Pleasant
We paid for a Tower view, which was pretty amazing. Location was right within the Kinshicho Metro and a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho JR station. It is surrounded by lots of department stores.
The room was small and a bit outdated. Bathroom is a Japanese style bathroom. If you carry a big luggage, you will have a hard time with the size of the room. To sum up, the lack of comfort is compensated with the convenience of its location.

Excelent location , wounderfull staff ,great value for the cost. About 12 minutes ride with the Rapid express train to Tokyo JR Station. There is also the subway purple line to reach with transfers anywhere in Tokyo.

Amazing location, right above the train station, a shopping mall and supermarket right next door, karaoke around the corner. Train lines about 20-25 mins to Shibuya/Shinjuku etc, honestly couldn't get a better location. Fresh towels and bottled water each day, chocolates on check in, decent sized room.
There's not much ventilation / water proofing in the bathroom - if you have a shower the entire bathroom and everything in it gets dripping wet! Also if you want to store your luggage past 2pm when you've checked out, they'll charge you extra!

I stayed on the 17th floor, which was a ladies’ only floor with a breathtaking city view. I was impressed by how they had set up the room. It came equipped with a hair iron, a foot massager, and a light-up makeup mirror. The pajamas were incredibly comfortable.

Great location right next to a station, also had a cute park across the street. Convenient 7-11 on the ground floor. Room was lovely and the view of the Skytree was amazing! Definitely worth the splurge for our last night in Japan.
The lobby had a very strong floral scent but we were only in there a few minutes to check in so not a big deal.

I like how it was near the jr station and hanzomon line is right under the basement of the hotel. If you are looking for sakura,there’s a park nearby that has a lot of it. Yakiniku like is also around the corner.
Our room was not clean on the say that they said it will be cleaned.

This hotel was very well located and directly next to the train station. There was an excellent steakhouse next door as well as a beautiful view of the Tokyo sky tree. If you have a lot of luggage they will store it for you in the lobby if you have a late flight and need a place to store your luggage. The room is not huge but that is expected in Tokyo. As long as you don't have four luggages like we did, you will have plenty of comfort and space. There is a bar in multiple restaurants within the building and I feel that you will enjoy your stay.
