The spa and sauna were relaxing and the staff was very kind.
Sheets and comforter had hair on them. As well, as a lot of lint. Also, had a slight issue with the sink in my room, plus there was a slight sewage smell.

I liked that the staff was helpful and accommodating. The food served at the hotel was delicious. The location was a good mix of being close enough to all the things I wanted to do but also far enough away from heavy crowds of people, which was a major plus in my opinion. The public bath facility was great.
My only complaint is the hotel looks a bit dated.

Location is in a very busy area within a short walk to train station and Ginza subway line. Onsen/ofuro was standard to other Dormy Inns, which is pleasant. Kettle and fridge in bedroom.
Room was was small and dated, the set up with a kitchen sink in the bedroom as the main sink felt less tidy. Eggy smell in bathroom from the drain. No massage chairs like other dormy inns. No lobby area to sit / meet with friends. Breakfast looked very mediocre in variety. We opted against it. Of the three dormy inns we stayed at, this one was smaller and less pleasant. But clean and quiet.

We loved the quiet and cozy feel. I personally loved the lullaby jingle that plays very softly in the hallways. The pajamas were awesome. The spa area was incredible. The whole thing top to bottom was fantastic.

Beautiful onsen on the top floor with indoor and outdoor baths. Nice extra services like free ice cream, yakult and soba. Very good breakfast.

Very convenient location, right next to lots of shopping and yet it was very quiet at night. They offer lots of amenities and even give you tattoo covers for the onsen. I would go again!

Dormy Inn always features a large bath but this one has a rooftop open air bath with a TV for you to watch which is very rare. It is in a good spot for Akihabara and the nearest station, Suehiro on the Ginza Line is convenient to reach other places in Tokyo.
