Very Poor
Breakfast was nice and location was good. Staff attitude by Bacca was abysmal. Made us feel very unwelcome
Very poor service from the hotel staff. They have given the wrong size room for 4 guests. 3 adults 1 chlld. They have tried to supply us with 2 small beds and then asked for £400 to have an extra bed. The attitude from Bacca was very unhelpful in reception. He was not aiming to try and solve any issues and was very Blaise about the issue. They also have said the swimming pool is not available and did not try to inform us about this. My child was very much looking forward to swimming. They were very rude in dealing with these problems and causing a scene in reception. Do not book here if you want honestly, transparency or respect

Amazing facilities and roof top view!
Extremly nice and helpful staff!
Also it’s very practical that the airport bus picks you up at the hotel.

This was by far the most comfortable and spacious room of our trip. There was enough space to unpack so we could relax and refresh. The laundry facilities were excellent, easy to use and clean.
It was a short walk to Shinjuku station which was handy for excursions.
While we understand that elevators need maintenance, 3 out of 5 were not working making for long waits and crowded travels. In addition, the elevators that did work stopped at all floors even when there was no one waiting for them, making for annoying delays.

Convenient access to restaurants in area and available taxi’s or UBER upon request. Efficient check out process. Convenient access to a 7-11 for ATM and snacks.
Upon arrival very confusing luggage handling process. The “down” elevator on floor 13 did not function properly. The beds were too firm for our comfort. Instant coffee only in room. Restaurants in hotel were pricey compared to others in area.

It was close to the train station. The airport limousine bus functions well. The sushi restaurant inside the hotel is incredible!
2 restaurants for breakfast were not enough. There was always a line to enter. There was ALWAYS a long wait for an elevator. Once inside, you would stop at least three times for other people because the hotel is so big.

great location, clean and nice room with entrance to fantastic lounge. many restaurants within the hotel that is very close to the main restaurants area in this part of Tokyo.
the restaurants and pool close very early and they have a thing with "last entrance" that is super early. if you want to enjoys the pool you need to enter it an hour and a half before closing. no so flexible if someone want to be there for half an hour or less, just to refresh.

Wonderful
Very good location for sightseeing Tokyo. Staff was overly helpful. Most spoke good English which was very helpful. Room was modern and very clean. Good restaurants, great views from the Sky Lounge.
Small closet and no drawers for the clothes. We had 2 large suitcases and had to leave most things in them. Bathroom sink lacked shelves.

Wonderful
An outstanding hotel experience, fast, efficient, and professional from checkin to checkout. Everything was straightforward and easy to navigate, with staff who communicated clearly and made every interaction smooth.
The rooms were always spotless, the laundry service was consistently perfect, and both the room rates and additional services were more than reasonably priced. The location is unbeatable; right in central Shinjuku, minutes from the station, yet tucked away enough to avoid the noise and mess of the nightlife.
The hotel is well equipped, with 24 hour grocery store (with ATM machine), excellent restaurants, and spacious smoking rooms. Service was top tier, from conceirge, to laundry to bell boy - just very convenient and easy to use. The doormen went above and beyond; hailing taxis from the main road and personally escorting them to the main door, even offering umbrellas to guests at the entrance on rainy days without being asked. Everything about this hotel was immaculate. The only reason I havent rebooked for spring is because it’s already fully booked, months in advance, and for good reason.
There are two buildings: the premier grand (main building) and the south building. Most negative reviews, I assume, come from people who stayed in the south building. Thats not to say the rooms are bad; but the soundproofing is weaker.
During my stay in the south building, I could hear my neighbors conversations clearly, and the guest above me kept me up most nights with loud stomping and unpacking. I dont think they were being intentionally disruptive, its probably the older structure of the building.
In contrast, the premier grand rooms are silent. I heard nothing from other guests during my stays there. The only reason I didnt book the premier grand this time was because their elevator access requires a key card scan, which made it inconvenient when I had friends visiting. I had to go down each time to escort them up, and it was so annoying I had to ask my friends to arrive at the same time to avoid multiple trips lol. That’s the only issue Ive ever had with the premier grand and why I booked the south building this time instead. I hope management would consider making the premier grand rooms accessible without a card key, at least until certain hours like some other hotels.

Food: The restaurant staff was very helpful especially with accommodating my special dietary needs.
Location: The hotel is very close to the train station! But during rush hours, I preferred to use taxis. The hotel always had one ready to go!
Special Service for Babies & Toddlers: Up on the 47th floor there is a space for very young children to place and parents to relax. I invited my baby grandson and his parents to join me at the hotel as my guest (I paid for them). They LOVED the experience.
While I was there, 3 elevators were "out" and therefore waiting for an elevator was much longer than usual. In the mornings, when tour groups were getting ready to leave, I had to wait for 2 or 3 cars before there was on that had space for just me (no luggage).

Dated and no connecting rooms. The clothes dryer doesn’t dry the clothes completely.
