Wonderful
We stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand from July 12–17 for five nights, with two rooms on the Premier Grand executive floors and full access to the Club Lounge. After a long journey to Tokyo, the hotel was exactly what we needed and ultimately became one of the highlights of our trip.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally polite, friendly and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and the level of service was consistent throughout the hotel.
Both of our rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well appointed. They felt spacious by Tokyo standards, with everything we needed for a five-night stay. Housekeeping maintained an extremely high standard throughout.
The Premier Grand Lounge was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Having lounge access meant we could enjoy breakfast, drinks, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a good mix of Japanese and Western options.
The evening service was particularly enjoyable, with complimentary drinks and cocktails alongside a surprisingly good selection of food. There was enough available that it could comfortably form part of your evening rather than simply being a few small snacks.
One of our favourite memories was sitting in the lounge in the evening with a drink while watching the projection show on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building directly opposite the hotel. It was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day exploring Tokyo.
The location in Nishi-Shinjuku was excellent for us. Shinjuku Station is within walking distance, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is practically on the doorstep. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby, while the hotel itself has multiple restaurants, bars and other useful facilities.

Everyone was so polite. The room was beautiful as was the lounge.
The gym is too small with a lack of equipment.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Shinjuku Station and other areas that are easy to walk to. The hotel was very nice, clean. Breakfast was great. The rooms were a bit small, but had been recently renovated. The staff was great, very kind and helpful.
Rooms could have been bigger.

Glass Court is the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced! The curry is my favorite.
It was a bit difficult to find the 2 laundry rooms available. But, when I did, it was seamless and easy to use.

The location was great. Close to the station as well as restaurants
We had a room that was part on the premier floors that had access to the club which was a great bonus.
A large hotel that can seem overwhelming but that was not really a problem

Views were stunning Hotel was elegant and welcoming Many restaurants to choose from Buffet was outstanding, highly recommend! Even had a 7Eleven in the Hotel:)) The 45th floor staff was incredible,I wish I would have gotten names, they all helped me with a pressing situation involving the Postal Service and two ladies in particular never gave up on making everything work out I am forever grateful to them and their kindness. I have stayed at many Hotels and this one is at the top of the list
