Location was excellent - steps away from Shinjuku station and all the shopping and restaurants you could imagine, yet the hotel rooms itself were quiet. Appreciate also the hot/cold water stations on each floor so we could fill up our own water bottles.
Could not adjust the AC in the room and the room was too hot. We often had to prop the bedroom door open to let the cool air from the hallway come into the room. Room was small and price was on the higher end comparative to other places we stayed but you're paying for the location.

Great location near the Shinjuku station and Bus terminal. Welcoming staff. Available luggage forwarding.
Would've been exceptional if they had a gym/pool but we understand that not many hotels in the area provide these amenities !

Being closer to the Gion would have been nice, but it's only about a 25 min walk from this hotel

The location to Shinjuku Station was wonderful. Easy access to the rest of the city and in a lively part of the city itself. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful with questions and there were many free amenities for guests.
The room was slightly smaller than expected, but still able to move around.

Proximity to subway was nice, very clean, high end
I thought things like airport transfer and gym were included in the stay, they were not. Cost extra and off property. A bit misleading
