The hotel is right next to Tokyo Station and close to shopping and attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side, but super clean with complimentary amenities such as toothbrush, q-tips, hairbrush, etc. Overnight pajamas were also included. Modern, quiet, comfortable beds, complementary water bottles in mini fridge

Bed was too firm and bumped up against a wall, making for difficult access for my spouse. Breakfast buffet was good quality but overpriced.

Great location, a few minutes from Tokyo station that is convenient to take a train or bus and lots of restaurants and shops at Tokyo statin as well, amazing staff who helped me to get my phone back after I noticed that I left it at the cafe that is 20 min drive away, efficient and professional staff at the breakfast buffet, good sound-proofed room.
Room was a bit small but it had all I needed.

very convenient location to Tokyo station. Generous amenities (loved the body lotion), spacious room especially for Tokyo standards (room with a view type), comfortable bedding (except for the pillows which i have trouble with for all hotels i've stayed in Japan)
it was a shame that there was a construction going on which affected the view, otherwise the skyline would've been pretty!

Great location, cleanliness, in room amenities, 2 free bottles of water per day.
Extra packets of instant coffee would be good. There are NO English language TV channels. Nothing to watch- had to navigate through Japanese language YouTube to find anything in English to watch. Even then very limited choice.

Amazing staff, they gave us a complimentary late check out as our flight was late evening. Easy access to station and limousine bus around the corner from hotel. Lawson and 7/11 around corner.

The location was great for our last night in Tokyo because it gave us easy access to NE’X train to Narita airport. Juggling kids and lots of luggage - the hotel location was a game changer. It also offered very cool views of the city and train station.
The room was very small. We booked for two adults and two kids and it was two double beds. Hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally small but this was the smallest room we had on our whole Japan trip.
We were told last seating for breakfast was 10:00 and breakfast was done at 10:30. We arrived at 9:45am and most of the buffet had been picked through, nothing was being replenished and everything was cleared away by 10:00am.

Located right next to Tokyo station with direct access to the Hotel. Excellent views of the trains and the city even though there is a construction going on right next to it. Staff were very friendly and polite. Stayed only for a night and booked this as we had a flight out of Narita the following morning. Wished we could have stayed here longer and have planned to for the next trip.

Location was great - very near the Shinkansen tracks at Tokyo Station. Also a short walk to the Airport Limousine bus services.
Room was clean, but small - which is to be expected in Tokyo. Shared laundry services are available if needed.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
The heating in the lobby was a little excessive and made the space feel stuffy.
