Breakfast options - it was the same thing everyday, we stayed for 4 nights. Choice b/w French, American and Japanese breakfast. A spread with more healthy, continental options would have been preferable

The location was conveniently located beside a large variety of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was so clean and the rooms spacious. The staff was so attentive and kind. When we had any questions they were so quick to offer help to get us to our destination.

Good cleaning service. Nice concierge staff. In-room massage service available until 2 am (we didn’t try it, but it was cool to have).
One of the worst “5-star” hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I don’t even understand how this hotel is classified as a 5-star. From the get-go, the hotel grounds don’t convey any sense of luxury (barely any lobby area, basic room design). In-room dining is limited to Pizza (which tasted like a supermarket frozen pizza). The room was small and not well insulated (I can hear construction noise outside). When we asked for a late check-out, they absolutely refused giving us an additional hour at the room free of charge despite it being available (they insisted on charging us per hour), which is not very “5-star-y”. All in all, we regretted booking this place as it did not deliver the value we expected and paid for.

The location is excellent, close to all the Ginza shops and several train stations. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with plenty of toiletries. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful.
The hotel doesn’t really meet the standards of a 5-star property, as it lacks several facilities such as a gym. Breakfast is not a buffet, which isn’t mentioned anywhere, and there are only three fixed menus (American, Japanese, or French toast) served every day. If you want anything extra, even an additional egg or espresso shot, you have to pay extra. There’s also construction work going on nearby, and the room insulation isn’t great, so it can get quite noisy during the night.

Amazing staff and great breakfast! The room was very comfortable and well equipped but it was the staff and very tasty Japanese breakfast that made the stay a memorable surprise. Would love to come again.

This is an elegant hotel in a lovely neighborhood right near the Ginza Corridor. I found the staff to be excellent - friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I'd gladly stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Location, interiors, friendly, attentive and helpful staff, good cusotmer service. Suzuki was very helpful. She assisted us in moving rooms and in buying tickets online for the shinkansen. The front desk also kept my jacket which I left and had picked up by a friend after I left. Very responsive to messages in booking.com.
