The staff are really friendly and helpful. Most of them are also decent in English. They served breakfast curry 1 with beef + 1 vegetarian. Warm rice all day with about 30 different spice toppings and Japanese Pickles. + 2 kinds of soup. I love to use their Onsen bath and then use their massage chair right afterwards. There's free soda and coffee all day. You only need clothes to stay here and but you can buy shirt and underwear here as well.
This place is really clean in general but sometimes it feels like the floors in the bathroom could use an extra wash. They have a sign that says they offer 1 of out of 3 kinds of mix rice dishes. I have only seen it once during my 5 night stay. You can only turn on the lights outside of your capsule.
