The room was clean and they were able to make up the bed even though we had the room a bit crowded with our clothing.
The breakfast was not good at all. We paid for breakfast everyday but ended up not using it for half the stay because it was so bad. Miso watered down with no real additions to put into it. Eggs were really soggy and not how scrambled eggs usually are made. All hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs; etc were served cold even though they are on hot plates. The plates were not keeping anything hot. No real juice to be had. Salad bar was an odd thing, more suited to dinner but was a large part of the breakfast buffet. The only 2 items that seemed to have a lot of pride from the staff was the rice porridge and the French toast.

Location is great. Not too touristy. Close to the nightlife but at the same time not in the middle of it. Subway is very close (EXTREMELY important for Tokyo). Hotel is organized and clean. Staff helped me a lot letting me leave my luggage there while I stayed 2 weeks out of Tokyo. I definitely recommend it as decent, high quality, very well located place.
I tend to complain a lot in my reviews but not on this one.

Check in wasnt welcoming. It was busy, maybe a little stressful time for a staff member. Not the best experience though staff did apologize, we think it could've been handled better. This was our 2nd time at this hotel. Hopefully it will be better next time if we stay there again.

Good location, convenient, breakfast available, near train station, restaurants, convenient stores. Staff in evening pleasant, helped get us late check out with a fee but it was available, thank you.

Excellent location not far from Shinjuku (just 3 stops away via the nearest Tokyo Metro station, Yotsuya-Sanchome). Hotel breakfast was excellent and was the reason why we wanted to stay at this hotel again (the french toast is a must-try). Hotel well maintained and rooms were nice and clean. Room cleaning is every 3 days but they give you new towels every day by hanging a bag to your door handle (if you don't put out the sign requesting no new towels). They have a DIY yourself luggage storage room that makes it easy to leave your luggage there for a few hours before your next stop.
Beds were a little on the hard side and we weren't sure if our neighbor was just noisy or the walls thin, but we could hear him clearly talking several times.

The booked by error a smoking room so they upgrade us to a bigger non-smoking room. The top shower is very comfortable. And the mattress too.
There was a broken lamp fixed with duct tape. Feels very old and run down. It’s has motel vibes. But for the price it’s a good deal.

It was conveniently located near train stations, shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and one of them even gave me extra postcards when I said I wanted to keep what they gave with the room key upon arrival. Such a nice gesture and greatly appreciated. That just shows you how they go the extra mile.

Wonderful
The location is great, 7-11, FamilyMart and metro are in walking distance. There are many good places to eat and have coffee too. It’s about 20 mins walk to reach the bustling Shinjuku commercial area.
The room is relatively small but it’s central Tokyo, it’s great value for money.

The hotel is very conveniently located, only a minute walk to the train station. There are a lot of great food options around. The staff are friendly and helpful when we asked for an extra pillow. The amenities freebies are great, too. They also have an ice cream machine, a luggage scale and a luggage storage. Each floor has a drink vending machine which I thought was pretty cool and convenient. TV has Netflix and YouTube option.
The room was quite small, it doesn't really have space for big luggage. But we got used to it :) Room service is only every 3 days, but we have fresh towels everyday.

Wonderful
It was pretty close to a train station so didn’t have an issue with transportation. I liked that the hotel provided some basic skin care for women. They also had free drinks available at the lobby.
The layout of the room I was in was a bit too cramped. I had to move the chair out of the way so I could bring my luggage in and put it in a place where I could open it.
