The cleaning ladies were inpatient; at their 2nd call they insisted in starting the cleaning, so they were cleaning while I was still preparing to leave ;)

Location, very close to the subway. The fresh floral arrangements were beautiful in the lobby and the hotel itself is very nice
Beds are a little firm, but I think that’s Japan in general and personal preference. Rooms are very small, but they could be consistent with other hotels in the country. Don’t forget your key card to your room. They won’t issue another one and will instead walk you to your room. I could t find it still and therefore I couldn’t turn on the lights to look for it, since you need a key card to turn on any lights. So it was back to the desk again. Would definitely stay here again though.

Great location in Ginza, short walk to Ginza station, Standard Queen Room with Shower was well appointed. Shower had great water pressure. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location. Right above the Higashi-Ginza metro. Only two minutes walk to Mitsukoshi department store. Very clean with full amenities. Direct train from Haneda airport to the hotel.

Faultless, from location ( Ginza station just right outside), cleanliness( room was not only made up every day, but there was a second final inspection after the clean daily!) amazing value for money , will definitely stay again!
Don't expect an earlier check-in so make sure you're prepared for that if morning arrival- they are full to capacity( no surprise) and their cleaning standards would not be able to accomodate anything earlier.
