Great location, across from Cat Street, close to shopping and sights in Shibuya, a 15 min walk from Shibuya station which we didn't mind, and on a side street so it felt a bit quieter from the hustle and bustle of the main street. We loved the evening free ramen noodles. The onsen is nice to relax after a long day and the popsicles/ice cream are a nice touch. Did not try the breakfast.

Good location, clean and efficient room, friendly staff. We did not eat breakfast on site. Did not use the onsen. They do offer a 24/7 refreshment "bar" with coffee and tea.
We needed a taxi on our last day. They suggested it was better to call an Uber, which kept cancelling the pick up. When I asked the staff to help locate a taxi, they were unable to. Because of the location, taxi's do not regularly pass by this hotel. They tried to phone a taxi company, which never answered the phone. It was quite frustrating.

Location was great. Amenities for children was a nice touch. Complimentary drinks, popsicles, and pineapple treat were nice. Staff were great and very helpful too.
The beds were too firm. Cockroach in one room. Fly in another. Someone got a lot of spider bites in one of the 3 rooms.

Loved this gem! The rooms are not huge but thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The spa/sauna is an amazing perk and I went several times. The ice cream, probiotic drinks, nightly ramen are great perks too - pro tip, do evening onsen then get the ramen while wearing the garments provided by Dormy. It’s also a great location - very close to Shibuya and Shinjuku. And of course, very affordable.

I loved it being in between Shibuya and Shinjuku. 10 min walk to the city center of either. The breakfast was delicious and the midnight ramen was a nice touch. Most of the staff is helpful and accommodating. The cost for the room was decently priced.
I didn’t like that the onsen is not tattoo friendly and that was not advertised on booking.com. Part of the reason I booked there was that I could not see it. I went down stairs to the spa and it says on the door strictly prohibited. I guess there were some cultural differences. I didn’t like that it said it was a sound proof room when it wasn’t. You can hear the train all night and noises in the hallway.

A little far from the train station, room pretty small, not enough trash receptacles, and generally not the best value for the price we were paying.

The staff, the room, and the hotel facilities are all top notch. I've stayed here a few times and I've received a warm comforting welcome every time.
The location isn't great when you're coming in via the JR line. You'll have a 15 minute walk slightly uphill which is fine if you're fit and able. Also, the onset when compared to other Dormy Inn's I've stayed at is not as large and also not open air which is a bit of shame.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was within a 15 or fewer minute walk of shopping centers, restaurants, shrines, and train stations, making it very convenient.
There weren't any outlets close to the bed in my room, but it is a very minor gripe. It was a great place to stay.
