Nice hotel and good size rooms and near the station
No Halal options in their menu and restaurant. It is an international hotel and it should serve all kind of people so Halal food options should be available.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in Tokyo.
I was satisfied with the quality and the choice of the breakfast.

Great location in a quiet part of Shinjuku and close to the subway; actually connected by an underground tunnel. Staff were fantastic. Concierge floor was great and offered great breakfast and dinner snacks and the first floor breakfast buffet was incredible.
No place in the room to unpack. There was no dresser or luggage stand so you have to get your things off the floor or put your luggage on the furniture. We booked a larger room with a couch which had a low back making it uncomfortable.

Location and friendly staff
Not a 5 star in my opinion..
- room was dated and hardly room in the shower, the shower head pointed right at the bath
- amenities not working (sauna/etc)
- massages were outrageously priced for Asia
- tv not a smart tv, count even connect music
Overall not worth $650 per night! I will be looking past Hilton for my next holiday.

Customer service was outstanding. The floor Manager made sure our stay was a good one . Executive lounge and food served up there was excellent. Breakfast was the best we have had at a Hilton hotel
We had a junior suite what a beautiful room and outlook on level 8 . Thank you
The only small thing that was know real problem is the hand wash was not checked and filled up in the bathroom . We had to use the shower gel to wash our hands . The toilet could have been cleaner .
The tea station needed to be filled up with all tea bags . We ran out of green tea and English breakfast .
However everything else was good .

Location was central with easy access to the subway (They also have a shuttle).Breakfast was fine and the staff was attentive.
The property is old and it unfortunately shows. Although there is nothing that is specifically too bad, there are newer alternatives with a similar price tag.

Clean, modern hotel with easy access to all of Tokyo via the neighboring subway system. Friendly staff too.
Room service and restaurants, while very good, were a little overpriced. Gym facilities were somewhat lacking.

5-Star Stay – Will Definitely Return!
The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the city. It has an amazing selection of restaurants, including an upscale steakhouse and high-end sushi. The bar on the second floor is a great spot, especially with live music in the evenings. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, and while the workout room was just okay, it got the job done. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

I was most pleased with the service I received with the concierge, especially with one woman whose business card I seemed to have misplaced. I think her name was something like Miyoko. She seemed to be in charge there. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and was very helpful which made our trip there special. There was also another gentleman whose name I have also forgotten but he was tall and spoke English very well. On one particular day during our visit, I lost my cell phone and the two of them were able to locate it for me. I felt they went way beyond their responsibilities and took the time to locate it for me. I was so impressed! Thank you for having such great employees. I will always remember the Hilton Tokyo Hotel because of them.
I didn’t like the location as it was not in walking distance to Shinjuku and other areas we wanted to visit. But we were able to take taxis and it was usually just a short ride away.
