Very Good
Location. Between two stations. Walking distance to Roppongi Hills and AKasaka Castle. Nice, helpful, kind staff. Breakfast had a good variety of food options, both western and Japanese.
Could hear your neighbors a bit. Carpet looked a bit dirty/stained. Mini fridge by the door was an odd location.

Wonderful
Great place to stay in Tokyo. Small room as expected but well set-up and in a good location. Nice breakfast each morning and the staff were lovely. Also had coin laundry we could use which was a bonus.
Small room but no different to other places in Tokyo.

Exceptional
We loved our stay! Location is very close to downtown, but it is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast and amenities were great.

Good
Quiet neighborhood.
Rooms were reasonably soundproof though I did hear conversations as people were walking through the halls. Not enough to wake me up.
Blackout curtains almost perfect though leaking a small amount of light at the top.
Breakfast buffet was terrible quality. Room was a bit dated. Location was a bit far from public transit.

The hotel was simply beautiful. The location was close to public transit which made travel very accessible.
I wish we could have stayed longer.

Good
very helpful, English speaking staff
unexpected exclusive residential neighborhood with leafy streets, old aristocratic estates, embassies. A different side of bustling Tokyo.
One block away from former residence of General Nogi (hero of Russo-Japanese War); grounds now a Shinto shrine hosting Shinto weddings, etc
Short but uphill walk to Canadian Embassy and its striking rock garden
Modular tiny bathroom had great water pressure and piping hot water
Breakfast was very satisfying
My single room was tiny
Although either Aoyama Itchome or Nogizaka subway stops were a comfortable 5-7 min walk away I don't believe I would have been able to navigate my way to the hotel on first arriving
Did I mention that room was tiny?

Friendly staff, Good location.
I can't go in the first room because it had Moldy Smell. All the toilets smell to much.
The carpet on the room stremly dirty

Wonderful
Located on a quiet street, but only steps from so many conveniences, restaurants, parks etc.
Roppongi and Midtown area only five minute walk away. Happy that I was able to open the window in my room. They also put out a good breakfast.
The bathroom had a bit of a bad smell coming from the drains

Very Good
Even though the room is small it had everything we needed and it was organized efficiently.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet includes both continental and local options with the traditional eggs, bacon as well as two kinds of fish and many vegetables. It even has a fully automatic pancake machine.
The metro is close by.

It’s very uncomfortable because the duvet cover and bedsheets aren’t made of pure cotton.

Fair
It was a cozy place to rest our heads at night. Room was small but clean and had all the amenities. 7-8 minute walk to the train station, super convenient. Restaurant right up the street called dandadan which was amazing and would highly recommend. They offered free breakfast, but we did not enjoy.
We did have to request to switch rooms due to our initial one smelling like cigarette smoke. They said it was due to the smoking room being directly below. Our second room did not smell like smoke at all and a sign said they are going completely smoke free in June 2025
