Very friendly staff with great English skill, comfortable rooms, free coffee in the lobby any time. Convenient distance from a Marunouchi line station (the big Shinjuku station is just far enough from the hotel to make taking Marunouchi worth it). Tons of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity.
The rooms feel a little bit old (this didn’t actually bother me that much).

Rooms were very big for Tokyo standard! With a little couch and coffee table and kitchen. We were very comfortable as a couple. The bathroom was small and compact but didn't bother us at all. There was a 711 and Lawson close by that was really convenient. Bed was comfy and room was really quiet at night, perfect for a good nights sleep. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Love the little dining area where you can grab a coffee or eat your konbini snacks. It was a bit of a walk to the main Shinjuku area about 15 minutes walk. Not a big deal for us as we didn't mind the walk and prefer the quiet. Something just to consider if you like being closer to the action.

The hotel is very well maintained. They have gym, laundry room, Luup station, close to konbinis and more. It's a bit of a walk from the main parts of Shinjuku but close walk to the Park. Initially they gave us a smaller room with a blocked view but they switched our rooms to a nicer one without hesitation. You'll find all amenities in the room like a stove, microwave, kettle and a minifridge. Tap water is potable too so no need to get additional bottled water. They're also very generous with the late checkouts, as long as you're a member of the ASR. I'd love to come back!

Loved the kitchenett although never cooked. Just prepped code etc. Many places for storing clothes etc. Large room was good for suitcases. You save a lot of time on vacation begging able to organize your items. The staff was very kind.

Great room, bigger than most in Tokyo with little sitting area and kitchenette which was great. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Best of the whole trip. Rooms was super quiet and dark with blockout shades which made for a great night sleep. Awesome location with public transportation close but also walking distance to so many shops and restaurants… however slightly out of the touristy chaos, which makes it nice and quiet. Staff were great and super friendly. Also used the laundry room downstairs which was very handy.

Room - much larger than typical Tokyo hotel. Very clean with extras: a microwave, cutrlery and heaitng plate. Laundry, gym etc. Locatioin close to shops and metro.
