The rooms need renovation. The bathroom is small and uncomfortable. There are better and cheaper hotels in Ginza

location is close to ginza shopping district. Easy to find restaurant or convenience stores.
Pillow is not fluffy. amenities is not complete. No concierge desk or bell boy desk.

Staff were generally polite. Room is big by Japan's standards.
Very little facilities. Tiny gym. Staff forgot to load my luggage onto the airport shuttle (even though I reminded them 3 times) but they did manage to recover by sending the luggage after me immediately. I only ended up waiting at the airport for my luggage for 5 min. The staff seems really apologetic.
