Nice location, there are many places to eat and shop right in Tokyo station (although it can be a confusing place). The room was modern and very clean. Loved the room we picked, station side queen, great view of the station and trains.
Bathtub was slippery.
It takes some time to get to 27th floor and then to the other elevators for the rooms.

Love the close proximity to the Tokyo Station.
The room was fine, standard. Our previous hotel was Conrad Osaka, and before that was Benesse House (Naoshima Island), so this hotel was fine, but not to their level of customer service.

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I do wish there were a more laundry machines.
While attempting to wash clothes, a machine had another persons laundry in it but the cycle was complete by 20 minutes. I asked front desk if they could remove clothes so I could use the machine. At that point, I was waiting nearly 45 minutes for load to be done & owner take their clothes. Well the staff said they’re unable to remove it as policy is guest has 1 hour to pick up so I left opting to try again later. While washing next day, I set timer on my phone for when load would be done. I came downstairs 10 minutes after my load was complete only to find hotel staff had removed my clothes at the request of another guest whose clothes was being washed in the machine I used. I went to front desk to get my clothes & ask why they removed my clothes when the day before they said guests had 1 hour to remove, but I did not get a straight answer. Needless to say, I was not happy about this double standard.

Prime location at Tokyo Station. The interior is astonishing. The southern view of the station was pretty sweet. While the gym can hardly be called a gym, it's just 3 treadmills, it had an interesting vibe that makes you want to use it.
There are many vending machines in the hotel, none of them had what I was looking for. The corner room wasn't really worth it because the east side doesn't offer much view. I also had the feeling that the room wasn't vacuumed before I checked in.

Location was great coming from the United States. It was very closed to the Nihonbashi exit and it was easy to get to.
The breakfast service was fantastic and the dinner service and the view from the restaurant was great, too.
I wish the closet had a bit more depth. I couldn't add my hangers vertically. But that wasn't a big problem.

We got a room with a view. It was a great way to relax while looking out at night. The beds were comfortable for seniors like us. The location was a good healthy walk to train stations. Hotel allowed check-in for family members before full payment which was very helpful.
Although our stay was good, it was a big price to pay and there were additional accommodation fees that were charged but not disclosed at Booking.com.

Wonderful
The hotel is very convenient if you are coming in and out of Tokyo station. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Of the two rooms, one was a corner with windows on both sides and it was awesome. The second standard room was OK, but well kept and comfortable.
