We had ten people in our group, staying a total of eight days. On our last day we asked for a three hour late checkout for one room, they would only give us one hour!!

Well furnished, very comfortable room in a hotel within easy walking distance of Shimbashi, Yurakcho, Ginza and their respective subway stations connecting to the test of Tokyo.
Luggage left at the hotel during the hours before check in or after check out is simply left in an unsecured public area near the reception desk. Also, the buffet breakfast served in the basement restaurant was of very poor quality. Thankfully the while the Japanese set breakfast served in the second floor restaurant was much better.
