The staff was exceptional and helped us in every way possible. The location was great and a short distance to the nearest train station. There was free breakfast which was also great since it was free. The 24h soft drinks, coffee and tea were also a really nice thing to have.
The rooms were quite small but that's normal and acceptable.

The room was very clean and everything worked well. The hotel has good amenities including a laundry machine and the staff was super friendly as well so. Free breakfast + drinks were nice to have.
Room could be slightly larger to make everything a bit less cramped but it was still totally usable for us!

Unlimited coffee and non-alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was pastries, yogurt, corn soup. Room had all the amenities (charger, sleeping clothes, slippers, clothes/room deodorant spray). Staff were great.
Room was really small. Not an issue if you don't spend too much time in your room if you're planning to be out and about.

Clean room and close to two train stations: the Hibiya Line (grey line) and the Hanzomon Line (purple line). The staff are very friendly and the simple breakfast was lovely (muffins, yogurt, corn soup, breads, soda and coffee machines available).
The hotel is a smoke free property, but our hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, like someone had recently smoked there; the smell lingered until the next day. The room itself is small and can be cramped if you have 2 check-in luggages.
