Very Good
Even though the room is small it had everything we needed and it was organized efficiently. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes both continental and local options with the traditional eggs, bacon as well as two kinds of fish and many vegetables. It even has a fully automatic pancake machine. The metro is close by.

It was a cozy place to rest our heads at night. Room was small but clean and had all the amenities. 7-8 minute walk to the train station, super convenient. Restaurant right up the street called dandadan which was amazing and would highly recommend. They offered free breakfast, but we did not enjoy.
We did have to request to switch rooms due to our initial one smelling like cigarette smoke. They said it was due to the smoking room being directly below. Our second room did not smell like smoke at all and a sign said they are going completely smoke free in June 2025

Breakfast is extremely tasty and with good variety. Location is good, under 10 minute walk to station, directly on Ginza line so good for Ginza and Shibuya access.
The room is a bit cramped, with a slight odor on the first day and only a few outlets.

I absolutely adored this hotel for my first vacation in Tokyo and Japan overall, the provided services such as the buffet and the accessible amenities table was wonderful! The staff were very kind and helpful, and the views from my room/floor was beautiful. The location was also great, a peaceful neighborhood area with a 7-11 nearby and the Aoyama Itchome station. I miss the hotel already, and will be back for a future trip! ☺️

Breakfast. Good spread, good quality, lovely restaurant space. Also appreciated the free ticket to the cultural event at the hotel. The room was simple, clean, neat, and comfortable for a solo traveler on a budget.
The hotel packet in the desk was a bit out of date, no instructions on how to call down from the front desk, and a stretcher to open my luggage on would have been helpful. But these are minor details, and the front desk staff was helpful.

Breakfast was AMAZING. We stayed at this hotel twice (at the start and end of our 3 week trip to Japan) and we looked forward to coming back to this breakfast at the end. The buffet has SO many options, all delicious. I would recommend the hotel for that alone, but we also found the room very comfy. It's Tokyo-sized, as expected, but we slept well, it was quiet, and they gave us all the extras we needed (unlimited supply of water bottles, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, shampoo, etc.). I didn't get a chance to check them out, but there were also several free activities (tea ceremony, sword fighting demo). It didn't take us long to get anywhere we needed to go because it was very close to two Tokyo Metro stations and they sold cheap passes for it as well. They also stored a large bag for us between stays for a very affordable price.
The only complaint I had was that on my second stay we were right above the smoking area and the smell of smoke went into my room when the window was open. We like our room very cool (we're from Canada so we found everywhere indoors very hot) so that was the only inconvenience.

Location of the hotel is great, it has two underground stations nearby and connected with multiple lines. The room was very clean, and its size was ood enough for three people. They provided complimentary breakfast, water and other toiletries. The staff was very kind.and warm.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was my first hotel in Japan. The staff were so nice, communication was good and they made me feel welcome at all times. Room was clean and comfortable. Like a lot of hotels in Japan, the rooms are on the small side. I really liked breakfast - mix of western and Japanese options. I used the laundry service and coin laundry - both worked out really well. Was a great start to my Japan trip :) Location good also - easy to get to a lot of different places.
