The room had a generous amount of space, and the bed provided great comfort. The property location is perfect.
The room's amenities could have been improved, for example, by including body lotion and facial tissue papers.

Fantastic Hotel in fantastic location, located in a quiet leafy street 100m walk to Ginza 6 Shopping Mall, Uniqlo, etc etc. Loved the free snacks at reception and the cocktails in the bar were fabulous

The Hyatt Centric was in a good area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and extremely modern. Cannot fault the staff or the location. We had a wonderful and relaxed stay

It is so overpriced for what it is
My husband lost his wallet in the cab when we arrived at the hotel from the airport. The staff in the hotel were not helpful nor sympathetic. The service is really bad.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, and service was exceptional! I am truly impressed with the hotel employees' care for the guests. They go the extra mile to help their guests with their specific needs. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.
