The Hotel is located in a great area, at a short walking distance from the several major metro stations and from many popular tourist attractions. My room was really spacious, with tons of great amenities, very clean and comfortable, and the view, especially at night time, was just stunning! But probably the best thing of all were the Staff, each and every one of whom was very polite, extremely helpful and accommodating, ready to provide any kind of support to their guests. I've spent 8 wonderful nights at that great place and I enjoyed every moment of my stay! Thanks a million! ??
Several times there happened some minor misunderstandings at the Premium Lounge regarding seating arrangements, and also with the timely orders deliveries. But they were resolved in the end to the both sides satisfaction.

Excellent location and right on the Airport Limo Bus route. Very helpful, friendly, and effective staff, without exception. We had a lovely room overlooking the Municipal Government building, so got a light show every night. Nice bath products, towels, etc. The executive lounge was quite nice. Breakfast venues in addition to the lounge were also very good.

Very Good
The spaciousness of the room for Tokyo, it felt nice after a long day out and about. The train station was close enough and just on the out skirts of Shinjuku were you needed a reprieve.
We booked a Premier Grand Room (breakfast, snacks and drinks), I accidentally I booked for 1 person, on arrival to change the room to guests the price was absorbent, so they downgraded our room for 2 guests. They removed all access for the premier room and gave us breakfast for 1 person, but did not allow us to keep the other meal plan for the 1 guest. We were jet lagged and only the next morning did I realize that they took advantage of our type of booking, but they were reluctant to make it right. The hotel felt a little too large for my liking, we prefer boutique hotels, but this could be due to being downgraded in room category. The breakfast was good but nothing beyond.

Wonderful
I like the service, the staff, the location and the amenities.
The beds were very hard, we woke up every morning with a backache. There were not enough English channels on the television so when you are in your room there is nothing to watch. Please add more English channels for guests to watch besides the news.

I stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel in Tokyo (Shinjuku) with my mom and sister, and we had such an amazing experience. We upgraded to the Premier Suites (I believe on floors 35–45), and it was completely worth it.
The upgrade included breakfast, daily happy hour from 5–7 PM, and even a tea time in the afternoon (around 1–3 PM), which made the whole stay feel extra special. The hospitality was absolutely incredible, the staff went above and beyond and helped me so many times throughout our stay.
The room itself was spacious and super comfortable, especially for Tokyo, and the views from the higher floors were amazing. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere that feels both upscale and relaxing.
The location in Shinjuku is also a huge plus. There’s even an underground tunnel that connects you most of the way to Shinjuku Station, which was a lifesaver when we were traveling in the rain. Plus, having a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs made everything even easier.
If I’m ever back in Tokyo, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the premier suites so I'm not sure what the room outside of those were like. But, the room was immaculately clean. Every day the housekeeping would clean and fold our clothes nicely and clean the room with great care which made it so nice for us to come back to after walking 11 miles every day. Breakfast was fantastic on floor 45, especially for a buffet. The staff were super nice and accommodating, and gave us some great recommendations of things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
The afternoon tea, happy hour and lounge access.
Last time I had really nice private check in experience at the lounge upstairs and luggage were delivered to the room. This time there was no reception and the staff told me to take my own luggage. I anticipated slightly more since I had paid more than $700 for a night.

Amazing location. The Premier Grand upgrade was fundamental and the best deal around. When I return to Tokyo, I will always stay here.

Wonderful
Staffs at Sky Lounge very welcoming and attentive. We will miss the bartenders there?
Loved the midnight room service especially the hamburger, clean and well presented?
The service of the Cantonese restaurant was very slow. Think they forgot our order? Buffet breakfast was just okay?
It would be nice to have tissue papers next to the vanity?

This hotel was amazing. Check-in was easy, front desk, very well. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had every amenity you needed in the room. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner. My favorite was the 7/11 located on the bottom floor. The views from the room were spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

KEIO Plaza is a beautiful, comfortable hotel with amazing customer service.
The hotel should have water available in the lobby for patrons who are waiting for their transportation and not makes them go to a convenience store to buy it
