Amazing experience! Very central. Rooms are more like small apartments and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
Traditional feel
More expensive than surrounding properties
I didn’t like taking breakfast in a bag in our room. We had three rooms. I was looking forward to eating a traditional Japanese breakfast together. We skipped breakfast after the first morning.

Very Good
Very spacious room with gorgeous bath tub. Area is quiet and easy to access metro. Plenty of restaurants close by. The library area was inviting and warm, with drinks and snacks.
The bed was extremely firm. We asked for extra down covers to use as a topper which helped a little.

My second stay at this property. Just as memorable. Great location and probably Tokyo's best kept secret.

Very Good
Great quiet library where I took an early morning Zoom meeting.
Quiet room.
Laundry facilities at no charge. Sent out dress shirts for laundering.
Very uneven staff ability with English. Some members were excellent - fluent in English and Japanese. Some had very limited English and could not understand any spoken requests.
Also, the restaurant that is reputed to be very good was closed for a private function every evening and never open for breakfast.

This hotel is ideally located near convenient metro access while still feeling pleasantly removed from the bustle and more tourist-heavy areas of Tokyo. I appreciate the experience of staying slightly off the beaten path—it encourages curiosity and discovery and this neighborhood is perfectly suited for that.
The hotel itself is exceptional: classic in style, beautifully refined, and thoughtfully designed. Our corner room featured full paneled windows on two sides, filling the space with light while maintaining a sense of calm and privacy. The room was quiet and luxurious, complete with a generous soaking tub and a comfortable lounging area that made it easy to fully unwind.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its subtle, intentional approach to hospitality. The facilities are designed to make guests feel genuinely cared for without ever feeling intrusive. A beautifully curated library offering complimentary beverages and snacks was a particularly lovely touch. Toward the end of our journey, I was also able to arrange an in-room shiatsu massage, which was an incredibly welcome and restorative experience.
I am genuinely in awe of this space and the atmosphere it offers, and I very much look forward to returning on our next trip to Tokyo.

Wonderful
Small hotel in great location. Large room with quiet library room which I used for an early morning Zoom meeting.
Generously let me leave luggage after check out.
Restaurant always closed for private functions.
Some desk staff have zero English and did not understand Google Translate questions in Japanese.

Where to begin! What an incredible hotel. I don't think I'll ever stay at another hotel in Tokyo. Really helpful and friendly staff, and the property is beautiful. Traditional and modern at the same time.
The breakfast was ok, but there are tons of great restaurants and cafes close by

Good
We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and wanted to come back since we were very happy with the room, the location, and the front desk staff. Unfortunately, this time the staff service was very deficient. It no longer provided 24 hour support, staff did not speak English, did not provide any real services. Also, brekafast this time was very disappointing.
See my comments above.

Wonderful
It is small boutique hotel and very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Clean and has a nice bathtub. It also has a library with free snacks and a washing machine that is free to use.
It is located in an office district and is on the quieter side but it suited our need for a quiet resting place.
