The staff is very efficient and polite. Great location, only 7 mins walking from the Shinjuku bus station or Shinjuku train station.
The room is not really clean. There are some hairs on the bathroom floor.

We're a family of 4 and there is no room to fit us so we have to separate into 2 rooms. But other than that, we love this hotel.

Proximity to Shinjuku station and the district.
Room ergonomics was not good. I like their eco cleaning approach where they only replace towels and amenities every day and a full cleaning on the third day. Problem with eco cleaning was they didn’t replace the used glasses and coffee cups.
