Poor
The room itself was spacious and clean, which we appreciated, but the breakfast options were very limited.
We checked in late around 9–10 PM and were disappointed with how we were received. The front desk staff (Ishikawa) was quite rude and kept rolling her eyes at us, which made us feel unwelcome after a long day of travel.

Wonderful
I stayed here for Tokyo Disneyland. The bus that takes you straight to the parks is a 7ish min walk and very doable. The staff was lovely and so clean! The two twin beds for us a couple was funny but understand most are like that!

Location was great cus it was close to the bus stops and the train station. They also have great amenities and the room is clean. I understand a bit of Japanese, and the receptionist helped me by slowing down his talking. Thanks.
No washer/laundry machine on each floor which is a bit of a hassle going back and forth to diff floors just to get your laundry. I wasn't sure where to look for the laundry detergent too, on the site it said it was on a vending machine on the ground floor but I couldn't find it. In the end, I wasn't able to clean my clothes.

Wonderful
The hotel is situated in a perfect location for those wanting to arrive to Disney early but are travelling on a budget. It's situated very close to the train station, has a large 7 eleven nearby and a McDonalds that works 24/7, perfect for first day and jet lag.
The staff is very kind. They will answer all your questions and help you with everything, always with a smile.
The complimentary breakfast had little variety, but everything was made to perfection and tasted exceptional. I loved the stir fried mushrooms and the perfectly gooey boiled eggs. The kitchen staff are so kind and always greet you good morning. They work super fast and are very efficient.
The room itself is larger than what we expected, as we heard horror stories of how tiny japanese hotel rooms are. We thought it was of proper size and had everything you could wish for! The clothing spray was especially handy. There is also a small bathtub that you can soak in and among the free items you can use are bath salts. Let me tell you, a lavender soak after a long day of walking feels devine! And if you forgot your skincare, worry not, they have tester size face cleanser, cream and evem oil to remove makeup! This hotel has truly thought of everything you may need and they have it all!
This might be a thing in every hotel room in Japan but it is our first time so we didn't know: the windows don't open. After spending 36 hours on the road in closed spaces, we really needed a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, the windows are locked shut and you can't get any fresh air into the room. At night it gets very hot and we had to turn on the AC.

Very Good
Room was cozy, not cramped. Bath was roomy and clean. Great amenities. Perfect location, especially for a Disney trip. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was equipped with a TV that easily paired with my phone. Really liked the sound of the fountain in the lower courtyard echoing into the common space and halls, masking any ambient noise from other guests.
I would have preferred a key card accessible elevator, but front desk staff were attentive, so I felt safe.

Staff are so kind and flexible
Maybe that there is no available suite can fit a family with five members so we booked two rooms in the same floor

Hotel Lumiere Kasai was perfect for my trip. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel was spotless throughout. The location is amazing—just a few minutes from Kasai Station with easy connections into central Tokyo, plus great restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Excellent value for money and a fantastic base for both Tokyo sightseeing and Disneyland. I will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable hotel with super friendly staff. Location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to Kasai Station, with shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to Disneyland and central Tokyo. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Rooms are small (as expected in Tokyo) but spotless and well equipped. Great value for money, would definitely stay again!

This hotel was great value for money! The breakfast was basic but got us through the day - mostly had boiled eggs on toast, and the little sausages which went down a treat. They did have a lot of other options but I love eggs on toast. There's a hot drink dispenser near the entrance/exit which you can use any time which I took full advantage of. The room was small but this is to be expected in Tokyo - I went in knowing this so was actually quite pleasantly surprised with the room size. We only had carry on luggage so found that we had plenty room to unpack/get changed etc. I would imagine having a couple of big suitcases would make it quite difficult in terms of space. There is also a washing machine on each level I think or maybe every second level which was super handy. It is so close to soooo many places to eat and close to the Disney parks which was our reason for picking this hotel. Train station was a short walk away which was super handy and quite easy to navigate. Overall I would 100% stay here again, one of the best places to stay and one of the best for value for money
There's not really too much not to like about this place, I think it was fantastic value for money - maybe the breakfast could be a bit better but still had the basics to provide a good nutritious meal

Hotel is next to bus station. Cozy and clean.
Not exactly the hotel's fault but if you have work in central Tokyo, this hotel is very far to get to.
