Wonderful
The garden that connects the four hotel is beautiful. Also the location is convenient and easy access to the Shinagawa Train station, especially with the free shuttle.
The lights in the room are controlled by the main switch, so unable to turn on or off individual light.

Exceptional
Everything about the property was clean, comfortable, thoughtful, and luxurious! The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve experienced in my travels and all the hotel amenities were impeccable. The Japanese garden was so cool. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night.
This hotel is part of a huge complex of four very large hotels that all have very similar names and it is really confusing. I tried to check in to the wrong hotel twice before I actually got to this one, since the address on the booking is not exactly that specific. But a staff member from the second wrong hotel I tried actually walked with me and rolled my bag for me over to the correct hotel, so above and beyond!

The garden is beautiful and the hotel is all in one which is really convenient
The breakfast buffet at the ‘patio’ was lacking .

Very Good
Great hotel with a close location to the station. Walking into the Hotel is very calming and gives you a classy feel. While we spent most of our time off site, we did visit the Seven Eleven they have on the ground floor - a really great addition! We celebrated our 3 year anniversary/honeymoon here and I arranged some items to be placed in the room, the items were of really good standard (cake and flowers). Overall a good stay, the property is very picturesque in the garden especially at night!
However, I would like to reflect on the amount of back and forth it took to arrange the gifting I requested prior to arrival, and also when we got to the room the items were not there (I had to come down to reception to ask where it was). Kind of ruined the surprise. Getting here can also be a little confusing as there is a sister hotel very close by which you could end up at only to realize you're at the wrong hotel.

The view from room was gorgeous the park in grounds was serene and club access was a nice touch. 7 11 inside the lobby was incredibly handy as well.
Walking 10 to 15 minutes to the train was the only downside at all

Gorgeous property with beautiful garden. Huge room. Fabulous service from Bell Captain desk to send bags to airport. Midway between Shinagawa and Takanawa Gateway with great access to transit and restaurants.

Fair
Nice location but it’s a 5 min up hill walk.
Big spacious lobby.
Rooms are big and good except no ac.
No air conditioning. The room was hot. They told us to switch off the air conditioner because it’s only a heater and to open the window. However, the window was tiny and barely opened and didn’t let him much air, but it would let in mosquitoes.

Pleasant
It was affordable.
The rooms are way past due for renovations. They were quite shabby and uncomfortable. The food in the dining hall was mediocre. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful
Beautiful property and great location. I enjoyed the park like setting with koi pond and lit up scenery.
A small thing but it was a little complicated to get to the front desk as the other sister hotel is in front of this hotel.

Good
It was comfortable and had a nice garden.
It was up a long, steep hill from the station. Also the lobby always had a strange smell almost like incense.

Good
the location is very good for my trip, convenience was my high priority
what could have been better were #1 needing lower price for the breakfast both the Patio and Shimizu; over 5000yen is too much. the other one is the lack of service sprits on the front desk of checking in and out and clerks. I'm comparing with your hotel competitors.

Remodeled room, garden, 2 other Prince Hotels, which are also good hotels, are nearby. Shuttle bus service is convenient.
The lot in front of the hotel is under construction but it won’t bother. You can go through Shin Takanawa Hotel to get to Shinagawa station.
