Room was great. Location was excellent. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great. Issue: lack of coffee early in the morning. Americans are used to having coffee available early, so having a machine or a pot of coffee ready for guests heading out at 5:30 or 6:30 AM would be a great addition. Please consider adding that.

The location on Odaiba is perfect. It is right across from Aqua City and a short walk to the shore and to the Gundam. There is an elevated train that will take you closer to the Miraikan, to TeamLabPlanets, and to Small World. The hotel is well air-conditioned and on the hot August days we were there, that was extremely important. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with freshly made omelets and French toast as well as Japanese noodles, fish, tsukemono and other delights. We were able to watch the sound/light fountain display from our window.
There are no couches to sit on in the lobby. There are some individuals settees but it's an uncomfortable place to sit and wait for friends or to relax. There is no convenience store in the hotel to buy toiletries, milk, water or even gifts. You have to walk all the across Aqua City and go down a flight to get to a Lawson's which has the necessities.

The location was perfect being right across from Aqua City and next to the train line that takes you close to the Miraikan and TeamLab Planet. The breakfast was marvelous with plenty of fruit, baked goods, an omelette and French Toast/waffle station and Japanese offerings as well. The room was spacious and offered views of the Rainbow Bridge and summer water/light show.
There is no convenience store or gift shop in the hotel. You have to walk to the far side of Aqua City to find Lawson's which has milk, water, toiletries, and bento. The hotel has very little seating in the lobby area. The hotel put a restaurant charge on our bill instead of on another room's bill what was signed for.

Wonderful
I chose Hilton Tokyo Odaiba mainly because of its convenient location and proximity to Haneda Airport. After a long flight, it is a very comfortable option, as the journey from the airport takes only around 20 minutes. For families with children, the location is excellent, with plenty of attractions close to the hotel. The hotel also has a very nice swimming pool, and the views are absolutely wonderful.
The main downside is the lack of flexibility. We tried to pay extra for early check-in, but unfortunately this was not possible. Even after a 13-hour flight, there was no option to have the room ready just one hour earlier. In fact, our room was not even ready at the official check-in time of 3:00 p.m., which was particularly inconvenient after such a long journey with small children. Some of the rooms have already been renovated, and these are really nice and modern. Another disappointment is that the swimming pool closes at 8:00 p.m. For a hotel of this standard, it would be much more convenient if the pool remained open until at least 10:00 or 11:00 p.m.

Расположение отеля отличное, прямо у выхода — проходит монорельс (поезд), который едет в сторону центре, и в TeamLabs.
Отель достаточно старый, старый ремонт, давно не делался ремонт в ванных комнатах. Больше всего не понравились завтраки и их организация. Были дни, когда все столы заняты и буквально приходилось стоять в очереди 10 минут чтоб попасть на завтрак. При том, что я путешествую очень часто, с таким не сталкивалась даже в турецких отелях в разгар сезона. Сама еда очень скудная, нет разнообразия. Очень мало овощей, фруктов. Огурцов и перцев (что есть в каждом отеле) вообще не было. Вафли ужасные, сделаны из покупного слоеного теста.

The location is great, and the view from the room is stunning.
The room and electronics were extremely outdated, and the entire bathroom was covered in mold. The room was full of patches. When I paid $840 for two nights, I expected the room to be at least free from mold, unlike a cheap motel. The only reason we booked this hotel was the pool, but we were surprised to learn that there was a $25 per person charge for each visit.Overall, we had a truly disappointing experience at Hilton.

The lack of soundproofing meant that noises from housekeeping and other guests closing doors or conversing in the hallway were easily heard. The bathroom was particularly disappointing; the tiles under the bathtub were broken, and it appeared that a quick fix had been attempted by placing a mismatched tile on top, which wasn't properly installed and kept falling off during my shower. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean, with light fixtures and surfaces that hadn’t been wiped down, revealing stains, mold, and hair throughout. The menu was also limited, offering few options and lacking variety. Overall, I do not plan to return to this establishment.
