Good
Great location close to major stations made transiting around easy. Okay area - lots of bars and restaurants didn’t feel too great a night a lot of men’s services in the area which wasn’t great for female travellers. Otherwise good location 7/11 right in front was convenient. Outlets used my Canadian ports so no converter was required which was a bonus. PJ available (one size only), tooth brushes, hair combs, slippers and mini packs of toothpaste as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. House keeping came daily (10:00 - 12:00 am) which was nice but you could request for them to not come in but mandatory they come in every 3 days for security reasons and will leave paper at your door. Staff was nice you can keep your luggage in the lobby for check in and out. But it is not locked away it is just right in the front lobby with a number on it. I was concerned about theft as often there wasn’t alway someone at the front desk you needed to ring the bell so I used a bike lock to secure my luggage but you should be fine to just leave them just a personal preference to lock mine. Front desk Staff spoke some English and was able to accommodate my very late in check 9:00 pm. Room service did not speak any English.
Room was small booked a double bed x2 people - bed was very comfy and nice showers hot water and great water pressure. Keep in mind little to no privacy in the bathroom you can see right into the shower and washroom from the bed. There is curtains to create bit of privacy but not completely as you can see through the sides of the curtain and no lock on either to bathroom or shower doors as it was split in two different sides and two separate doors. Not a lot of storage space to place belonging but you are able to fully open your luggage which is nice considering Japan hotel rooms are normally small. I got a great discount on my stay if I wear to pay typical price that this hotel runs for I would say it’s not worth top dollar and over priced as breakfast is not included, and rooms are very small. Nice that it is close to stations. Good value for money considering I got a heavy discount on my stay due to sales but in my opinion not worth full price value but use your own judgement. Hope this review helps happy travelling.

Disappointing
The location was great!!
The hotel is not a 3 star hotel, compared to other hotels we stayed at. And for its facilities it was expensive. It was dark, the cleaning was ok and for sure it was not value for money. The breakfast was ok and served in a restaurant next to the property. I recommend not to pay for the breakfast there and just go to the convenient store which is in the corner.

Very Good
Location was great - within 3 mins walk of the train station. Room was small but functional.
The layout of the bathroom - there was a pass-through layout so the person on the shower/sink side could see through to the toilet/2nd sink side. Very stylish but not very conducive for privacy on the toilet. Had to go down to lobby for coffee - no coffee machine in the room.

The staff and location was wonderful
The cleanliness in general was subpar.
Had to clean the hairdryer myself because it would not blow air of how clogged with dust it was.
All vent were similarly dirty.

nothing special really. The location was good but I'm not sure you can list it among the hotel's services.
Room: too small. Generally OK in Japan but it was cramped, too tiny. Just about OK for a solo traveller, a no-no for a couple.
Staff: I dealt with three different Reception staff at various times: two were very polite, one very grumpy. In Japan it is unacceptable to be grumpy, unsmiling, looking at you with suspicion.
One last thing: for this kind of room rate you MUST put complimentary water in rooms.

Great location, 3m to metro station
Akasaka is a central area of Tokyo and all major urban districts are within 10-15m by metro. friendly staff and daily cleanup.
The design of the room is a bit odd, and not the most convinient. For example, the light control is placed in odd places, like you can’t control bath room light by bath door, it’s by the bed side. You can’t control desk lamp by the bed either, so it’s a bit cumbersome when you want to sleep and turn off all lights quickly.
The room is cold even when the AC is turned up to 28C

Pleasant
The rooms have artistic designs plastered on the walls, which I thought was neat. I was hoping to get a room with more design to it, but there wasn't much there in mine. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially since I was 3-hours later than I had told them I would be to retrieve my bags to leave - plans changed.
The layout of the bathroom was weird, but the main reason my review of this place was only okay is because the shower water was not hot. I don't think this was a consequence of when I left, since I showered at 7am and 9am on the two respective days I showered there. That was majorly disappointing and the only hotel I had such an issue in.

Location; breakfast next door was decent
No control over AC, so room got pretty hot. Opening windows helped but street noise became a problem

Super friendly staff, great location with lots of stores and restaurants mere steps away from the property. Comfy beds and daily housekeeping provided. Toothbrushes, combs/brushes, and toothpaste were provided daily which was very nice!
It was a little tricky getting the hang of the room lights. Bathroom light was difficult to work with and card has to be removed from the card slot in order to turn the lights off at night. Had to get out of bed to turn the lights off. It was a minor inconvenience and did not impact our stay.
