The location was ideal. Very close to the train station and to other activities in the area.
The breakfast wasn't that great. The quality of the food was just ok, more local food would have been appreciated.

The hotel is in a great location. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in getting our luggage shipped to our hotel in Osaka. Having a washer/dryer on our floor was also great as we ended up using it one night.
The rooms are very clean but a bit small.

The location was easily accessible from the train station and was very helpful to get connected to various parts of tokyo.Had all the required basic shopping and eateries in walkable distance.
Nothing in particular, as a first time traveller to Japan, I did not find anything missing.A place one can easily choose if they want to stay in and around shinjuku area.
