Wonderful
This is my second stay at Hotel Niwa Tokyo, and it continues to be an excellent choice. The hotel offers all the essential amenities and delivers a consistently comfortable and clean experience. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. The rooms are notably spacious by Japanese standards, with enough room to accommodate luggage. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated the quality toiletries—the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were particularly pleasant—and the provided pajamas were a nice touch. The availability of on-site washer and dryer facilities adds extra convenience for longer stays. The location is another strong point, with a wide variety of excellent dining options nearby. Overall, a reliable and well-rounded hotel that I would happily return to again.

I liked that they had several washers and dryers. I liked the massage chairs. I liked the relaxation room a tea time.
I didn't like the buffet for the price. Offerings were limited and cold in some cases.

Room was spacious compared to other similarly priced hotels we'd stayed at in Japan. The bathroom was really nice, Tokyo skyline from the tub. There was also a large window in main room with a good view. We got the buffet breakfast one day and it was delicious.

An excellent hotel in an excellent location. Great facilities including great massage sofas, an amazing Zen garden and a good gym.
Nothing major, the room was a bit small for 3 people and we had no place to open our suitcases and a bit expensive, the price did not include breakfast.

Hotel Niwa: The bar was set when we stayed at Hotel Niwa Tokyo for the first leg of our honeymoon: I’m afraid other places don’t compare. The staff are friendly, kind, and eager to offer assistance. Our rooms were consistently cleaned and restocked. The amenities can’t be beat, either—a free massage chair after 20k steps a day saved our lives. The location was perfection: near multiple stations, quiet, and all the best food you could ask for. You’ll thank yourself when you stay at Hotel Niwa Tokyo.

The level of care I experienced at this hotel is unmatched. I felt so taken care of and welcomed. The property was beautiful, in a quiet location, and extremely clean. This was a 5-star hotel experience!

Good location, close to both ochanomizu and suidobashi. Beautiful front garden. Easy walk to restaurants and akiba.

The 3rd floor was amazing. Lovely staff. Very clean.
Beds were hard. Two small pillows - one very firm, one very soft. In comparison, I stayed at the Hotel Resol Trinity Kyoto. Not a luxury hotel, but the bed and pillows were some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

It’s a bit of a walk to the station, restaurants, and convenience stores, but other than that, this place is really cool! The vibe and facilities made up for the distance.
