Wonderful
I almost always stay at Keio Plaza Shinjuku when I visit Tokyo - the location is very convenient, just a short walk from Shinjuku station and through a sheltered tunnel too that protects you from the elements. The staff are always friendly and detailed in their explanation during check in. I don't bother with the hotel breakfast as there is so much food available around the area and in Tokyo. Rooms in the new wing are spacious and the toiletries smell amazing, standard of cleanliness is always maintained. One of the highlights is the in-house convenience store which means you don't even need to step out of the hotel to get a snack, though the store is not open 24hrs.
If possible, the Limousine bus departing from the hotel should include more time slots at the later part of the evening.

Great location, comfortable bed. Very clean. Visited when it was winter and they had a 7 eleven in the hotel which made it nice to get things quick and easy.

Sparkling hotel. We paid extra for the premier grand level with lounge which was definitely worth it. Room bigger with exclusive elevator access. Lounge very nice with free drinks and buffet daily with great views. Access continued to the sky lounge until 10:00. Room looked out to the government buildings with nightly light show. Staff very attentive and polite. Nice tub/shower combo. Made to order eggs and both Asian and western options. Easy walking access to Keio train station so you can go anywhere in Tokyo or by bullet train.
Lounges could stay open later.

Wonderful
The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station and all the night life of that area, but that short walk gets you to a much quieter area for sleeping.
My room also had a view of Mt Fuji and the light show each night on the Government Building.
The sky bar in the hotel has a great view and good food and drink.
The breakfasts were also very good.
The staff members were very helpful and polite.
The room was expensive as were all food and drink available in the restaurants there in the towers.
But it seemed pretty closely priced to the area.

Location
The beds were really hard. I prefer a hard bed, but mine had no cushion whatsoever. Also the laundry detergent they used caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I should have brought my own pillow case.

Disappointing
I paid 500 US a night for two nights. Although check-in was very pleasant and I was treated with kindness.
Not consistent good service for my time here. Since the QR code would not work for room service, I called the man just barked at me to use the TV. His answer was very rude, I had the same experience what I called to ask how to connect to the internet. I needed to stay an extra hour press check out for a noon check out and they charge me 12,600 yen. The fact that I just gave them $1,000 for two nights and I was checking out on a Monday, you would have thought they could have easily given me one extra hour.. overall just not worth the high price especially when you're treated poorly by the staff.

Very good location for sightseeing Tokyo. Staff was overly helpful. Most spoke good English which was very helpful. Room was modern and very clean. Good restaurants, great views from the Sky Lounge.
Small closet and no drawers for the clothes. We had 2 large suitcases and had to leave most things in them. Bathroom sink lacked shelves.
