There were so many amenities to chose from. Free breakfast and sauna. Free coffee and alcohol. There were massage chairs and meeting booths.
Privacy is a little hard to come by which is understandable. You arent allowed to call people in the bedrooms, and the communal areas are usually busy even at 2/3am. Also there was no secure storage in the pod itself meaning that everything had to be brought up and down 6 flights each night or morning you needed something.

How cheap it is, and the amenities definitely makes it up for being and capsule hotel
First time of doing a capsule hotel. Realized the downside of one. Being noisy and how much people are there. Definitely do not like how the premium capsule was next to the door.

Sper well located, the pods are quite spacious, the place has lots of amenities, free rice and drinks, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its worth the experience.
The pods dont have a door so it can be a bit noisy as people sometimes are not as respectful as they should be (specially foreign people).

Never stopped in a Capsule Hotel before so wondered if I'd be able to get to sleep at night if it was noisy, but I needn't have worried. It was nice and quiet on the Capsule floors and the free food and drink on the 3rd floor were very much appreciated, just as the onsen on the 2nd floor was. Lovely and warm and cleansing / refreshing.
Nothing, it was all good - .and a great position close to the railway station.

Location, facilities - drinks, food and a place to relax
Capsule small air conditioner unit - seem like not working. The head room is limited. Security maybe a bit lacking for people moving from first floor to second floor. The lockers wide are too narrow fit in the standard back pack.

So near to Shinjuku station! Plenty of amenities provided. 1 bottle drink voucher per night provided (if you stay 3 nights, then you receive 3 drink voucher can be exchange at reception with any drink of choice). Laundry is relatively cheap (300yen washing machine + 300yen dry machine). The lockers are ample (for sneakers, for bags & at the bath area). Dyson hairdryer, hair products, deo provided at Level 2 bath area. Level 3 lounge area has massage chair, places to charge device, free snacks and foods and few drinks to choose from! Safe to say, breakfast is served daily
