Large (for Tokyo) room with a view, all needed facilities are available, good breakfast (European/Local). Location: nearest subway is 200 from the main entry, Imperial Palace - walking distance.

I booked this hotel because of its location - so central. We had great views of the Tokyo skyline and the Gardens of the Imperial Palace; Tokyo Station was in walking distance along with a subway station which made using the subway so easy. Although the rooms were small by western standard, they were larger than some we stayed in during our holiday.

The rooms were located on higher floors, allowing a great view of the Imperial garden and the administrative buildings nearby. The breakfast was great, with 2 choices of western or hearty japanese meal. The room itself was a bit smaller than expected but not a mjor problem

Overall hotel was okay close to the station and friendly staff.
Rooms are quite small for 2 people and 2 suitcases. Theres no windows that open in the room so gets really stuffy. There are only 3 breakfast options, one is American which is literally 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon, Japanese breakfast and continental which is 3 types of bread, butter and yoghurt. Really disappointing.

It was fine. Location was near the sightseeing we wanted to do and we had a nice view from our room.
We needed the hotels help in having a package sent to our home address but they refused to help.

I had wonderful experience is this excellent hotel , super clean, quiet, wonderful breakfast, to be honest I Love everything about this hotel,anything I come back to Tokyo 100% sure will stay in this wonderful hotel .

Very good spacious room, with a nice partial view of the Palace. When I arrived around 12 my room was ready, a big plus!!The hotel did not charge me extra as so often happens in Japan. Location is near the Hanzomon subway station
The breakfast is old fashioned and mediocre. It has not changed in the last 15 years. It would be great if they offered a buffet breakfast.

Wow!! This hotel was insane value for money. The view was incredible! The room was a very good size and it had everything you could ever need.
