The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — you can easily walk to central Shibuya, and there’s also a bus stop near the hotel. There’s a 7-Eleven very close by as well. The room was very clean and comfortable!

Location was amazing, only a few minute walk away from the Shibuya Scramble and had multiple convience store nearby as well.
We stayed for 5 nights and they cleared our room almost every night, but they did for one day forgot to clean our room and give us fresh towels, but when I asked they gave us new towels right away

Easy check in, friendly staff, they hold onto your luggage if you come too early & even after you check out. daily room service, rooms were super clean! I chose room with a private bathroom. you have to remove your shoes & use slippers when you enter the property. overall great stay!!
16 minute walk from shibuya crossing, felt like the longest 16 minutes after a full day of walking. never looked for transportation option to be honest, but this price was cheaper than being closer to the shibuya walking.

Very clean budget friendly hotel in a wonderful location near Shibuya. The value was phenomenal. I booked a double room and it was small for US standards, but big enough for a solo traveler. Room had Mini Fridge and great AC. Beds were comfortable and the rooms and facilities were super clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shared facilities like toilets and showers were clean. Free coffee, water and tea in shared room.
In general I think Japanese rooms are smaller than US standards. TV was small but not a big deal. Really not much to dislike! Having to share toilet and shower I thought was going to be annoying, but it actually worked out just fine!

Nice staff, great location and some of the features of a traditional ryokan.
This was the first hotel in Japan where the was no kettle or tea cups in the room. There weren't even any glasses in the bathroom for rinsing one's mouth.

The hotel location was perfect by being close walking distance to Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing but in a less quieter neighborhood. Also, the staff was very friendly especially when checking-in and checking-out of the hotel. The room that I had felt like a modernize version of a ryokan room, but it was very clean and is perfect for a solo traveler. Lastly, the hotel is next to a Family Mart which is convenient when buying either snacks or drinks before going back to the hotel.
It was a bit difficult to walk up and down the stairs with my bag, suitcase, and backpack since the stairs are narrow and I was on the third floor when checking-in and checking out.

Phenomenally clean, even spacious in Tokyo.
The bathroom was cute, and the tatami was lovely and fresh. Beds, traditionally on the floor, we're comfortable.
We LOVED it so much we wish we had been given a tiny tour to view the "Japanese bathroom," which is really like a mini spa for guests - we only used it once, sadly.

There is a young male staff really helpful. He even helped me to call around ( because I don't speak Japanese well) to find out about the delivery service as the hotel doesn't provide one. I really appreciate his effort.
The others staff are friendly too and greeted with a beautiful smile.
The room we stayed in was good, spacious and clean.

Beautiful traditional interior with a modern vibe, friendly staff, perfect location, shared onsen in the facility
I would suggest to modify description of the rooms, it wasn't clear whether the room has a private bathroom or a shared. At the end it was a private, so everything was perfect.

Great small hotel, we were in a traditional tatami Japanese room and it was such a nice experience. Location was great, one station from Shibuya station or by foot 15 minutes. Stuff was excellent, especially the older gentleman that explanied us everything step by step. Definitely would like to go there again.
