The location is excellent, and the staff are truly amazing.
The room was hot despite having air conditioning. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very effective, and the noise made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel is in a great location in the upscale Ginza neighborhood. Short walk from several metro stations (Ginza and Shimbashi) while also being in the middle of all the shopping action. The hotel itself is on a rather quiet end of the strip so you're away from the crowds/noise while being within a very short walking distance. The room didn't have much of a view as it overlooked another building across the street. The room was clean/neat and had all the needed amenities.
Would have been great if there was a hotel gym on premises, even if small. Or at the very least, some sort of deal between them and a nearby 24/hour gym that allowed hotel guests to access it, especially given the 5-star label.

Attentive staff from the front desk, housekeeping, to restaurant staff , Beautiful property, incredible view from room, breakfast personnel were one of the best ever! Always welcoming and even on our last morning, made a beautiful cup of coffee with a picture of Japan and US combined.

Great location everything is within 10 min walking distance. Great staff and hospitality mind ready to help you out with every problems. Comfortable and clean room. Spacious bathroom.
At lower floor, the street noises are unbearable especially during late hours when people are leaving from the bars. But lucky for us that the hotel staff can find you a room for us at higher floor which has no noise problem at all.
