Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but good.
The rooms are very small and have and old motel feeling. Need an re-do of the rooms. Also the AC is central so you can't adjust the temperature.

The room we lived on the 11th floor has dirty toilet base, a live small fly in the refrigerator and dirty wall paper below the knee level. We hope the hotel can pay attention and improve.

The location very near to station. And surprisingly there is halal resto ramen. The staffs were so helpful and friendly, they also let us change our torn money.

-love the location -staff super friendly and helpful -breakfast was good despite the limited choices -a lot of convenience stores around hotel -about 5 mins walk from Keisei line, metro and JR lines -located just next to Ameyokocho area -lots of food options
-room size was still slightly smaller than expected. Though beds are huge (2 x double) but walking space is limited. - bathroom is also small - washing machine at level 3 only limited to 3 machines so need to wait very long for your turn

Its a good hotel when you stay in ueno. I can leave my luggages overnight at the hotel, so Its comfortable.
The room is small and the smell of the restaurant disturb me when I am in front of the hotel or walk past the store.

Really nice location and comfortable hotel. Clean rooms every day, laundry available.
Was not a problem for us but be aware breakfast is very limited. You only get to choose one sandwich.
