Exceptional
We had a connecting room, which allowed more space. The rooms were spacious in comparison to the other rooms we've stayed at in Tokyo. Beds were made everyday and fresh towels and toiletries were provided. The rooms were clean. We appreciated the light control panel next to the bed, which allowed easy access to turning the lights on and off. We also liked the charging stations on the headboard and sink area. The staff were really kind and accommodating. There's also a washer / dryer in the lobby, which helped with our long stay.
We would've appreciated more softer towels.

Wonderful
Our second stay at this centrally located hotel. Easy to access via train and walk from Narita to Ginza (or Tokyo Station and a cab). Rooms are small but adequate, with a bath/shower room and a separate toilet room. Breakfast choices met our needs, with natural yoghurt and fruit, as well as a range of breads and hot and cold dishes. An adventure for sure - be brave! Walking distance to the main streets of Ginza and a number of restaurant choices nearby (we recommend Morry ramen, and Kushiyaki Bistro Fukumimi for authentic experiences) All in all a great stay to recover from our flights before heading to the snow.
Bed up against the wall makes it hard for one person to exit in the middle of the night, we prefer beds with space on both sides. Minor issue.

Wonderful
This property was conveniently located near many eateries and convenience stores. The room was a good size for the area, with all the facilities you needed. There are two washing machines were the availability is seen on your tv screen, so it saves you loitering around waiting for them to finish. The 24 hour front desk is very helpful. They helped me organise luggage transfer, taxi as well as answered questions about the local neighbourhood.

Super convenient location to the train stations and access to different lines. Lots of really nice restaurants around the area of decent price range, considering it's ginza. Breakfast has a wide selection with both Japanese and Western choices
The beds were on the harder side, andthe pillows were on the weaker support side, but that's also more about personal choices

Facilities are all complete. Toilets are all clean and spacious. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Laundry service is a great bonus, and breakfast was very enjoyable.

Bathrooms were separate from the shower. Everything you would need from lotion, hair ties to toothbrush are free. The staff were nice and the place was clean. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to shop around after dinner

Location is good for getting around Ginza area. The subway/train is within 10 minute walk, suitable for luggage on wheels. The room is small, but everything is convenient to use. The 'hot tub' is a bathtub, no jets, but mimics the onsens well.

The shower room is very nice, Japanese style, very hot water, great water pressure. Close to Ginza shopping and close to convenience stores. Northernwood Cafe nearby serves great coffee.
The rooms are tiny, miniscule, almost unlivable for a travelling couple with bags. Laundry facilities consist of only 2 washing machines for the entire hotel. Nearest subway stop is a bit far.
