The entire hotel looks very modern and the room I booked was very spacious by Tokyo standards. It has some nice amenities like USB power sockets and different light settings that make the rooms quite comfortable. The hotel's in a quiet location but quite close to 2 train stations (one is a 10-minute walk away and the other's 15 minutes from the hotel), so reaching other parts of the city is very convenient while avoiding the crowds in Akihabara.
Since the entire hotel looks quite new, the rooms have a fairly standard "hotel room" layout, which means you can still hear people shutting their doors in the corridor or children making noise in adjacent rooms. A bit annoying, but compared to hotels in other countries it was still very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was not my favorite and most options felt more like lunch than breakfast. This is just personal preference though, and the food and the service were great.

It was very well located with several stations nearby and a bus stop right outside. Easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping with luggage delivery. All in all a really positive experience.

Selective but good, nutritious breakfast. Convenient relaxing common room with free coffee and snacks. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. Friendly attentive staff and daily room servicing. Relatively close to Tokyo Station and the Bullet Train.
Wine selection could have been better, but the free tasting helped. About a 500 metre walk to the nearest local station (Bakurocho) and restaurant precinct. Lots of steps and no escalators at the station - ideal for getting some exercise, if needed.

Overall, the hotel was good. Given that it's Japan, the room is not super spacious, but it worked for me and my boyfriend. The bed was made and towels changed everyday unlike other places we stayed at. The air conditioning/heating system worked great. The place is kept well.
The location is a tad out of the way to hit the public metro. It takes almost 10 minutes to hit a subway station, but had a convenient bus stop. It was a bit expensive for the days we stayed since it was almost hitting mid-March so I was not surprised.

Some of the staff are very professional,
but otherwise they watch you take the free coffee as if you were a thief. They do not bother to greet you. It is the first time in Japan that I have seen impolite people in a hotel

Really nice and polite staff. Good location, only 15 mins to Akihabara and 10 to the nearest subway station. The room was very clean, it was bigger than the usual ones in Tokyo

I chose this hotel as it was close to a subway station and was reasonably close to Ueno-Keisei Station (Skyliner). We intentionally chose this hotel to smoothly facility our way back to Narita airport at the end of our Japan trip! The reception was very polite and greeted us every morning. Also free snacks go a long way! :3
We found out that luggage forwarding to airports and/or other hotels now take at least 2 days to process and arrive at their end destinations. Not a strike against this hotel, however something to keep in mind as travelers.

it was a quiet spot which was a great escape from the busy-ness of the day! super close to tons of stations and both family mart + 711 was great!
it was great to get slippers included and I reused the same pair for a few days but it started to stick a bit painfully into my foot. aside from that this was super nit picky and I had a wonderful time here!
