Wonderful
Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods. Location is good and it is very easy to take a taxi at anytime. Staff speak good English.
Rooms are a bit too small. Depending on the hour, you can take up to 10 minutes to get a lift to the lobby.

The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was good with separate sections for Indian and Chinese cuisine. The Indian vegetarian cuisine was really good.
The rooms were a little smaller, but I guess decent from Japanese standards. The amount of drinking water supplied in the room for 2 persons was too less. They did supply more water when asked for, but that was a hassle. The vegetarian options in the food menu were very limited.

The staff is so accommodating and goes above and beyond in everything they do. The location is excellent as well. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we would definitely come back.

I selected a room with a coffee machine as we had an early start next day… but there was no milk in the fridge. For this level of hotel I felt this was pretty miserly.

Metro station in the basement. Very clean rooms and perfect room service. Very convenient shuttle bus service from airports.
All restaurants are closes at 10 or 11 pm. The same is shuttle buses runs only daytime till 9-30 pm

Great location in a quiet part of Shinjuku and close to the subway; actually connected by an underground tunnel. Staff were fantastic. Concierge floor was great and offered great breakfast and dinner snacks and the first floor breakfast buffet was incredible.
No place in the room to unpack. There was no dresser or luggage stand so you have to get your things off the floor or put your luggage on the furniture. We booked a larger room with a couch which had a low back making it uncomfortable.
