The view can be fantastic, but Booking .com reservation doe not give you th best view. The location is perfect, if you want to jug around the Imperial palace. The quality of this circumambulation depends on the season. Spring when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom is the best.
Apparently, the hotel wa bought by the Imperial hotel. Consequently, the cost increased without any improvements to those who are staying at the facility. I will consequently look for another place.

Amazing stay!! INCREDIBLE VIEW, so clean and very nice lobby. You can see the palace grounds and would definitely stay here again. They have a resturuant but I did not eat here. Very close to a subway stop (3 min walk)

We had a room with a beautiful view of the city. The room is fairly small, but so are many hotel rooms around the city. This wasn't so much of an inconvenience as we mostly spent our time visiting the city and only stayed in the room for resting.
When we first entered the room there was a musty smell. The window doesn't open so we couldn't circulate the air to get rid of the smell. However there was an air purifier type of appliance in the room that helped refresh the air a bit. We didn't face this problem again during our stay.

Having stayed in a couple Japanese hotels now, Hotel Grand Arc Hanzoman was relatively spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking part of the moat around the Imperial Gardens. Very easy to get around both by train and bus. Staff very helpful with nearby food and drink recommendations.
Seemed like the cleaning staff didn't know a lot of Japanese, but I was still able to get things for my room that I needed. I was unaware that the hotel locked its doors during the night. I didn't have many debaucherous plans, but if I did, this could have been an issue

Great view, accessible by Tokyo metro system, supper clean and next to a beautiful park.
None, However, I hope the hotel will offers more breakfast options in the future. I think they should include fruits, yogurt, waffles or pancakes as an additional option to their delicious Japanese breakfast and the American breakfast set.

I booked this hotel for the view and the view was amazing! Staff was all very friendly, and most spoke at least some English which was very helpful for me.
There isn't much to do as a tourist within walking distance - this hotel is largely surrounded by government/corporate buildings. Almost everyone I saw at the hotel appeared to be there for business, or for a wedding. There is no smart TV - you can only watch Japanese television channels. Other than the view, there are many hotels that are just as nice, in better locations, and for a lower price.

The room was nice, the view was good. Could have been a bit bigger. The elevators were quick, the staff was friendly. Close to the Hanzomon subway line.
The bed was against the wall which made it difficult for the 2nd person to get in and out.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Palace and just a 5-minute walk from my company. The room is very clean.
The hotel staff have a basic understanding of English, so communication might be a bit challenging, especially since the guests come from various parts of the world.

I have stayed here before. The location is great. Right next to the Imperial Palace grounds and away from all the mayhem of the really popular tourist areas. The hotel is great for food and offers a couple of excellent dining options. There are also many options locally. The entrance to the Palace grounds is a few minutes walk away. You are also within an easy taxi ride to Tokyo Station for general getting around and Bullet trains. The staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble. I have 3 times now had rooms overlooking the Palace grounds and Tokyo city. Ask for those if you can. The views day and night are great.
Nothing. It fits what I want in Tokyo exactly. I love the chaos of Tokyo but don't want to be in it 24 hours a day. It's good to get back to calmness in the evening. If you want the chaos full time this is not for you.

Location was excellent within short walking distance of subway, National Theater & Imperial Palace. A few restaurants, a 7-11 & Family Mart within 2 blocks. Room was small but comfortable & adequate. View was exceptional.
