, they are so kind and helpful with every need we had. The room had everything we needed, starting with phone charger (with all kinds of connections), Japanese power adapter, toothbrush and more. The entrance to the hotel have wonderful frash flowers to welcome you in. It located in a great place with an access to the underground train with elevator few meter from the hotel entrance. Highly recommend. We will be sure to come back.

Excellent location, specially if you are coming from Haneda airport to Ginza as the metro station Higashi Ginza is next to the hotel. Everything important in Ginza is a 5 min walk.
Need more English speaking staff to avoid communication gaps. Example at the time of checkin I was told that the luggage transfer between hotels in same city is same day if the baggage’s are dropped before 10am. However, at the time of dropping the luggage, that wasn’t the case and I was told it will be sent next day.

The location is very convenient! Close to subway stations, shopping and restaurants. It’s also more modern. Breakfast was great!
There’s no gym. Room feels tight, but considering it’s in Tokyo it’s fine if you don’t have big luggage.

Location that is near a subway but no passage way in the building. It needs to walk outside so a little trouble if it was raining.
Only 3 small elevators. Room is quite small. No early check in, even an hour early, need to pay per hour.

Perfect location for shopping, cabs and train access. Shop drop your bags upstairs and go back to lunch, or take the train. Super convenient.

Lacks facilities like a pool and self service laundry. We asked for late checkout and they told me I had to pay for each hour a certain amount for a limit of two hours. We ended up staying for only 30 minutes over the check out time but were still asked to pay for one hour. It would have been nice to have that fee waived since we had stayed in the hotel from three nights.

The location in Ginza was great. Rooms are a little small but is Japon standard. Super clean rooms. I don't know if next time I will be in the same hotel. Not enough space to open our luggage.
