Location: it is very close to 2 train lines in a short walking distance. Familymart is in front of hotel, 7-11 is in the back of the hotel, and Newdays is on the ground floor of the hotel. There are also drugstore on the ground floor, many restaurants nearby. Besides location, all the staff are very helpful and speak good English. The room is very specious, and there are table and chairs and a sofa, we all can sit and relax after a long shopping day. There's also a bathtub which we all enjoy.
Nothing. We all love the hotel, and would highly recommend for anyone who are travelling to Tokyo to stay here.

Clean and comfortable room. Room was large by Japanese standards. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is extremely response and helpful; what a difference from most hotels in the U.S.
Location is good but requires a short walk to train (10 mins) or subway (5 mins) and a connection or two to get to many sites.

Beds were comfortable, room size was OK, amenities were very good, good location.
The laundromat doesn’t have enough machines, and the ones they have take too long. Also, they lack a good system to guarantee guests take their laundry out once it’s done, so it’s annoying having to wait for a machine that’s unattended. If you do laundry at night, consider it may take you at least 2 hours.

Close to two different subway lines. Concierge staff is very professional and provided excellent service and assistance. On our last day after check out we had an evening flight out of Tokyo. They held our luggage and reserved a Taxi for when we would return so we enjoyed our last day stress free.
The room we had was even smaller than we expected. Almost no room to open our luggage.

The rooms were a huge disappointment. This was the fourth and final hotel we stayed at on our trip. The second one in Tokyo. It was hands down the worst and all four of us in two different rooms felt the same way. The rooms was so small that the bed is pushed into one wall so one person has to climb over the other to get in and out of the bed. No closet and I mean ZERO. No draws NOTHING. We had to leave our belongings in our suitcases and those had to be pushed under the bed as there was not even enough space for one let alone two suitcase. Even closed there was no space for even one. They have numerous resturnants but no ability to accommodate anyone without a reservation. This is standard for Japanese dining, but highly unusual for your hotel as a guest. Also almost no where to comfortably charge your phone/ipad/laptop when your more than one person. For the money it was a joke and waste. Would not recommend at all.

It was clean, nice rooms, and good location.
They said our reservations for 2 rooms was only for 1 person a room when I made the reservation on Booking.com for 2 people per room with breakfast. They made me pay about $150 additional.
