Excellent breakfast on Club floor with very good service, multiple high quality food options. Amazing view over Tokyo.
Rooms are very clean with multiple amenities. Great shower. Room service is excellent.
Below the hotel there are multiple restaurant options. Make sure to reserve though. 7-11 in the hotel is a very good benefit.
Easy walk to restaurant areas and walking distance to beautifal parks and shopping areas.

The concierge lounge and breakfast was fantastic. Service and attention to detail in everyway. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms that were positioned across the hall from each other that worked out great for my teenage children. Complimentary shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland and a very affordable direct shuttle to the airport was a huge bonus. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.
We loved everything, just wished there was a hot tub at the pool.

We were on the Premier Floor, and I would highly recommend it. Breakfast was included, they had snacks and drinks available every afternoon and every evening. The views are beautiful, the service and the amenities included are all excellent. The location could not have been better. It was about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. So many things are within walking distance. It is so easy to get around--whether you take the train or a cab/uber, you can get anywhere in the city that you want very easily.
I wish when we checked in someone had given us a more thorough explanation of all the amenities and all the facilities in the hotel. It took a couple of days for us to realize that there was a 7-11 in the hotel. We had been going to some of the 7-11s around the hotel, but didn't know there was one in the hotel on the lower level. Other than that, I do not have any complaints.

Room was spotless, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable with great shower and good mattress. Service staff is super attentive and helpful. Nice spread in club lounge!
The lobby and restaurant floor 2 feels more dated- Premier Grand is definitely worth the up charge as those areas feel very fresh and updated.

Staff was unhelpful, amenities are few and far between- no lotion available in the hotel. Self service check in took forever and we still needed to have help from someone. We asked the concierge to order a taxi for us when we were leaving with our bags and she wouldn’t- very weird service.

The breakfast buffet was great. They tried to provide vegan options in one location. The room was big and the bathtub was massive and enjoyable. We loved the lounge on the 44-45 floor with view, drinks and free food. The lounge area is very realxing and fun. They had access to washing machines that was great. We stayed 6 nights.
The hotel has a connecting underground passage to Shinjuku station. The guidance to the station from the hotel could have been better by the concierge desk. The staff probably need to provide warning of the maze and horror the Shinjuju station is and provide more guidance. Although in truth, they have little control because the station is contiually changing due to construction.

Lounge was lovely. Nice to have a glass of wine at the end of the day before dinner. Breakfast was also nice with lots of choices.
Arrival process. The bell captains grabbed our luggage and told us we couldn’t check in until 3. No exceptions. Also the main front desk wasn’t helpful. Once we got to the premier level things went smoothly. Took a very long time to get our luggage delivered to our room.

Lovely staff, so kind and un-frazzled even though it was a long check in and lots of groups coming in for check in. Shout out to Sebastian who was on point and followed up promptly with me when I needed to extend my stay. Housekeeping thorough and wonderful.
Breakfast was amazing, especially the Japanese on the 45th floor. The lounge was incredible with Macha service in the afternoon! Lovely restaurant options downstairs if you don't feel like going out!
The mini bar was a little disappointing.
