An absolute fabulous hotel at a great location. I didn’t expect Tokyo Station to be a sprawling complex with hundreds of tiny shops & restaurants.
Did the usual tourist traps but being at a well-kept hotel near the station did a difference.

The reception staff were excellent — English-speaking, caring, and very efficient. They were also aware that my two luggage bags had arrived earlier via Yamato Transport, which made the check-in process smooth and reassuring.
The hotel is located in a very strategic location with easy access to the train station. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It is also a superb location for taking the Airport Limousine Bus at Tekko Building, making airport transfers very convenient.

Very clean, nice room, friendly staff. The location is great for exploring the area, and is not far from the Imperial Palace. Perfect location directly above Tokyo Station made it easy to catch our early morning train. There are two mini marts and a Starbucks on the ground floor and many good food options within the station / walking distance nearby.

Location!! Right next to train station entrance. Good hotel for one night if you’re taking a train out the next day. Restaurant has great breakfast buffet for all food types. Bed comfy.
Room pretty small but perfect if you’re just sleeping and heading out.

The hotel is right next to Tokyo Station and close to shopping and attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side, but super clean with complimentary amenities such as toothbrush, q-tips, hairbrush, etc. Overnight pajamas were also included. Great location, a few minutes from Tokyo station that is convenient to take a train or bus and lots of restaurants and shops at Tokyo statin as well, amazing staff who helped me to get my phone back after I noticed that I left it at the cafe that is 20 min drive away, efficient and professional staff at the breakfast buffet, good sound-proofed room.
Room was a bit small but it had all I needed.
