Room was large and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Appreciated the table on the side for eating. It was comfortable with children. They also had a crib set up for us when we arrived.
Tub was a little slow draining, but we were only there for one night. Everything else was exceptional.

We loved the location and the options of food available at the hotel. We loved that the hotel has a convenience store.
Only one thing, the pillows were extra thick, just wish they had been thinner.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location for Tokyo Disney Parks.
Breakfast food was ok. Property not really close to anything except Disney properties, which is the reason we chose the Hilton Tokyo Bay.

This is a high-level oasis/escape from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Excellent location, delicious dining, great after-park food options, and top-tier representatives at the restaurant (the square) and the front desk.

They are very close to Disneyland/ Disneysea. The staff are great! The room is spacious! And we love how very convenient it is the shuttle bus.

The hotel had a great view. Very well connected with free bus rides to the Disney Parks and station. Has a Lawson that helps a lot to buy snacks. The breakfast is delicious with a lots of asian variety but let international.
The outside pool was not free, we had to pay it to use it… it’s outrageous to ask to pay for a outside pool if you are a guest. Never seen this in my life and specifically in a Hilton. Rooms were outdated…

Disappointing
Fantastic location. Easy access to parks. Beds are super comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic great water pressure.
Really limited to restaurants for dinner. Not a wide variety of food options. Approximately $90 AUD per person was quite expensive. You can't use pool whenever you like you have to book and pay to use it. Approximately $60aud if you want a chair. Or $40aud per room no seating available. Other than great location this hotel was way over priced for service and facilities
