Good location. Easy access to bus and train station
Room and bathroom were small for 25sqm. There were some inefficiencies with the space use (eg. too many unused cupboard) which may be better reconstructed

Location was walkable distance from the main city.
No room service you need to go to the reception even to get filtered water. For the price we paid it was not worth not coming back here for sure.

Great location. Close enough to Golden Gai area, Shinjuku station, etc. to walk, or to take a short bus ride from the front door of the hotel. The attached photos were taken within walking distance of the hotel. Room was clean and well organized. We liked that coffee was available in the lobby all day.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but this is Tokyo after all. We would have liked some additional choices at breakfast, but much of that probably comes down to personal preferences. The breakfast hours were good.

Wonderful
Wonderful property that’s centrally located in Shinjuku. Very clean with great amenities - small gym, laundry and tasty breakfast. Rooms were decent size for a family of 3 and the beds were excellent! The staff were exceptional!

I have celiac disease and cannot have wheat. Breakfast was limited but also mis labeled. They identified several items as not having wheat in them (corn flakes, cocoa crispies) that cannot be eaten by people w celiac

The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a quite location conveniently located near a 7-11 and one of the subway stops. It was also fairly close to Golden Gai.
Although it is conveniently located, it is still a bit of a walk to the main area of Shinjuku and the main railway. We used the main railway station most of the time to connect with other areas of Tokyo so it added more time to our day-to-day activities.

Excellent location! We were able to walk to center of town and enjoy great food, shopping and entertainment.
The breakfast and lack of variety was probably my least favorite thing about Citadines.

Room was spacious, silent and comfortable. It was also clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Good position, about 15-20 min from Shinjuku station.
Maybe only the bathroom was a bit small.

The staff was friendly, nice and accommodating The front desk gentleman help us with questions, especially when we were leaving and waiting for our driver to take us back to the airport. Don’t know his name, but he is very good.
