Every thing was perfect. The location, the rooms, the breakfast... I will go back for sure.
The coffee was from coffee machine, for a 5 star, they should have taken orders for coffee.

Exceptional
Great location just 10 min walk from Shinjuku Station. We stayed on the Club Floor and it was absolutely worth the splurge. Excellent happy hour and buffet breakfast in the Lounge were included. Outstanding service everywhere. Room was extremely well thought out and loaded with L’Occitane amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Nothing to criticize.

I couldn’t have asked for anything else. Everything I could possibly want was in the amenities kit in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I have a very bad back so that says a lot. I’m very sad I had to leave the hotel to be honest.
Everything was perfect.

Good
Convenient to main station
Too big. Room felt dated especially bathroom. Gym was very very small for such a big hotel. It was packed

Very Good
the size of the room was excellent for 3 people, the daily towels and toiletries were excellent for 3 people. we loved floor 47. the convenient to the train station and shops.
the receptionist, was not friendly and did not help with advice on the facilities of the hotel, also the concierge was not helpful just keep pushing us to book everything with a QR code, do they not realise they wont have a job if we all use QR Codes and book everything our selves.

Very Good
Nice luxury hotel with easy access to subway and other areas of interest in Japan.
Our room was a decent size with good closet space and a few drawers to put personal items in. I have found many Japanesw hotels lacking in storage space. But Keio Plaza was decent.
It has 2 big breakfast rooms to choose for breakfast. Both had excellent breakfast choices.
We were on the 20th floor across from the Government building where a Night and Light show is projected onto the building every night several times from 7 pm to 9 pm. We had front row seats from our hotel window.
Staff were very customer oriented in general.
Our room initially has a bad sewer smell to it. Could be drain pipes or lack of a p pipe. Someone came up to check it out and run lots of water down drains in sink and tub. That helped as well as my husband keeping the drains closed when we weren't there.
We would've like them to give us a much later check out time on our check out day...and compensate us for that inconvenience, but they only gave us til 1 pm. It all worked out ok, but that would've put them on the highest recommendation.
Even so, it is aa very nice hotel and I'd still recommend it for your Tokyo stay.

Pleasant
Domo Arigato gozaimus staff were excellent. I loved the fun chefs at the Glass Restaurant breakfast buffet - this food also gave us a power start of energy for the day. There were some other good restaurants to pick from including the Sky Lounge with beautiful view over the city. Rooms are well appointed and included a fridge. Location worked well with transit and a gardens close beside. Tey the observation deck at the government building nearby. The staff went out of their was to solve our hard bed problem. Enjoyed an eve in the spa for reasonable rate. There is a 711 in the building for snacks and other necessities.
The beds felt hard which can be normal for Japan. When we asked a soft topper was provided for night 2 and we slept better the rest of the time.

Hotel rooms are clean and provide bigger space than the usual small hotel rooms that Japan has to offer. Service and staff is good. Our requests are met as well.
In-room dining is not 24/7. I think price should not be too high. You also need to walk to shinjuku station since it is not very near and Shinjuku station is very big. It is hard to navigate for tourists and first timers in Japan.

This is not my first stay in Keio Plaza. Love the location and the airport limousine bus which stops at the hotel is extremely convenient. My only grouse is that the self service laundry is perpectually occupied. Does not help that some guests do not pick up their laundry in a timely manner.
More self service laundry please.

Nice hotel.. super big. Rooms are ample and comfortable.. the general areas are also nice.
Staff except at the restaurants is just not friendly nor they make you feel welcomed. They do their job and that is all.
The room amenities are as basic and irrelevant as they come. They look cheap and feel cheap.. not what I was expecting from a 5 star hotel.
Lining up for breakfast was not something I was expecting.. at all
