14th floor lounge was nice. Staff were nice.
The food services is weak. Only a buffet breakfast is available. Many people don’t eat or want that much. Tullys coffee is OK for 1 morning but otherwise you have to walk pretty far for other options. There are very few restaurants options in the area, particularly on a Sunday night. This becomes an issue when you would like to come back to the room after going out all day, clean up and do a short walk to a restaurant. After walking 20.000 steps the last thing you want to do is walk 10 Minutes to catch the subway to find a restaurant. After staying a week we had to beg for a late check out as our taxi was coming at 2 and we wanted 1 extra hour. They eventually gave us 30 minutes. We asked to pay for an upgrade room with a view as all we had was a wall and the patio view. They said they were 100% full for the entire week which seems a little suspicious as we did not see a lot of people in the halls or lobby.

17th floor Superior Queen city view room. Smallish but very comfortable by North American standards. Well provisioned with respect to water, tea, coffee, glasses, robes and even fresh cotton pajamas every day. Even the bathroom amenities were really well stocked and freshly supplied every day. Excellent location to parks, metro and convenience stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. A number of embassies in the area. We also loved the 24 hr lounge and the complimentary daily happy hour on the 14th floor. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff.
A few more USB ports would have been appreciated.

The decor and ambiance of the hotel is beautifully elegant and refined. The lobby is enormous, and impressive in its artistic design. Our room was spacious, with a separate sitting area, which we enjoyed very much. We also had a view of the inner court, which was lovely. The daily room cleaning was impeccable. And the service from the front desk managers was, as is all the service in Japan, absolutely top-notch...gracious, efficient, helpful, thoughtful, courteous, considerate and personable. It was a joy to have an oasis to return to, from the freneticism of the more populated areas, like Shibuya and Shinjuku. It was also very convenient to have a 7-Eleven and three excellent restaurants in the same building, including a spectacular one specializing in katsu. All in all, the Celestine is a true 5-star establishment.
Honestly, we had no disappointments or complaints.

The rooms were comfortable and I had a great view. Breakfast excellent although they could have had a second coffee machine. Close to subway stations and a quiet area. Staff were amazing.
You may find this area too quiet, especially for night life.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were exceptionally clean.
The room was so small that you couldn’t open a suitcase. The rooms were also very outdated. I felt like the photos online were deceiving on how small the rooms were.

I love the later check out but my entire stay from the breakfast variety to the cleanliness of the room to the friendly staff was all perfect! I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional hospitality standards. Good in-room and lounge coffee. Lovely lounge facilities. Wonderful complimentary wine/beer hours. Super comfortable and quiet room.
The modest Queen room was a bit small, and had little sitting space. And no desk space. But that did not matter to us on this trip!

Very Good
Very clean and modern, amazing view, and really friendly staff. As we learned, also a pretty sizable room for Tokyo standards.
For first timers in Japan, it felt very far away from the action, but if it were our second or third time, this would probably a great fit location wise. Also places to eat were pretty limited later in the evening- which is another location specific problem. For example, the 7/11 in the building was closed before we would even get home from our adventure.
