Property had beautiful grounds with clean large rooms and comfortable beds. The included breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was good enough to keep us full majority of the active day.
Wasn’t the best location, but getting cabs was easy and cheap.

Although the hotel is little bit out dated, the executive room is still comfortable. The breakfast in satsuki is great. The executive lounge is comfortable and nice view. Hotel location is near to almost everywhere. Very convenient. Especially thanks to Kodama san from executive lounge, she is really helpful and patient, as well as professional.
All staffs are very helpful and kind, only one problem is that they are not very good at communicating with English.

The room we booked was very small and not a lot of privacy. If you are sharing a room with a friend, make sure you’re super comfortable with one another because there is no privacy in bathroom or shower. The staff and location is great. Very swanky hotel.

Fantastic hotel, staff are amazing so helpful nothing is too much trouble. Afternoon tea, snacks, nightcap service food was fantastic. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable.

The staff in the hotel were friendly - though when we raised an issue did not really offer a suitable alternative. Executive lounge was nice, with great views of the Tokyo skyline. Luggage team were good.
Poor air conditioning - after spending the day in 36 degree summer heat, we would of liked a cool room. The air conditioning was poor - not what you would expect in a GBP750 per night room. I think we may have been given an older room. No offer of an upgrade, which seem to be given out freely for some people at check-in. This led to poor sleep. No plug at one side of the bed. No USB, USB-C sockets. Again basic stuff for a 5 star hotel. Dated electronics, no smart tv. Not worth the price paid. We stayed at other 5 star hotels in a Japan for significantly less, that offered significantly more. Not asked at checkout how our stay went. We raised the issues above during the stay, so did give the hotel and opportunity to rectify.

Very nice check-in experience. Must say the Lady Manager was exceptional in her making us feel welcome and explaining all the alternatives to us due to the fact that we were not able to use the Lounge per our booked preferred room. Very nice service in the Garden Tower 40F breakfast time; also had a shabu-shabu lunch -- again the lady serving us was super good. All in all, it has been very nice staying the Executive House Zen.
Nothing really. Everything was just perfect. Price of course may seem high but that is to be expected for such a fine room and service. Wish we had a chance to try out the Lounge. Maybe next time!

Lots of towers Gym reserved for 18 guests only The garden looks nice
Not sure the price is reasonable/ worthy. For the travelers who don't speak Japanese but only English, this might be a good choice.
