Wonderful
Close to the busy shibuya crossing area but tucked away in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and of course the late night ramen and ice cream.

Location
Room size was small for 2 people. Didn't realize it till we got there.

Very Good
Easy check in. Very good breakfast with many buffet and cook to order options. The onsen was very relaxing, though a little small and not like the pictures shown on Booking.
It was a bit expensive compared to other options with rooms of this size.

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. Location was walking distance to everything. Room was very small, but we didn't stay too long in the room, so it was fine.

Very Good
The location is perfect, on a quiet side street but just over ten minutes from the heart of Shibuya to the south and Harajuku to the north. Very convenient to train and subway stops, so easy to get to other parts of Tokyo. Hundreds of restaurants within easy walking distance. Great shopping. The Yamamote train line runs right next to the hotel, but the rooms are well insulated from the sound.
The room we selected was very small. Make sure your relationship is strong if sharing the space with a partner.

Disappointing
I liked the onsen.
It was a total disappointment. It is branded as a Premium Dormy Inn but the rooms were basics, the view on the train tracks. It is located in a back street with trash in front. Thankfully, Booking.com customer service helped me cancel and we only stayed one night. This property should be described as a basic Dormy Inn.

Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good each morning. Access to a laundry room was a plus.
Nothing to complain about.

Very Good
Room was decently sized, clean, and bed was comfortable. Free ice cream and ramen at night provided, although never got to try the ramen. Washing machines were free to use. Was in a quiet part of the city. 10 minute walk to Harajuku Station and just to the Harajuku area in general.
Walk to and from Shibuya station said to be about 10-15 minutes, although with all of the crowds it felt more like 25 minutes, which was kind of a drag after a long/busy day. Washing machine seemed to only be located in the men's bath area, so no females would have been able to enter.

It was in the heart of Shibuya and reasonably priced.
Wish the far bed was a little more accessable.

Wonderful
The location is good, just off a shopping street (quiet with no traffic noise), access to stores, and an easy walk to Meiji Jingu - a wonderful, enormous park area with temple. The small onsen was nice to have while traveling.
Our room was the smallest of our entire trip, the bed squeezed into the room without space to get out of bed on one side, no room for suitcases, a tiny toilet/shower area - even very little space to walk between the TV table and the bed.

Exceptional
Hot springs; proximity to Omotesando Harajyuku and Shibuya
Wished they also served traditional Japanese foods for breakfast like natto. Rooms are small but it’s Tokyo.

Very Good
The location was good near to shibuya station but not right next to it. About a 10 to 15 min walk. In a quiter section. The hotel is situated near the train line. When you're having breakfast you can see the trains going by. The room windows keep the noise down. The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were all very polite and efficient.
It felt like an older hotel and the room was very small. (As expected).

Great staff, the hot springs were nice and empty most of the time, and the location is close to a lot of shopping areas and near the young and vibrant Shibuya so a lot to do around there.

Wonderful
Awesome location and good amenities.
For an American family of 4, the bed situation was fine with 3 twins, 2 put together, but not ideal. We knew what we were getting so we were fine and our kids are younger. It worked out.

The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were super quiet/sounds proof.n
The onsen not being tattoo friendly. It discourage us from using a amenity that we payed for (inclined in the price of the rooms)

The onsen after spending all day walking is a lovely way to spend your evening
No tattoos allowed in the onsen. This is a hotel with international guests, tattoos should be permitted.
