We liked the atmosphere of the hotel, the food, the room, housekeeping and the beautiful grounds. The hotel and the grounds were a quiet oasis in a sea of activity. The staff was very good, but some struggled a bit with English. However, they always tried to please.
Location is great for some things but not others. You are within 10 minutes walk to Shinagawa, a major train station. it's close to Haneda airport, Cruise terminal but a long train ride to some activites in central Tokyo. The manjor issue with the location is that you really can't walk to anything other than the train station. There is major construction in the area and there are not many interesting walking streets. But you can find restaurants, shops , everything is in the train station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The location was great and made it easy to get around Tokyo. Everything we needed was provided, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

The Prince Shuttle made the location easily accessible. The hotel ambience was beautiful, peaceful, elegant and quiet. The service and hospitality were amazing!

Leaving the hotel. Lobby decor is elegant comparted to plain and outdated room.
Reservation was for Superior Corner King Room at premium price. On arrival, the receptionist excitedly checked-in "upgrade" to a "larger" room with "great view". After going up, room turned out to be standard size, in building middle, with view of adjacent hotel. Next, an unpleasent confrontation involving management, was required to get reserved room type. As expected, the reserved premium room was bigger with a Tokyo skyline view, including Tokyo Tower. The episode exposed a distasteful charade to extract premium rates for inferior rooms.

The room was spacious , quiet and clean. Location is quite convenient if you know how to travel or walk. The shuttle bus schedul was regular and on-time but not available late at night. I love the garden and walk ways between the 3 hotels 's buildings.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities you could need, including a restaurant and a 7-Eleven, which was very convenient. The property also has a beautiful garden, which made the stay feel even more pleasant. The location was great as well, with the station right nearby, making it very easy to get around. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay!
One thing we found a little disappointing was the early check-in policy. We completely understand that early check-in is subject to availability and is not something guests are automatically entitled to. However, after travelling for over 14 hours with our 1-year-old, we arrived at the hotel and waited around two hours for check-in. We were then advised to come back one hour before the official check-in time to see if our room was available. We did as suggested, but when we returned, we were given two options: pay for the one-hour early check-in or download the hotel chain’s app and register in order to receive the hour for free. As the room was already available, we found this a little disappointing and inconvenient, especially after having already waited for two hours. We understand that the hotel has its policies, but in our experience, when a room is ready, an extra hour of early check-in is sometimes offered as a courtesy without requiring a payment or an app registration.
