Rooms were very big for Tokyo standard! With a little couch and coffee table and kitchen. We were very comfortable as a couple. The bathroom was small and compact but didn't bother us at all. There was a 711 and Lawson close by that was really convenient. Bed was comfy and room was really quiet at night, perfect for a good nights sleep. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Love the little dining area where you can grab a coffee or eat your konbini snacks. It was a bit of a walk to the main Shinjuku area about 15 minutes walk. Not a big deal for us as we didn't mind the walk and prefer the quiet. Something just to consider if you like being closer to the action.

I have been staying here fir many years until Covid Need to book directly with you Works appreciate a better advise on a more economical room as I am alone now.

Staff is very helpful specially Kentu. He has been a big help giving recommendations on places to visits, restaurants to try, and booking taxi rides. In case of places to eat there restaurants and convenient store such as 7-eleven and Watson around the area.
Only downside is it’s not at the heart of Shinjuku. It’s about 15-20 minute walk from the center depending how fast you walk. But it is not that bad, the walk is manageable.

Staff was super nice. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good. The bath products were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was near the action of Shinjuku, but not in the middle of it, which I liked as it was quieter and less chaotic.
The toilet and bathtub room was very small/tight. We could have used a few more electric outlets, especially one near the bed.

The spacious room we had felt like a luxury in Tokyo. We had a double bed studio. The bed was comfortable. We had a city view. There were lots of amenities like a mini fridge, pots and pans, lots of storage, a small pull out bed etc. The room itself was a bit dated, but we didn’t mind. Overall, was quite happy with my stay. There are lots of konbinis nearby, and it’s walking distance to the main SHINJUKU area. The area around the hotel was less busy/noisy. Daily housekeeping was provided.

Very friendly staff with great English skill, comfortable rooms, free coffee in the lobby any time. Convenient distance from a Marunouchi line station (the big Shinjuku station is just far enough from the hotel to make taking Marunouchi worth it). Tons of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity.
The rooms feel a little bit old (this didn’t actually bother me that much).

The hotel is very well maintained. They have gym, laundry room, Luup station, close to konbinis and more. It's a bit of a walk from the main parts of Shinjuku but close walk to the Park. Initially they gave us a smaller room with a blocked view but they switched our rooms to a nicer one without hesitation. You'll find all amenities in the room like a stove, microwave, kettle and a minifridge. Tap water is potable too so no need to get additional bottled water. They're also very generous with the late checkouts, as long as you're a member of the ASR. I'd love to come back!

Loved the kitchenett although never cooked. Just prepped code etc. Many places for storing clothes etc. Large room was good for suitcases. You save a lot of time on vacation begging able to organize your items. The staff was very kind.
