location is good, staff is friendly. Was traveling out from this hotel to Mount fuji and i needed my ticket for the bus ride to be printed. Was asking the staff where can i print the documents instead they ask me to send them the document help me print out. Super Thankful.

Location was excellent. Less than 10 min walk to get to Shinjuku Station and easy access from there to Kyoto and around Tokyo. The breakfast was excellent - both food and staff. Room size was comfortable.

Highly recommend Kyushu Blossom - I have found my go-to hotel in Tokyo. Location is great; minutes from Shinjuku station and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are very modern; I like the water cooler on every floor. The staff is excellent and extremely hospitable. We had an incident where someone in my party left his retainers in the room upon checkout. When we returned to the hotel for our second leg in Tokyo, the staff searched tirelessly for the retainers, and when they were not able to retrieve it, compensated us for the cost of replacements. (They had a photo of it from our previous stay - that it was found by housekeeping) This was unexpected and so much appreciated. The staff has definitely gone above and beyond. Apart from this incident, the staff were great at recommending restaurants and also keeping our luggage while we checked out for a couple of days to stay at Disneyland. Major kudos to Kyushu Blossom. I am a forever fan

Great location in Shinjuku, really close to metro & tons of fun shopping, food, and nightlife (and a 7-eleven!)
Some might consider the room small, but that's Tokyo! Didn't hamper our trip or stay at all.

This was my second time staying at Blossom because it came highly recommended by family for my first trip to Tokyo. It’s a clean and well run hotel with fluent English speakers on staff that are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Rena in particular was very helpful and friendly!
It’s hard to find anything I disliked. I should’ve sprung for a larger room I guess! But my room was perfect for my needs.

Location is excellent and I like the fact that the train station is within easy walking distance. Also I like that there are combinis nearby and a macdonalds for late night snack runs. It's also quiet which is good.

Staff spoke fluent English, plus kind and helpful as we needed to adjust our departure. Super central if you need to go in and out of Shinjuku station. One of the more comfy Western style beds on our trip. Quiet on the higher floors. Nice breakfast with variety. Water station on each floor.
Housekeeping could have changed the used coffee mugs. Space is tight in the room. Elevators are often quite full. The convenience of the location comes with the price of being crowded and busy.

Room layout was effective and everything you needed for your stay was there. I especially made use of the hot water kettle and cups in the room and the water machine provided on each floor. The bedding and mattress was comfortable. I liked that there was a no fog spot on the bathroom mirror, and they provided a packet of epsom salt for your feet.
The money exchange machine in their front lobby didn't have very good rates. Also didn’t have moisturizer in the room.

staff is always great!
Bathroom shower curtain smelled. They only do minimal maid service every other day. Only give u change of towels and remove trash. Don’t even replace dirty dishes used.

The front desk initially assigned me a room that was not ready, so I had to return to request a different room.
