Very nice hotel, great location next to train station. Very nice professional staff!
Everything in room is on the ground. I know, it's cultural, but I prefer to have a chair and a table and bed that are not on the ground. For me and my aging body, it just is not comfortable. Other than that, the room was great.

Good size bathroom. And the air conditioner was really good.

Very close to the Marunouchi line, great for getting around Tokyo.

Location is close to train station and there is a family Mart and places to eat close by. It only 2 stops to get to Shinjuku station.
The rooms are small and beds are too firm for me. We did figure out the mat they have Western style rooms on higher floors and I figured out too late that I could get a portable travel mattress pad from 3coins.

Smoking room was too close to waiting room. The shower curtain was really short and hung right above the tub so water would get onto floor if you are careful.

The location was great to get around to other areas of Tokyo.
The beds were hard although you could go to 3coins and buy a travel mattress topper. I figured that out too late.
