Beautiful hotel not far from the train station. Very friendly staff! Great coffee shop and Lawson's on the main floor. Wonderful restaurant! Two outdoor pools make it really fun!

Location is good, nice garden
Hotel is pretty old and does not qualify to 5 star neither in facitlites or service. Rooms are good size, beds super hard and not very comfy, rooms and bathrooms are smelly like old, and sense of mold in bathroom. On webpage its advertised fitness room, this turned out to be a very "crappy" room with 4 tredmills and thats it. No weight equipment, no water, no towels etc. which you would expect on a 5 star hotel. Staff was not very helpful guiding us in the hotel, for sure also language barrier involved. You would exepct a continental breakfast in a 5 star hotel, not only a Japanese style.

The property is very big and the rooms are spacious. Location is good but not center.
Two things that I did not like one Was there is no room service in the hotel and secondly the bar open from 5 pm to 11 pm. This is not suitable

We liked our two rooms (required if you have four people, even including children) which were simple but comfortable and each with a small balcony. We didn't take advantage of the pools or garden sadly which looked lovely.

Lobby, facilities, garden was beautiful. They were able to hold our luggage after check-out and before our evening flight.
Common areas were beautiful but the room was definitely dated. Toilet was leaking and we saw tiny cockroaches in the bathroom at night. This was our 3rd hotel for our 2-week Japan trip and this hotel and location was at the bottom of the list. It did its purpose (close to Shinkansen Shinagawa station and a quick cab ride to Haneda airport) for our last 2 nights before flying back home... but there are other areas that would suit a Japan family trip better. The hotel is mainly for business purposes. This hotel did not feel welcoming to families.

the club lounge was terrible. small. max 45 minutes and average 30-60 minutes waiting.. wants the point of paying for club if it cant be used. also food drinks menu very limited and only japanese.. no international varity

Close to the station. Room was very big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The AC wasn't very strong, even if you increase the speed. The hill to the hotel is a bit much for weaker travelers.

The lobby area was nice and clean. the 7-11 was conveniently located in the hotel which was a bonus. We did not have too many encounters directly with the staff but we had no issues to report.
The rooms were a bit dark and old and the bathroom felt old as well. The shower worked well but all and all it seems like this hotel needs to be renovated soon.
