Exceptional view from panoramic king room. Great physical location. Professional staff members.
Rooms could use additional upkeep, new wallpaper and painting/touch-ups. Better shower and deeper bathtub would be a great upgrade.

Wonderful
Wonderful view from the room and at the breakfast restaurant, with great choice of food. The room was very comfortable and large for Tokyo Shinjuku area (27m2). There was a water, ice and soda machine on the floor, very convenient. There was a cash change machine in the lobby. The JR and Narita Express train are less than 5' walk! Fantastic location with a multitude of restaurants and shop around. Definitely my new to-go place in Shinjuku.
A little high price, but it is Tokyo ... and overall, it was worth it. There could be a gym/spa in the hotel of this class.

Location was excellent - close to Shinjuku Station & shopping. Beautiful lobby & views from the 20th floor and from our room.
It was quite confusing to walk into the building and not find a reception desk. It was not clearly marked/indicated that the hotel lobby was on the 20th floor!! Luckily another guest informed us. Also, we specifically requested a non-smoking room and it was quite apparent that someone previous to our stay had smoked in the room.

We did a 1 night stay to finalize our Japan trip, and booked for the city views, and they did not disappoint. Spent a lot of the night watching the local trains and taking in the scenery from our room. the location near shinjuku station makes me wish we would have stay longer to take advantage of the local area. Staff was pleasant and welcoming, room was clean and comfortable.

Central location, clean rooms, great view from our window, and proximity to Shinjuku station. Our arrival to Tokyo was delayed by one day after the cancellation/change deadline, and the hotel was gracious enough to not charge us and change the reservation at no cost. Arigato Gozaimas!

Best location ever. Sitting right on top of Shinjuku station, and major bus stations. Had a limousine bus that takes you to Haneda Airport on the first floor of the hotel in front of seven eleven.
Upon arrival we noticed that there were hairs from a previous guest on the pajamas and bath tub. Just washed off the bath tub and didn’t use the pajamas that night.

Large and comfortable room, great buffet breakfast, excellent location, warm and modern luxury vibe. There is a machine to change cash in the lobby, very convenient. Each floor has ice machine, water dispenser and vending machine at low price.

Location was fantastic. Especially if you plan on visiting the Shinjuku area. That and the staff are wonderful.
I don't think you get what you pay for. Stayed at a hotel in Ginza for half the price and was twice as nice. Now the room was a bit larger and so was the bathroom, but that's really all. No secure elevators was also a bit odd. Especially for the volume of traffic coming in and out of the lobby.

This hotel was awesome! The staff were so friendly and helpful; room was clean and spacious; breakfast was DELICIOUS (totally worth it); and the location is perfect. Right between Shinjuku & Yoyogi station, so you can walk to either and have easy access to the whole city! And the view from our room was breathtaking.
