Wonderful
The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station and all the night life of that area, but that short walk gets you to a much quieter area for sleeping.
My room also had a view of Mt Fuji and the light show each night on the Government Building.
The sky bar in the hotel has a great view and good food and drink.
The breakfasts were also very good.
The staff members were very helpful and polite.
The room was expensive as were all food and drink available in the restaurants there in the towers.
But it seemed pretty closely priced to the area.

Location
The beds were really hard. I prefer a hard bed, but mine had no cushion whatsoever. Also the laundry detergent they used caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I should have brought my own pillow case.

Disappointing
I paid 500 US a night for two nights. Although check-in was very pleasant and I was treated with kindness.
Not consistent good service for my time here. Since the QR code would not work for room service, I called the man just barked at me to use the TV. His answer was very rude, I had the same experience what I called to ask how to connect to the internet. I needed to stay an extra hour press check out for a noon check out and they charge me 12,600 yen. The fact that I just gave them $1,000 for two nights and I was checking out on a Monday, you would have thought they could have easily given me one extra hour.. overall just not worth the high price especially when you're treated poorly by the staff.

Really friendly staff! Room was very clean, and the room service food was tasty too.
You can't check-in early, but they do offer to hold your luggage until check-in time so you can go out while waiting.

Wonderful
Very good location for sightseeing Tokyo. Staff was overly helpful. Most spoke good English which was very helpful. Room was modern and very clean. Good restaurants, great views from the Sky Lounge.
Small closet and no drawers for the clothes. We had 2 large suitcases and had to leave most things in them. Bathroom sink lacked shelves.

Wonderful
Had interconnecting rooms, family of 4, they were refurbished, a good size, beds were big and comfortable. Great view from the room of the laser light show on Tokyo Metro building. Fabulous roof top bar and dining restaurant that both offer great views of the city. Staff were very attentive in all interactions. Breakfast was good. Close to the station for getting around town and an easy walk to all the lights and alley ways of Shinjuku. 7-11 in building, easy for cash out, snacks etc. Free Disney shuttle bus for all guests too.
Expensive, however most are at this time of year.
