Closely located to the massive Shinjuku train station. About 10-15 min walk to the busier parts of Shinjuku. The street the hotel is on was really calm, at seemingly all times of day.

Location was good, close to Shinjuku Station and major shopping. The staff was excellent and helped me send packages within Japan. The room was always made up and clean each day.
The elevators could get crowded. The room was a little small for 2 people and luggage.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location is right next to a Lawson for quick snacks and a short walk to the train station.
The room was a little small, but not as small as other options in the area.

Location is excellent and I like the fact that the train station is within easy walking distance. Also I like that there are combinis nearby and a macdonalds for late night snack runs. It's also quiet which is good.

staff is always great!
Bathroom shower curtain smelled. They only do minimal maid service every other day. Only give u change of towels and remove trash. Don’t even replace dirty dishes used.

Conveniently located just 5 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, yet still tucked away on a quiet street. Attentive staff, who speak great English. Helpful with coordinating luggage delivery to next location. Right next to Lawson. Great experience, overall.

Location was superb just a few minutes walk to the train station and multiple department stores, and right next to a Lawson which was amazing. Beds were super comfy. The buffet breakfast was a good value and had a nice variety of Western and Japanese food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was heavenly - felt like a spa. Loved the convenience of having coin laundry, microwave, ice and water machine on the same floor. The laundry machines were so brilliant I want one for my house lol (one machine does the full wash and dry cycle and automatically adds the detergent in without having to guess the proper amount). Quiet sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. I also loved that they gave my 2 year old his own toddler toothbrush, toothpaste, bear bath sponge, and slippers - so thoughtful and cute!
Rooms were a bit small but that is typical in Tokyo and actually bigger than other Japanese hotels I’ve stayed at.
