The onsen here is so relaxing and the water used actually makes my hair so much softer. I loved ending my day at the onsen and getting an ice cream (free) and milk (vending machine) after.
It has a station nearby, but the station wasn’t the most convenient for trying to go to different areas of Tokyo because of the line. Even Tokyo station didn’t always get directly to the hotel’s station (hibiya).

This was our last stay in Tokyo and it was the best one! The hibiya train line is right next to the hotel, on the other side is a convenient store and a supermarket. Super convenient! We had so many luggage traveling through Japan but I messaged the hotel to let them know I'm going to send some luggage ahead of our stay. We sent our luggage at the local convenience store for $20 from Osaka to Tokyo. We booked the luggage to arrive 2-4pm and when we arrived to Tokyo a week later around 2:30pm, it was already in our room! The onsen, the free drinks, ramen, ice cream, the complimentary water and snacks in our fridge was amazing. The facility was like a mini spa resort where you get an outfit to change into and you walk around the hotel super comfy! I loved how friendly the staff was and felt very welcomed and it wasn't too crowded either. The room was bigger than most places we stayed at in Tokyo! Love everything about this and would definitely come back!

Very clean, nice shower in-room, decent onsen that includes (paid) washer+dryer. Free treats outside the onsen. Nice breakfast if not a bit pricey for Japan. 7-11 with an ATM right outside the hotel as well as an entrance to Kodenmacho station.
Tattoo restrictions for the onsen (provided tattoo covers are quite small). TV options/services in room are limited. Seemingly no extra towels provided around the onsen? I may have missed where they were placed.

Location: Kodenmacho Station right outside the hotel. One stop to Akihabara on the Hibiya Line and straight run to/from Narita via Skyliner from Ueno Station (4 stops). 7 Eleven and Family Mart stores plus a mini-supermart next door. Fancy deparment stores Coredo and Mitsukoshi about 15 mins walk. Plenty of good food. Public baths
Front desk staff not particularly friendly or hospitable - which frankly, is unusual for Japan hospitality industry.

Hotel is centrally located a train stop away from Tokyo station, but has the residential feel instead of the congested feel of Tokyo station. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Right next door to a subway station - and a 7-eleven :). Nice grocery store just a few buildings away. Quiet neighborhood. It’s also walking ( long but interesting)distance to Tokyo station
Beds and pillows were a tad hard. But I’m picky. Also , we were on the 5th floor. It was quiet but I could just hear/feel when the train ran under us. Prob would have bothered me if we were on a lower floor. My husband never heard it. , so again , I’m sensitive to things like that.

Great location next to the metro, although you have to climb a few flights of stairs
Found a false manicure nail on the floor next to my bed which was off putting. Staff also had zero acknowledgement when I was leaving aside from directing me to the checkout machine and just talked among themselves.

It's a fun hotel and good value for money. The room is small, suitable for 1 person. There are many activities you can do in the hotel; the onsen, the massage chair (highly recommended), the ice-cream, the drink bar, the ramen and of course the breakfast.
The location is okay, depending on where you want to travel to. Typically take 20 mins to go to Ginza.

the hot sprint bathtub and next to the train station
the staffs did not speak english at all. only one lady who can be able to communicate with us. The staffs seemed got confused with their policy like a fees of printing or storage policy . Some staffs were nice and some were not helpful at all depend on who you met that day.
