Very Good
Very nice upscale hotel. Staff were nice & professional. Walkable to some of the good places to see, where to eat etc.
Our first night was a post cruise booking & we decided to stay another day & booked for another day through Booking.com. I thought we can just stay in the same room but they said no. Had to pack & transfer to another room & had to wait after 3 to get the key for the new room. The 2nd room's bed is not as nice as the first one. The shower curtain was short changed so the water was getting outside the tub. For the price I paid it wasn't worth it just to sleep.

Hotel staff was not courteous and the property needs refurbishment.

Exceptional
The central location, the quietness of the rooms, as well as the floor space (important when one has a lot of suitcases). We also liked the 45th floor Bar - wonderful views and great choice of cocktails.
The breakfast was the most expensive I have had anywhere worldwide, and the choice/quality did not justify the price.

The room was spacious and clean. The installations in the lobby were beautiful.
It was expensive and distant from the train station. But I did like that the location was in a quieter area of Shinjuku.

Wonderful
This was a perfect first hotel for our 2 week visit to Japan. The room was stocked with amenities. The location was close to the craziness of Shinjuku but in a relatively quiet area. The 7-11 was very convenient within the hotel. Nearby access to subway lines and trains was great. Having the stop from the Airport Limousine Bus from Narita allowed us to not have to think about trying to navigate Tokyo after a long day of travel.
Other than it being a larger hotel than we typically stay in, we have nothing negative to say.

Is very comfortable and clean
The lobby does not have a sitting area to sit and relax and it does not have rooms for family of four so we had to rent two separate bedrooms.

Updated rooms and cleanliness
Laundry facility. Machines do not dry clothes — even after adding 1.5 more hours of drying time. We ended up having to pack wet clothes upon departure. Very frustrating.

Location, facilities, but most importantly the staff. We’ve never experienced hospitality at a finer level. Every detail seen to. Every person courteous and respectful. Truly a vacation away from almost everything familiar. Staying here makes me want to aspire to become a better hostess to our guests. Cannot thank you enough
Not a single thing

We stayed on the grand floors where we had access to the lounge and we loved it. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was pretty spacious.
It was a bit more of a walk than we would have liked to get anywhere in Shinjinku. But would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Japan because it’s such a wonderful hotel.

Wonderful
An excellent hotel with top tier service. We are American. The beds were comfortable and the room was soundproofed well. The gym had enough equipment to get the job done plus free protein bars and a mini fridge with wet hand towels. It’s extremely well located by Shinjuku Station, another station, and a bus line. Starbucks and late night food options are across the street. A 711 and bakery are in the basement. The staff helped us book a haircut and luggage transport. Other positives included: Daily housekeeping. Reliable WiFi. English speaking staff. Personally, we didn’t get any meals at their restaurants so we cannot speak to that. Highly recommend Keio Plaza!
I wish there was a way to open a window to let in fresh air. The room was not well ventilated. They provided a dehumidifier in the room but it did not come with an English guide. The toilet was a bit old and sometimes smelled funny. This wouldn’t prevent me from staying again but this is my reason for a 9/10 score.

Location of the hotel. Been going back to stay in the hotel for the fifth time. It is always our favourite hotel to stay.
The cherry blossom tour which changed location which was not clear enough during the phone conversation. That was truly disappointing as thats what we wanted to experience.
In the end we went to Shinjuku Gyoen garden - truly satisfying and meeting our expectations! Worth of the walk and experience!

Disappointing
The hotel is huge, the reception and restaurants link 3 x sky scrapper accom blocks. You know you are in a 5 x star hotel. From the moment the airport taxi pulled up, the porter was lifting our cases and then arranged for other staff to bring them to our room. However........
However, the 5 x star feeling ended the moment I walked into our room 2736. The moment I walked in I could see that the carpet was badly worn from the door, around the bed and in front of the dressing table. IS> there was no carpet pile. It is worn to the carpet base. Then I looked in the bathroom and I couldn't believe my eyes to see a shower rail loosely hanging with a old shower curtain. The curtain smelled (as they do) from previous users. The room was clean so it's not the staff issue at all. It's a hotel management issue to let a room standard drop to this level. We had just arrived after a 15 hour flight so we let it go. But I question why I paid top price for this hotel only to be given a room that was well below specification and was not as per images on the website. I know I should have refused to accept it. So the room was a huge disappointment and worthy of partial reimbursement.

Bed was very stiff, I wish there was a walk in shower instead of a bathtub with a hand shower

This hotel is in a great location close to shinjuku station and many restaurants. The room was a good size with comfortable beds (we had 2 twin beds) and we had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji.
The price averaged around 377 usd per night which I thought was a little high however we understand that Tokyo is an expensive city.
