Closer to the train station, including Shinkansen. Rooms were fairly large
We were placed at the very end of the hallway. There was an unusual smell in the corridor leading to our room. Bathroom needs to be updated Not too many attractions near by

The room is spacious and offers good value. It appears to be old but well-maintained.
The room’s facilities are old and outdated. Although it’s conveniently located near Shinagawa Station, you’ll need to walk for a while or take the shuttle bus to reach it.

The space for the room is above average. The room had great amenities including an air filter. Good breakfast. Bell counter employees and check in staff were helpful.
The check out staff were not kind and very disrespectful to multiple customers from my observation. One in particular was sleepy and stood there with her eyes closed while people were lining up to check out. She then proceeded to look on her phone. When a customer finally got her attention she told them to just check out at the machine (even though the machine told us to come to the counter) and then ignored him. When it was my turn, I asked her where the breakfast lounge was and all she said was, “card” without explanation nor detail. Credit card, gift card, room card, etc.? I had to ask what kind of card, she then raised her voice in annoyance like she’s doing the world a favor and answered, “ROOM CARD!” and rolled her eyes at me. It’s like they don’t want any guests here, which is fine. The hotel location was already inconvenient but with such rude employees, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This was the nicest room of our 10 days in Japan. And they had the best breakfast. It was a huge buffet with lots of choices.

Good location with spacious room, our bed was very comfortable.
The auto toilet is fancy but very noisy during the night. I tried to turn it off before sleep but could not, so every time we use the toilet, it made a very loud sound and easily woke up my family.

The hotel have a beautiful city view and the restroom is spacious. The tax for checking out it was not expensive, actually, it was pretty cheap. The check-in and check-out was so fast, I was pretty glad. The hotel has a wonderful garden, I imagine how it looks during cherry blossoms season! I cannot talk about food because I ate the whole time outside. Finally, the hotel is close to Team Lab and all those places that everyone wants to visit during vacation.

I love the garden and the hotel was super nice and clean.
I think I didn’t like how the hotel was connected to different hotels in the area so it get confusing on which hotel you are staying in because the names are kinda similar.

The hotel from outside looks really good, but the carpet of the room we got was disgusting. It has vomit stain on it, very dirty carpet

The room was very nice, clean and great location for my daughter to walk around the area while I attended to my business meetings
The pool opened late in the day 10am. We wanted to get in the pool early in the morning. The adult pool restrictions were not followed. Young kids in the adult pool, my daughter is 20. She did not apreceate the young children yelling, jumping around having fun… but she was at the adult pool for quite tanning, lounging and reading by the pool.
