Fair
The staff are very helpful. The location near subway was good.
The hotel reminds me of a Las Vegas hotel - way too big and you are forced to walk through the shops and restaurants to get to your room (at least no casino!). It's glitzy in the main areas but the room was very dated and not that comfortable. The location isn't as central as I had thought. While it's very close to a subway, it's not really walking distance to anything.

Nice hotel — even has a tranquil Japanese garden, in case you want to feel peaceful while stressing about travel plans. Close to the subway statios. We had a great view of Tokyo Tower. The staff is very polite and helpful.
It’s a massive property — beautiful, but you might need a map and emotional support to get around. The restaurants and shops are lovely, if you don’t mind refinancing your house for breakfast.

Very Good
The location was in a very good area and easy to find if you are driving there. The staff were incredibly nice and respectful, and it was wonderful that they tried to get to know you while checking in, taking luggage up etc. They were highly personable.
Unfortunately the beds were a little too stiff for my liking but I was still able to sleep. Its fairly common for the beds in tokyo(at least the hotels ive been too with more than 2 people) can be stiff, not a complete deal breaker though! I was caught off guard on room service pricing but I am not used to using room service, so take that how you will.

Wonderful
The hotel was clean, very comfortable with great service. It was centrally located to all of Tokyo’s major sites. It was nice to walk near the hotel without the crowds. There is a restaurant area about 5 mins walk and plenty of convenience stores. Close to 2 metro stops. The rooms are small - we had 2 adjoining rooms for our family if 4- but plenty of space for luggage etc. We had a nice view of the city and sunset from our room.

Staff, location, rooms, and vibes were amazing. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in Tokyo.
The beds were decently hard, but that’s really the only downside. The meals in the hotel were expensive for what you got as well, better off finding food off property.

Wonderful
The room size, amenities, cleanness... all was very satisfactory. The hotel is very big and has a huge beautiful garden. We were with elderly parents, and we could do everything(dining, strolling, shopping) within the hotel. Hotel service was excellent. Well, it is what a 5-star hotel is. The breakfast is very good.
The hotel is crowded, and it is confusing at first, because The New Otani hotel is composed of at least three parts(the main, the court, the tower). But you get used to it after 2 days.

Wonderful
The location is incredible, its in a very calm upscale area which is close to a metro station and many amenities. It was nice to be close to busy areas but return back to a calm and tranquil place. The hotel itself feels very luxurious and elite, with a lot of shops and fine dining options. Additionally, the staff were incredibly polite.

Very Good
This was our last hotel before heading to the airport for an international flight. The staff really saved us when our ride came to pick us up with all our luggage. There was a confusion about which entrance the pickup would happen, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to relay messages between the two entrances and direct our driver to us. They were also a huge help with moving the 5 suitcases we had by then. The garden was beautiful and quiet. It was nice to have a convenience store located in the same building. Our room was spacious and clean. I wish we’d had time to sample more amenities like the spa services!
This isn’t as close to a train station as some other hotels, and it’s not as central of an area as Shibuya or Shinjuku. But with luggage shipping it was a simple 8-10 minute walk from the train station. We were a little confused finding the front desk amid the shopping area when we first arrived. I wish there was more signage about where to go.

This is a WOW hotel. Great restaurants of many and different menus.
Staff very efficient and always there for you.
Great location next to the ginza line.
If I come back to Tokyo this is the place to stay in.
1. Bed (mattress) in my room wasn’t 100% comfortable
2. I ate twice in the restaurant great food however a little expensive for Tokyo.
