Location is good for me. It is the overriding factor for me. I have relatives who live nearby.
Rooms are too small. The price continued to climb. I don’t want to pay more than ¥10,000/day. The price for an adequate size room is getting ridiculous. The property is not outstanding. Everything is just good enough only.

Breakfast was great. It offered a great variety of Japanese breakfast. We loved that the train station entrance was next door and it was easy to travel to the hotel. They answered my questions kindly, and with great details and specifics about transportation to the hotel from Narita airport. They told me exactly what to take and how to get there. It made my first time in Japan feel much more welcoming.

Excellent hotel right next to the subway with plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast was quite generous and run very well by two nice ladies overseeing it. Room was quiet and quite generous in size for Tokyo standards with a comfortable bed. Just a reminder that there is a step into the bathroom and the high bathtub, and no body lotion (but nearby coveniance store has plenty available)

The location is perfect, the entrance/exit to the train is just 15 steps to the right of the hotel entrance, also the facilities are really clean, a little small for the room the booked but it was perfect for just have a place to stay and to have a delicious breakfast for free.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all needed facilities. They give you clean towels/new toothbrushes every day, offer room cleaning. The staff also was very kind and helpful The property was right next to a train station and a FamilyMart, which was very convenient
