The staff are helpful and the hotel facilities are very accessible. The location is located along chuo-sobu line, whereby travelling to shinjuku or Akihabara, a breeze. Highly recommend.

The property was in a convenient location. It was near multiple stations and from these stations you could travel to most areas of Tokyo quickly. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The bakery is amazing and has the sweetest staff too!
The property is pretty expensive for what you get. The rooms and bathroom are on the smaller side. We also had issues with cleanliness multiple days. The first day we arrived there was hair in the bed and even on other nights, when we put up the room cleaning sign, some area and trash were missed. Also, for better or worse it’s popular with tourists. Many of the guests were loud or rude. One room had shoes in the hallway! There also are limited washers and we ran into issues with that during our stay. We were also overcharged at the buffet (along with other foreigners in front of us). The woman at the register was really rude and even when we showed our room key for the listed discount, she ignored us.

Good location in between two major station. Conveniently close to the Tokyo Dome. Room was extremely spacious and housekeeping did an awesome job. Front desk staff were amazing and always respectful. Great facilities as well!

The vibe of the facility and the professionalism of staffs were just superb. You can tell that they offer you with a good service and your stay will be a comfortable one.
The water pipe could be old. It smelled wierd everytime I flush the toilet.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Tokyo! Nice hotel in a quiet business area, very close to 2 main train stations and the subway, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming to English speakers. There is a small plaza next door with a few restaurants and Tokyo Dome is walking distance away (there are many restaurants and shops there that feel more welcoming to tourists). Bonus: our original flight was cancelled so we had to stay an additional night… the staff was very helpful in making accommodations for us which we are very thankful for! We definitely will stay here again when we return to Tokyo!!!

Metropolitan Edmont is one of the top hotels in Tokyo. It is located in the quiet area but it gives access to some JR and Metro stations, and Tokyo Station is just a 10 minutes taxi ride, and this essentially gives you access to the whole country. Staff and service are the top notch, they helped with any queries we had. Kindly kept our luggage while we were away exploring other parts of Japan, and nicely accommodated early check in when we arrived a bit early. Hotel Metropolitan Edmont is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year so I would like to congratulate their entire team with this, and express my gratitude for excellent service. Definitely will be staying here again and again.

Nice size for a Japanese hotel. Good amenities. Paid for breakfast, which was a good mix of continental and Japanese. Close to the subway, so helpful with luggage. Quiet, clean, comfortable

The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We forwarded our 2 large suitcases to the next city and the service worked perfectly and cost about $45.00. There is a convenience store in the i Garden building behind the East wing of the hotel, just across a small outdoor plaza, that we used for take out breakfasts. Two subway stations with access to several different lines are a few blocks away and we used subway for most of our travel in Tokyo. The hotel has an excellent Japanese restaurant.

I extended my checkout time by one hour and was charged 4,000 yen. Even though I had already paid a 10% VAT and a 13% property service charge, they still added another 2,000 yen in unexplained fees. The staff couldn’t clearly explain the extra charges in English, and since we were exhausted after our flight, I just paid it so we could check in. There was also one time when I told the staff to come back after 3 p.m. for cleaning, but they kept coming back and knocking on the door before then.
