Very Good
The location cant be any better, so close to Shimbashi station and also Ginza shopping area. The lobby staffs were all very friendly and welcoming.
Please check the housekeeping record. We stayed 9 nights and the first few days were so nice. Starting from maybe the 5th night the one cleaning our room has obviously changed and the quality has dramatically dropped. One of our suitcases was placed in the middle of the room, one day some of our pyjamas were left on the bedside lampshade, one day the used tea cup was not cleaned/replaced with tea leftover from previous day when we returned at night. Andmost shockingly one big plastic bag which we used to keep all the unwanted trash or shopping packaging (because the room trash bin was not big enough) was left untouched for two whole days that one morning we had to approach reception to tell them particularly that big plastic bag was unwanted, please throw it away. One day we had laundry sent. It was cleaned well but was not returned to the room. If it is hotel practice to keep it at the counter and give it to guest when they return, it would be too strange as the night we retrieved it at the lobby we were carrying lots of other things. I approached to settle the charge to ensure easier check out, suddenly I was shown my laundry items, telling me like we were not sure whether we can send it back to the room, it was strange. If it was due to us not leaving any cash deposit and credit card authorization that hotel decided to keep it at reception and kind of force us to show up, that would be too bad as you could have asked for credit authorization upon check in.
It was generally a good staying experience, just that there are something you can improve in my understanding.

Wonderful
Excellent property.
Our 4th level room was quite noisy at night as it was facing the main road. Next time we would ask for a higher lower room.

Very Good
Nice room with fun view of Ginza streets. Very good location in the Ginza and close to trains. Breakfast was excellent with three choices - I tried the Japanese and French breakfasts and loved both. Very helpful staff.
The only English speaking channel on the TV was CNN. This is not good enough for a high end hotel in an international city.

Good
The hotel is near to 2 train stops, Shimbashi and Ginza. Both about 7-8 stops away from Shinjuku. The room we had small but functional the staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. Hotel is also surrounded by minimarts and many eateries nearby.
Unfortunately the hotel is also surrounded by gentlemens clubs, which are busy during the weekday evenings with hordes of working gentlemen having a drink after
Work. N they do make a lot of noise late into the night. The crow problem is also getting out of hand, they squawk very loudly early in the morning - of course these arent the hotels faults.

Great location and wonderfully comfortable room. The blackout curtains were very effective. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a few steps away from the Ginza line, which made traveling around Tokyo very convenient. I recommend this hotel.

Very Good
The location was very good, although the area had a strange night life. The room was clean, with spacious bathroom and nice setting. The view was ok.
Breakfast needed to have more choices. Personnell needed to be more comfortable whith the English language.

Comfortable bed
We chose a room that turned out to be a smoking room. It must have been the best value on booking site. My relative made the same mistake but managed to amend booking before arriving. For me there was No availability to change unless I paid to upgrade.
