Wonderful
I have stayed here a few times, mainly due to its perfect location for me for a quick entry into Tokyo station for travel but also to explore both the Marunouchi and Yaesu sides of the station.

We had a station side queen room. It was a recently renovated room with a bathtub view of the city. The lights from the surrounding office buildings lit up the views. The Shinkansen trains and subway lines going in and out constantly made for an enjoyable view. I could watch the trains all day long. This was our third time staying there. I would definitely stay there again, if the budget allows it.
Although the room size was generous by Japanese standards, it would be nice if there was some way to store your luggage without cluttering up the room. It was a hassle to constantly open and close your luggage on the floor so that it wouldn't get in the way. But it is a problem with most small hotel rooms.
