2. Complimentary water not enough, and though hotel has ice dispenser, it didnt have a water dispenser so we always had to buy bottled water.

Quiet away from crowds yet near enough to everything - accessible
Stones throw to Tsukiji market
Tsukiji subway just two minute walk linking to main other main lines
Less than ten minute walk to Ginza
Nice, clean, modern separated sink area, toilet and shower
Room is larger than most other Tokyo hotels

Super close to tsukiji station, and 15-20 mins walking distance to ginza! My room was cost, soft sheets and just enough space for solo with 3 luggages.

Location and comfort were great, the staff was very pleasant. The hotel nightgown/bathrobe was very comfortable
Breakfast was not so appealing - we came late and several things were low or no longer available, and the Western breakfast items were not as good as I would have expected

The buffet choices and food was not refilled when finished so missed out on preferential food when come an hour before restaurant closes.

Great location in the Ginza district with east walking to the Tsukiji Fish Market and the beautiful Tsukiji Hongan-Ji Temple. The hotel was nicely appointed with an excellent staff, and a great check in system that helped with any language or pronunciation difficulties.
Our room was assigned as a smoking room, which we definitely were not looking for. It was not unreasonably smelly though and it had an air purifier which helped. They were unable to assign me to another non smoking room. I did have to wash ALL my clothes when I returned though.
