We stayed here for five nights...The hotel facilities, lots of complimentary items comes with the room, the complimentary rental for hair iron and other items which is great...specially when you a tourist and do not have to carry all the items around...easy access to convenient stores, restaurants and train station...Staff are helpful and nice...highly recommend

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel. Location was good in terms of distance from JR Akabane station. Several convenient store around. The room was small but still a tad bigger than some of the hotel I've stayed in Tokyo. Mattress was okay, nothing great. There's washing machine on level 7 if you need to do laundry. Level 3 and another level had ice machine and vending machine.
The signage to the hotel was not clear. I managed to recognize it after checking it on google map. Although location was good, in the evening the route can be a bit dodgy. I was a lone traveller, hence was not entirely comfortable walking alone after sun down.
