I liked the location, which was the best. It's easy to access from Tokyo Station, and it's near other landmarks such as the Imperial Palace. It's quiet and cosy.
The room has no view and a rather odd smell, but this fades after using the air cleaner. It took a little longer at reception, but they did not explain the restaurant system, which caused confusion the next day. Despite the buffet-style breakfast, they informed me that the last order is at 9:45. I did not realise that the restaurant closed at 10:00. I paid the full amount, but there was no time to eat anything.

No window and when I asked for a late checkout of 1 hour they wanted me to pay. I've never seen that. I also learned that a much higher end hotel was the same rate.

Front desk service is top shelf . Staff went out of their way to help me - their English is very good. Restaurant breakfast is one on the enjoyable meals ever , everything really nice. Location is perfect Tokyo station ,bus, and taxis. Right there .

Great hotel 5 min walk to Tokyo station. Breakfast buffet was nice, wide rooms, friendly staff. Easy access. Great to be your hub while being in Tokyo; convenience store next to it.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was also perfect for getting to Tokyo Station and Ginza.
Only complaint is that the entrance isn't super obvious. We walked past it the first time until we realized that the lobby neesd to be accessed by an elevator. Other than that, this hotel was great!

Able to accommodate booking two rooms next to each other so that our family of four could stay conveniently. We arrived half an hour early for our check in and were able to get access to our rooms. Luggage storage after check out for half a day until our flight in the evening was smooth. Firm beds, very clean.

The hotel is located close (7-8 minutes walk) from Tokyo Station and the Airport Bus Terminal. Bathroom was fine, with good choice toiletries. The room was cleaned efficiently and on-time every day.
Room was small, even for 1 person. There was no view, you could only see the adjacent's building wall. Wi-fi was not exceptionally fast or stable.
