Exceptional
The reason I choose Hotel Bellclassic is because of the location, it is next to the JR station but less crowded. It is 5 minute walk from the JR tsuka station and not a station tourists are likely to go so less busy and more convenient for me. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom and the toilet are separated, all toilet supplier was provided even face wash and lotion, so I barely used my stuff during my stay. I was surprised the WiFi in the building is super fast, I watch YT and streaming platforms with no hustle.
The freezer is likely small and not very useful. Bearly can freeze beer for me. Staff is nice and helpful, after the pandemic lots of locals are rust in English but I assure they are expert of hostelbility.

Bellclassic is my number one go-to hotel in Tokyo. Each time it's been a thoroughly lovely stay. It's in a great location, right near Otsuka train station on the Yamanote line. It's spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with excellent facilities, and just everything you'd need for a "home base" while in Tokyo. They may not have the best views, or the biggest rooms, but what they do have is hands down the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in any hotel. I had a minor emergency on this last trip. The care and attention provided was outstanding. Kazuya Takei is a real asset to the team at Bellclassic. If it's your first time visiting Tokyo, this is a great place to start. There's usually someone on shift who speaks passable to excellent English, and its location makes exploring easy. There's even a sightseeing guide on the TV, showing how to get to lots of places on the Yamanote line.
I really have no criticisms of this hotel. Rooms may be smaller than you're used to in other cities, but this is Tokyo, so space is at a premium. My only problem is that I had to go home!

Wonderful
Location: The hotel is located pretty much right next to Otsuka station, meaning that you only need to walk like 1 to 2 minutes after leaving the station to get there. Otsuka itself is close to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku Station, meaning that you're always close to activity. There are also plenty of eateries around the area, and multiple convenience stores as well. Beds: The beds here were the biggest factor in my decision to choose this hotel. I often sleep facing the wall and like to sit on the bed with my back to the wall, and the padding at the head of the bed and the wall suited my needs perfectly. Bathroom: The toilet is in a separate small room next to the bathroom, which means you don't have to worry about wet floors or whatnot when using the toilet after taking a shower. The toilet room also has its own small sink, so you don't need to go to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. Staff: Hotel staff were friendly, polite, and spoke fluent English, so I had no issues communicating with them. I was also able to borrow a few adapters for my stay in the hotel, saving me the need to buy some, which was a pleasant surprise.
Key System: You need actual keys to enter the room, and have to leave the keys at the lobby whenever you go out, which can be slightly bothersome. That said, I never had to wait to hand in/receive my keys, so it was a very minimal issue overall, and the advantages of the hotel vastly outweigh this minor issue.
