Our room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was also perfect for getting to Tokyo Station and Ginza.
Only complaint is that the entrance isn't super obvious. We walked past it the first time until we realized that the lobby neesd to be accessed by an elevator. Other than that, this hotel was great!

Able to accommodate booking two rooms next to each other so that our family of four could stay conveniently. We arrived half an hour early for our check in and were able to get access to our rooms. Luggage storage after check out for half a day until our flight in the evening was smooth. Firm beds, very clean.

The hotel is located close (7-8 minutes walk) from Tokyo Station and the Airport Bus Terminal. Bathroom was fine, with good choice toiletries. The room was cleaned efficiently and on-time every day.
Room was small, even for 1 person. There was no view, you could only see the adjacent's building wall. Wi-fi was not exceptionally fast or stable.

Great hotel in central Tokyo. You can’t beat the location for proximity to Tokyo Station and the rooms were clean, well appointed, comfortable, and good sized. The shower was fabulous. Great place to stay.

Location is basically right across from Tokyo Station on the Nihombashi exit/entrance side. Very convenient to underground metro stations nearby. 7-11 is a couple of doors away and Lawsons across at Tokyo Station. Reception staff was very friendly, especially one that was able to speak very good English. Room was very clean, albeit on the smaller side, which seems to be typical for an economy double room in a business hotel. Basic toiletries were included in the room such as toothbrush/paste, hairbrush, hairband, razor.
I wish they would have offered complimentary (and unlimited) drinks like tea, coffee, and water (hot & cold) in the lobby/lounge, like some other similar hotels I've stayed at near Tokyo Station.

The room was spacious and had a bit of a retro vibe which I enjoyed! It was clean and tidy and had all of the amenities you'd expect. The staff were also warm and lovely, and happily answered all my questions.

Location and proximity to Tokyo Station and Metro Lines Staff were fantastically polite, helpful and warm. Snacks in the room, along with organic green tea. Postcards in the corridor were very nice and interesting.
Limited non Japanese TV Channels Some parts of the room showing signs of wear Mattress a little too hard for my liking Room heating and air conditioning temperature a little hard to get the right temperature. Too hot or too cold.

Close to Tokyo Station
Not a 4 star hotel as listed. 3 star experience, in fact some of the 3 stars I stayed in on my trip were better. Outdated and overpriced for what it was, room smelled musty and had no independent AC unit. The central AC wouldn't go below 20 C. No balcony.
