This was one of the only hotels around Tokyo Disney that had rooms that would accommodate our whole family (me, spouse, two kids) in one room. The beds were very comfortable and the view was lovely. We loved that there was a Lawson's in the lobby, along with some other shops. We found the Disneyland food to be less than thrilling so it was nice to be able to grab some prepared food in the morning or at night. Also we really appreciated how efficient they are at dealing with luggage. We arrived around noon, which was too early for check-in, but had been hoping to get into Disneyland that afternoon. That was no problem whatsoever - they have a whole desk for turning over your luggage, which was delivered to our room and ready to go when we returned that evening.
We did not realize that we would have to pay to use the monorail that takes people from the hotel to the parks! That just seemed a little silly as all of these hotels are Disney approved or whatever. Also the carpeting in the hotel is definitely worn and doesn't match the expectations that the absolutely pristine lobby set.

At the hotel room, you have to wait for English shows or movies. But other than that, we had a great time.

The bayside station is 3 mins walk from the hotel. And you can also take the hotel shuttles. Staffs were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There’s Lawson on the first floor. We are looking forward to stay next time.

Beautiful hotel in a good location
We had children and were excited to use the outdoor pool. The only way to do so would be to pay a large fee ($45 per person) that included one food item and one beverage. The outdoor pool would have been fun, especially since it was very hot weather.

Location was great and the amenities are ideal for a long stay
The garden pool restaurant reservation details are misleading. You pay around 7000 yen per person to get a pool side snack and drink, and overall the offered “included” snack were awful and the offered fries were like cardboard. Expect to order lunch and spend around ~4000 or more yen per person on top of the 7000 yen per person entry fee.

You have to make a reservation and pay to use the pool. Even as a paid guest staying at the property. Never have I stayed at a “resort” before and then had to pay to use the facilities.

Extremely helpful staff. We forgot items in the room and they shipped them to our next destination. They go above and beyond to ensure a relaxing, stress-free stay.
The laundry facility needs an update. The dryers take too long and there's not enough appliances for how large the hotel is.

Breakfast was good, nice for the kids to have their own separate station and also have ice cream on offer! We stayed on the Happy Magic Floor which the kids loved and it was nice to add a bit of magic into their stay.
I didn't like how long the driers took to dry clothes, you could only add 1 to 2 items in at a time which took a long time with the clothes we had for our whole family to wash and dry.

The rooms were spacious, the restroom facilities were fantastic with the Toto bidet including heated seat and water. The buffet was good, but the restaurant was great. The staff was very accommodating.
The luggage had to sit on the floor because there were no any stands in the room. The slippers are not made for men size 11 feet. The pool area was closed for refurbishment. We were not able to enter Disney Sea from the entrance across the street.
