Location was in business district, walking distance to many restaurants. Clean modern hotel, large rooms great gym, and pool on roof, shops and restaurants inside hotel were great. Staff was outstanding when we had an issue they were very helpful. Concierge was incredible and booked restaurants and Japanese head spa for us even last minute.
Location a 20 min drive to shopping areas like harajuku and Shibuya but still close

First of all, the rooms were spacious and clean! The interior was very modern. The rooms’ size was a big plus, we had one extra bed in one of the room but there were still plenty of space! Loved the sofa overlooking the Tokyo city view. The rooms
also had a big table for you to work on. Even the bathrooms were spacious with a big bath tub.
Additionally, the services were impressive! We went by first to leave the luggages in their care but were told we can do an early check-in which was nice since we travelled from another city. We also asked for more water and were ready to go get them ourselves but they came to deliver the waters right away. And when we were leaving, we had to pack a few more of our things, they took care to watch our luggages for us and even offered a place to arrange them comfortably (and the staff in the room also brought us a scale to weigh our bags).
There weren’t many places to go around the area but there were quite a lot of convenience stores and a train station entrance (a bit far as you have to walk further in).

Location in Akasaka, a little commercial but had many dining options nearby. Bathrooms very modern and up to date, only one sink for king classic room, beds very comfortable and good white duvet. Coffee shops and cascade buffet easy to get food.
Air conditioning hard to manage
At check in they didn’t inform us of free breakfast but a manager Robin was amazing at making sure we were compensated or not charged. Thank you Robin for your attention.

The location and ease of navigation around the hotel with local amenities was incredible!
Slightly dated facilities. Weirdly the only had a men’s sauna and no steam or sauna facilities for women? Which I found odd for a hotel of its class.

Great location, amazing breakfast, great gym for a hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was amazing. Easy metro access. The room was a decent size for Tokyo. They were very helpful with luggage storage.
Not a deal breaker or even a major issue but the facility is starting to show its age a little bit. Not the latest and greatest but an overall high-quality and reliable hotel.

Wonderful
Location and high standards.
Great breakfast buffet
Constant smell of mold in the bathroom. Apparently they sprayed for it, just to come back the next day. Something that will require a fix, not a patch.

This luxury hotel had very friendly and helpful staff, a spectacular breakfast buffet, and an excellent laid out bathroom. It’s in a business location so the choices of restaurants and shops are limited, unlike Shibuya and Ginza, that are nearby. The location is excellent if you want to avoid crowds and still be central. The Hie-ji shrine is a short walk and a must-visit.
Like other hotels in Japan, there’s few or no drawers for laying out clothes if you stay a few days.

Wonderful
The club lounge access was a great benefit with professional and attentive staff and a good breakfast. Our room was very comfortable with true black out shades which was fantastic while recovering from jet lag.
Navigating the multi-level entrances and exits was confusing and unclear. It would be helpful for them to be more clearly marked where you're exiting for those who are not accustomed to the area. Lastly the club lounge breakfast had a number of gluten free options which was great but the main restaurant was woefully lacking in gluten free options.

As a member I got upgraded and free late check out. The room is very comfortable and got everything I needed. The temperature can be adjusted well. Bathroom is big and comfortable.
The only issue was the room sometimes have bad smells. But not severe

Amazing breakfast, attentive staff and superb location especially for a first time visit to Tokyo. The gym is also above average for a hotel. We'll definitely consider coming back. The room was a little outdated but super clean and comfortable nonetheless.
Nothing in particular. A coin laundry would have been a nice addition but I understand it might not jive with the brand.
