Wonderful
When I first arrived I was apprehensive of staying in a "love hotel" and thought it was a bit seedy. All of the entrances are covered and downstairs, and the check in staff are behind frosted glass so you can't see them. I am happy to say that I loved our stay and did not find it seedy at all once we spent some time there. The room was large (which is why we booked) and beautiful in traditional Japanese style. The bed was comfy, everything as clean. It was conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful if we ever needed anything. We didn't see or hear anything that wasn't exactly what you'd expect at any other hotel. You can definitely stay here even if you aren't looking for a "love hotel" experience. If you are looking for that they have a range of options you can try, certain channels on the TV, and a huge bath with lights, bubbles, and a tv haha, but all of that can easily be left up to you and ignored if it's not what you're there for!
I will definitely be recommending Hotel Perrier to anyone I know staying in Tokyo without kids.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke and we had a non-smoking room. They did provide an air freshener spray for us to use and we used it a lot, but every time you entered the room you could still smell stale smoke

Location was great, room was great and staff were very kind!
Only complaint was no control over the room temperature. It was 90 F all week and coming back to a cool 70 F or lower would’ve been great.

Very Good
Location is very nice. There’s a lot of mini market and restaurants Close by. ? amenities were amazing, they gave basically everything that you need. If you are a woman, you must be love it! ? Also the jacuzzi inside the room, really needs this after a long day exploring Tokyo.
The room is to dark because we can’t really get the sun inside only lights. ? Also there’s no toilet at the lobby. But maybe bcoz this is love hotel. ? Some ppl does’t really want to be seen at this kind of hotel. Maybe the local. ?

Good
The room is large and in a good location
You kind of get what you pay for: it's cheap for such a big room in that area but the hotel definitely has a bit of a shady vibe and a lot of the facilities are older/poorly painted over etc

The staff were very helpful and the location was amazing. By far the largest and most comfortable room we had during our stay in Japan.
There was not anything we did not like.

This hotel was so much better than I expected. Ended up staying an extra night. Staff all really helpful but the room was amazing. Bed was super comfortable and it was such a bonus getting free skin care sachets and use of straighteners and curlers in the room. The jacuzzi bathtub was such a nice touch. I will definitely be staying again when I visit.
The room was slightly too hot but can't be helped at times.

The room was a great size and the toiletries were plentiful. The room was very clean.
Our room had a very musty smell. We needed to keep the window open.

Wonderful
Friendly and helpful staff.
Huge, clean rooms filled with everything we needed.
Good localization - close to the centre of Shinjuku.
Very comfy king-size bed and big jacuzzi with lighting options.
Very loud AC - it's either sleep in hot temperature or in loud noise.
Couldn't get the karaoke machine to work.
Poor shower drainage.

Pleasant
Its location and the size of the rooms.
It really wasn’t fit for our purposes. Designed for a different style of clientele. Although the room and facilities were clean and very well presented, the beds were quite uncomfortable.

Loved the soundproof walls and what a surprise of a huge jacuzzi tub with TV in the bath.
Just think extra towel should be found in the room instead of having to request them, but that's a minor thing.

Very Good
The room had great amenities, such as facial masks, hair straighteners, slippers, etc. It was quite spacious for the price, and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk from Golden Gai and central Kabukicho. It had a big tv with karaoke and lighting features, as well as a big bath with waterproof TV.
The bed was rather small for two people and had a couch-like leather border that surrounded the mattress, which was uncomfortable to sleep on.
