The best part was the hotel was super close to the limousine bus station, train and bus to Disney (5min walk). It was very easy to arrive with your luggage. Its in a quiet area. I appreciate this for a person with physical limitations. The breakfast was delicious, especially the mushroom dish. Loved the feather pillows. The staff speak English and they were super friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed. There was a Book Off store 5min from the hotel and other areas I didnt have time to explore. I will definitely stay again.
Using the TV was complicated with the controls. Also, there needs to be another mirror close to the window so is easier to do your make up.

The hotel offer a reasonable price and with more spacious room enough to accommodate 3 of us ,the basic amenities are sufficient even with bath essential powder for bath tub use, love the hotel and most important it is clean and the frontline staff is very helpful.

It's convience to walk to the metro station in 5 mins.They provide good English service. The room is clean. And also l can find ice producter in the building.

Not possible to cover 100% of the light coming from outside. for people who need to sleep on dark, i mean 0 light coming in the morning, it will be hard to sleep all the morning, we wake up early every morning around 5 am because there were lights coming from outside (a litle bit of light) (maybe my mistake and there is a way to cover

Some of the staff we're friendly but most of them couldn't speak English. One of the staff in the evening when I arrived was very nice and friendly. The second evening staff were not very much so
However the manager who's there in the morning was especially friendly and cordial. .
The breakfast could have been better. I didn't match the description in the pictures on the TV for example.

I'm very happy to write the review about Hotel Lumiere, Great Service, Cleaning, Breakfast, Amazing Keep Growing Hotel Lumiere, and also in Addition it's near to Kasai Station that was amazing to take Train to Tokyo.. or any other city. Amd you can also take bus from kasai Station to Narita Airport.

Room was just a little bit small as my expectations. And all other overall things was great.

Comfiest hotel for a "tighter" budget. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Lumiere Kasai the most, from all the hotels we stayed at in Japan.
- It was quiet, didn't hear any other people through the walls.
- The room was quite spacious for 2 people, compared to most hotel rooms in Japan.
- Breakfast was delicious and fresh, though I wish there was a bit more variety and some fruit as well would be nice to have.
- A 5 minute walk from the train station, but do bear in mind that it's on a line that is extremely busy during rush hour.
The only thing I didn't like, but is not a major inconvenience, is that the shower curtains do have a bit of a musty smell to them.

Great value for money. About 5 minutes walk from Kasai station. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed to transfer our luggage using the Yamato luggage delivery. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice and had a variety of food and beverages.
Location is a bit out of the way from the centre of Tokyo as it involved transferring subway lines.
