What a charm…. Kind of old school and lovely. Great atmosphere. If you enjoy old world vibe, this is the place to be. The value for money is also very good considering Tokyo….

Lovely hotel set in really nice grounds and with very friendly staff. Location was good although you`ll need to take a tube or taxi to get to the main heart of the city. Once you get your bearings its quite easy to suss out.

Absolutely stunning hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s in a convenient area for both train and bus services. Could not recommend this hotel more. The gardens are beautiful and unique. The restaurants and food are superb.
There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel.

Staff was white glove service, with us all the way to our room and even came in to show us the view from our garden window. Only stayed 1 night and left early due to other obligations but was fantastic.

What an absolutely amazing hotel. We have never been any place so unique. The gardens alone are incredible, but the addition of the fog just makes it ethereal. Such a wonderful place to stay. We will plan more time here if and when we return to Tokyo.

It has the most beautiful views of the garden. The rooms are large for a Japanese hotel and the king size beds are bigger than many Japanese hotels where the bed is more like a double. The staff is nice and patient.
The breakfast buffet was in an odd banquet room and was not mediocre and expensive.

This hotel is defenetly the best in tokyo and one among the best in the whole.world. I write it as an owner of hotel my self in Greek and as a person that stay 60 percent of my life nights in hotels. The reason is one; the human resources are the real treasures of this hotel. Staff members that ways will do beyond the top options to make the guests happy. And the crown ? of all should defenetly to Mr Sol. The sun from the Netherlands, the head of the guest relations is there for every request or Question or idea with his knowledge kindness and pure build in hospitality he is making amazing job with all guests. Blessed is the hotel to have such people. Thank you all. Defenetly we will come again.

Feeling of space and tranquility. The size of room, the garden, the warm welcoming staff, the efficient concierge Andre at guest services went out of his way to make our stay memorable
It’s a bit far from the rest of the city. The restaurants we wanted were always full, no allocation for hotel guests. The pool and spa are charged extra and expensive on top of the room rate.

We loved staying at this hotel. It truly felt like an oasis away from the busy city. The garden is beyond beautiful and has a very romantic atmosphere. The interior of the hotel feels antique and full of character, yet everything is very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were very professional, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay. The bathroom is lovely and the shower was very pleasant. To add the bedding is soft and the bed was amazing. The view was the most memorable part of our visit. The city view is absolutely stunning—you almost don’t want to close the curtains. My partner and I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we are already looking forward to coming back in the near future.
