Really nice and polite staff. Good location, only 15 mins to Akihabara and 10 to the nearest subway station. The room was very clean, it was bigger than the usual ones in Tokyo

I chose this hotel as it was close to a subway station and was reasonably close to Ueno-Keisei Station (Skyliner). We intentionally chose this hotel to smoothly facility our way back to Narita airport at the end of our Japan trip! The reception was very polite and greeted us every morning. Also free snacks go a long way! :3
We found out that luggage forwarding to airports and/or other hotels now take at least 2 days to process and arrive at their end destinations. Not a strike against this hotel, however something to keep in mind as travelers.

it was a quiet spot which was a great escape from the busy-ness of the day! super close to tons of stations and both family mart + 711 was great!
it was great to get slippers included and I reused the same pair for a few days but it started to stick a bit painfully into my foot. aside from that this was super nit picky and I had a wonderful time here!

Very well maintained property and clean rooms. Facilities are very good. Very close to the subway and local bus stop. Little away from Tokyo downtown but being close to bus stop/subway makes it convenient

As I arrived during the evening time, my first impression focused on the reception and the room. The staffs there gave me a very warm greeting, an efficient check-in, and importantly, they are all fluent in English. By my standards the room is very clean, spacious, and well soundproofed. Through my window I had a nice view of the Skytree, twinkling in the clear night. The hotel does feature in its breakfast, whcih is of a really pleasing quality and a high CP value. I do love that, including the attractive interior of the dining area. I also enjoyed several coffees there during the stay. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Bakuro-yokoyama Station, which enables quick access to the Toei Metro and JR Lines. A deli market is just above the station. I do appreciate that. Overall, I experienced a lovely and comfortable stay there.

Excellent and friendly service, it felt like home. A comfortable library cafe available for use every day, complimentary tea and snacks, and the breakfast was amazing.
Rooms are small but we knew about it, so this was expected.

We booked 7 nights from 10th to 17th of November during our first stay however at the second stay starting from 22 of November at that time i think after 6-7 pm the senior receptionist (not the younger) was extremely rude and disrespectful after i ask for changing the room on third floor which is 301 , its window was blurred and there was large some sort of electrical line transformer right next to it which was risky and dangerous, however this man didn’t even looked at me , all he was doing talking to young one with serious and rude voice and expressions which in turn talked to me , he didn’t even want to understand what i was saying!!

The breakfast was very good and abundant
We had to ask each evening for towels and slippers for the kids, as the cleaning staff didn't leave them. We didn't have this issue at a hotel from the same network in Kyoto.
