Wonderful
The club lounge access was a great benefit with professional and attentive staff and a good breakfast. Our room was very comfortable with true black out shades which was fantastic while recovering from jet lag.
Navigating the multi-level entrances and exits was confusing and unclear. It would be helpful for them to be more clearly marked where you're exiting for those who are not accustomed to the area. Lastly the club lounge breakfast had a number of gluten free options which was great but the main restaurant was woefully lacking in gluten free options.

As a member I got upgraded and free late check out. The room is very comfortable and got everything I needed. The temperature can be adjusted well. Bathroom is big and comfortable.

Amazing breakfast, attentive staff and superb location especially for a first time visit to Tokyo. The gym is also above average for a hotel. We'll definitely consider coming back. The room was a little outdated but super clean and comfortable nonetheless.
Nothing in particular. A coin laundry would have been a nice addition but I understand it might not jive with the brand.

Overall cleanliness.
The room we were given initially was facing the highway which gets pretty loud during the night. The staff did helped us change to a quieter room after two nights so kudos to the staff.

Best breakfast we had in tokyo, hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spacious and clean. Felt like classic 5-star hotel treatment. We loved the hotel - 10/10.
It was a tad bit expensive - we wanted to extend our stay but they did not offer us a great rate despite it being our honeymoon.

Our stay at ANA InterContinental Tokyo was one of the most upsetting and disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had, especially from a property that presents itself as a luxury international 5-star hotel. From the beginning, communication was extremely difficult, as the majority of the staff were unable to communicate in English, which is surprising and unacceptable for an international hotel chain. Every simple request turned into a stressful situation due to the lack of basic communication. The air conditioning in our room was not working from the first day, and despite reporting the issue repeatedly, we were told that nothing could be done and that we simply needed to “deal with it,” leaving us for three full days without functioning AC. Only after days of discomfort did the hotel suddenly decide the issue was fixable, and although they offered another room, it was not a practical solution as we were a large group and moving would have caused further inconvenience; the problem should have been resolved immediately rather than ignored. In addition, our experience with the concierge was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Without our permission, they attempted to charge our credit card and even sent us an email accusing us of illegal conduct over a situation that was completely misrepresented. Instead of addressing the matter politely and respectfully, the concierge insisted that we should have “communicated better” and continued speaking to us in an extremely disrespectful tone. The fact that a 5-star hotel would threaten to charge our card without authorization, based on information they never verified, is deeply alarming and completely unacceptable. To make things worse, housekeeping was neglected throughout our stay: our room was not cleaned for days, towels were not replaced, trash was left untouched, and dirty coffee cups remained in the room for three days despite requests.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the hotel breakfasts we've ever had. We looked forward to it every morning! The location was in a quieter area, but not a far train ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Full service hotel-gym, club level, spa, nice dining available. Location was great, walkable and train access. Staff was exceptional. Taxis right there always. concierge service also.
