Exceptional
The location was excellent as it was very convenient to the Shinjuku Station with access to all areas of Tokyo and beyond. Our room was very comfortable with excellent views of Tokyo. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating.

This was like a business-man's hotel: very corporate, huge, many floors, elevator ZOOMED up silently. Very good view (even though I did not book a "view" room) of the city-night time was especially impressive. Big for Tokyo, centrally located.
Why did the train come EVERY time we tried to cross that street!? (Not the fault of the facility haha) and you DO need to figure out the elevators: Take one up to a certain floor, get out, take a different elevator up to the higher floors. NOT a bother to us at all, especially how fast they all are but this site wants me to write something here!

Convenient location.
This place is so outdated. Old facilities. But worst part was linens , towels , and pajama had smells ( like old person smell) . No Porter service, I had to carry big box from my room to front desk to myself. It’s not acceptable for this price range hotel.

Very functional, clean, not from Shinjuku
It is pretty soulless. Quite hard to find. View disappointing given its on the 24th floor. Staff not that friendly. I'd stay in a different part of the city next time eg Asakusa

Very good location in Tokyo and excellent size room for a Shinjuku hotel. Breakfast was very good with fantastic views of the city. Would highly recommend for staying in Tokyo and will definitely book again in the future

Location perfect! Very clean and 4-5 min walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Staff helpful.
The only issue was that the hotel didn’t have a lobby. There was no place where you could sit, have a coffee, and work on your computer. You always had to go outside to cafés. This was a bit inconvenient for me.

Closeness to the Shinjuku train station and easy access to other parts of the city. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Guest services was helpful and kind.
Honestly, it’s a great property but could use a refresh as its decor is outdated and it’s showing some age.

Great location. Easy access to every place via subway, as Shinjuku station is 3 minutes away. Very helpful staff. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Will come back here again
