We booked 4 rooms. Two of the room views were the inner court and not very pleasant to look at. Two rooms had a view of the city and train and those views were great.

We had a station side queen room. It was a recently renovated room with a bathtub view of the city. The lights from the surrounding office buildings lit up the views. The Shinkansen trains and subway lines going in and out constantly made for an enjoyable view. I could watch the trains all day long. This was our third time staying there. I would definitely stay there again, if the budget allows it.
Although the room size was generous by Japanese standards, it would be nice if there was some way to store your luggage without cluttering up the room. It was a hassle to constantly open and close your luggage on the floor so that it wouldn't get in the way. But it is a problem with most small hotel rooms.

The hotel is located right next to the Nihombashi exit of Tokyo station, easy to take train from JR lines, Shinkanzen, and Tokyo Metros. The room was clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms (for Tokyo's standard), and amazing location, just outside Tokyo train station. The rooms are clean and quiet. The view from some of the rooms is amazing. Perfect if you're travelling by Shinkansen or Narita Express.
