it’s near subway station, mall and restaurant
the room is really small for 2 people compared to the other budget hotels that ive been. Room cleaning is not free.

The room is a little small but you have hot water and everything works really well; we didn’t have any kind of problems. Staff was really friendly during check-in and check-out (we left the hotel at 6 in the morning)
Although a little far from Tokyo city, its location is convenient since it is 3 blocks away from Kameido station. Be aware that to move around Tokyo (Tokyo Station, Shibuya, Shinyuku, Akihabara, etc) you should take the train because it is far from those places.

There were walkable areas around it such as a mall, lawson, and the train station was a 7 minutes walk.

The room is comfortable and everything is expected. The table is quite spacious for me to work and the bathroom furniture is really ergonomic. All the accomodation is really good and on spot for its value of money.
Not much on this. I feel the room, despite its small size, really meet with my needs. The amenities were also provided in the lobby to be picked free of charge. The TV were also available for viewing.

The room is a little bit smaller compared to my previous stay a week prior in MyStays Kameido. But overall I am really satisfied with the location and coziness.
It would be better for some positioning of the furniture to be more ergonomic, especially the towel hanger in the bathroom. Everytime I try to use the WC, my head keep hitting them. And also, the table is narrower than the one in my previous stay in MyStays Kameido. It would be better to standardize the size of the table across the rooms.

For Tokyo, the location was good, not as centric but very good for the price. There were a lot of stores and even some smaller malls nearby with great food options.
The rooms were a bit older and cleanliness could be improved, specifically for the room we had the towel storage was besides us so every morning there were packs of towels blocking our path to the elevator on one side, which was a bit inconvenient and also noisy but not a huge deal.

space ia a bit narrow and stiff, took too long to checked-in, had a language challenge with the receptionist; would be good if they offer free cofee and bottled water; there is a free tea in the room but other people are more of cofee than tea; facilities are bit old

there is a microwave oven in the room which we used to heat breakfast, location is great as it is near train station, mall (kameido clock), convenient stores (lawson just beside the hotel), Kitchen origin.
facilities are quite old; take too long to checked in. No free coffee or bottled water at least. There is a free tea but there are people who are more of coffee than tea. Space in the room are quite stiff and narrow

Great place for the price, they can also receive package and have a COOL systen that shows if there is one for you. We certainly enjoyed the amenities, laundry room that actually works is always a Win in my book.
A/C smelled sour and the room kinda smelled like ciggarettes but the smell went away after some seconds.

Hotel Mystays Kameido was my first stay in Tokyo, and it did not disappoint. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend it if you happen to be staying in the area.
