It's in a very cozy and professional area of Tokyo. Everything inside was very nice, including the staff. The rooftop terrace was a cool touch as well. Lots of places to eat close by and only a couple minutes walk from the station.
We went here straight from Haneda airport and it was just after 5pm. The trains in Tokyo are extremely efficient but this was actually kind of a tough transit to make during rush hour when we had no experience using the subway system here. It's a long journey with a few transfers to get to the hotel.

Attractive hotel with nicely decorated rooms, good size bathroom, and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet selections, though pricey.
We were disappointed with the gym as we picked this hotel in part because it listed having one. There is a weight bench but zero weights. It's so easy to have one set of 5-25 pound weights and wouldn't take much floor space! There's not even a mat or two to stretch on. It is attractive and has a few cardio machines but is completely limited. The staff said we could go to gym nearby and gave us information for that but then when we got there, there was no way to enter facility which was frustrating and a waste of time. Also, the hallways of the hotel are overheated to the point you start sweating waiting for the elevator.

Easy metro access to everything, and the neighborhood, though pleasantly low key, has plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Clean and moderately stylish common spaces including outdoor patios. Friendly stafff. Interior garden and massage chair relaxation room a nice touch, and good workout room and laundry facilities.
Rooms are on the small side in comparison to other places, without much space to store clothes, etc — but not unusually so for Tokyo— and spacious hotel common areas make it feel less cramped. No real complaint.

The location is not in the center of most tourist attractions but that is something we loved. That we were able to have a more local neighborhood experience while still being very close to the subway and JR lines so that you are minutes away from the hustle and bustle. The Breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend. Lots of options with traditional both Japanese and western. The also offer you three types of egg options made to order. We very much enjoyed our stay especially the fresh green tea or coffee they offer daily in the relaxation room.

Nice hotel, room good size for 2, staff nice, nice coffee hour on 3rd floor.
Area is very quiet on streets once sun down, nothing opens until 11am. Bit more work hotel then what I’d hoped for. Had to take subway everywhere.

Relaxation room with full body massge chairs is an excellent place after a day of walking. Breakfast buffet offer a wide variety of treats to fit the morning mood. Also the laundary room has a large amount of machines allowing for smaller queues.

The location was fantastic, and there were great facilities in the hotel, and the staff were super friendly. They included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
The only things that could be improved are: - The rooms were a little bit too small, which made it hard once you had a little bit of luggage. - The laundry was a little bit expensive.
