Location / friendliness and helpfulness of staff / immediate attention to needs expressed
room has some little details which is not functional and user friendly. Example wash basin is outside bathroom and there is no proper lighting or place for the ladies to do their make up properly.
we stayed in Hyatt Centric Melbourne and the room was very well thought out and very functional. that is why we chose Hyatt Centric when we were in Tokyo.

Room layout was unique but great. Center area for sink / coffee and countertop was very functional. Design was hip and inviting.
Only negative is the bed was harder than expected. But slept fine.

Room size and layout are great and very spacious shower / bathroom. A bit confused by the who this hotel is targeting, as seems to designed and staffed for a young market but priced at a higher end.
Staff were generally very friendly but seem really young and inexperienced (especially in the bar/restaurant)
